I'm very devastated from the cut I received, from the barber Andrew, I had my bangs cut unevenly and to think the reference picture helps but definitely it looks like the dude had a struggle since it seems he messed it up from the start when the bangs got screwed with. I had plenty of hair for him to work with and he just blew it by drastically shortening the length. Which I love my hair long but with a clean look. If they're not familiar with a certain haircut/hair styles; they don't have to force themselves to work with it or at least I could try waiting for someone with more experience with hair styles. (Satirical) "a man's trust should never be broken with their preferred barbers, and he broke it leavening me chopped and ptsd if having to realize my own end result at home." I'd really like the place for how it's setup and I was hoping to give it a chance since I saw positive reviews, but I guess I was swindled by the end result. I guess I couldn't get what I asked for, since its environment and vibe is kinda "raza" oriented (Hispanic myself). If I'm planning to comeback, at least have my price waived for the fixer upper or wait for the next two months and hopefully someone with experience can help me. Otherwise I'll probably will stick to my preferred barbers in the next few months; since the people there do an awesome job. read more

My first time here. The barber I got was a nice guy but I wasn't $40 worth happy with it. The place is located at the end of the strip mall, on the side of Food 4 less. I absolutely appreciated that they allowed walk ins and I was super happy I waited 1 minute before I was sat down. Let's get into the details: 1. Shop - overall the place was clean. They were playing country music (I'm not a fan) and the decor was super Western. Great job on that side. The barbers wall mirror was kinda dirty with water spots making it hard to see the cut in detail. I used the hand mirror but that was tiny and didn't show a wider scale view. 2. Service - customer service was good. Again, my barber was a nice guy and offered me a drink. He was not overly chatty and that was super nice because sometimes barbers do too much on that side 3 haircut - so we went over what I wanted. I asked him what he would do too. In the end, he didn't give me a mid drop fade like I wanted and instead just gave me a mid drop. I asked him to blend it up etc but he didn't deliver. At the end of the cut. After I paid and left, I had to go back and asked the barber to fix the sides of my head which was poking out like wings. Not what I wanted but he was nice to fix that Overall - 2.5/5. For $40 I'm trusting the barber to know hair really well to make recommendations and good judgement to be able to do detailed haircuts without mistakes. My regular barber charges $20 and he takes double the time with half the mistakes.. I won't be going back here, personally. The shop is OK but not worth the price. The haircut felt rushed and unfinished and that's not how I want to feel when I visit a "higher end barber". It does get busy in there so I do recommend making an appointment. We arrived this afternoon to The Ranch out of desperation to fix a horrible haircut our son received at another local barber in corona. We have his baptism this Saturday and had only one day to fix a terrible haircut so the ranch having available walk in times was a lifesaver on this Thursday evening. When we arrived we were immediately assessed by the crew and given reasonable expectations of how they could fix his hair but also took into consideration what we originally requested at the first barber. Booked with Tyler. My son asked for a blowout taper & showed Tyler an inspiration picture. Tyler cut & tapered his sideburns. He attempted to fade the back of his neck but didn't even line him up in the back. He told my son something along the lines of "You can come back in 2 weeks & I can give you a cut off the top. I can't do it now since you haven't had a haircut in 4 years" WHAT?? That's the entire point of the haircut we went to Tyler for & my son didn't want any cut off of the top. Then he still wanted his $35 fee even though he never even finished the hair cut. Looked like a little kid cut his hair so we had to take him to an experienced barber who ACTUALLY cut his hair correctly. Definitely don't recommend Tyler unless you're into giving money away for nothing. If you're unable to do a certain hair texture you should say that up front, not steal money from customers. read more

I liked this place for the chill vibes and relaxed experience.. Second time here was a different story. I was told to request an appointment through booksy and when I showed up for my 1:00pm appointment was told it would be a half hour wait. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion - the appointments are there for a reason. He just started the other persons cut (a walk in) and we showed up 5 minutes early. The quality of the cuts are good but not good enough to disrespect someone's time. There were 5 other barbers that could have done this walk in's hair cut available. Very disappointing experience. The owner stepped in to say something and "problem solve" to pawn us off to another barber then said we had to make a decision saying that we're wasting their time and taking up the book schedule and then said that they have to honor the appointments - apparently not. The barber I made an appointment with ( Joseph ) at 10:35 am did not show up until later, so luckily the person in charge recommended someone else named Ramiro who cut my hair and took care of me. As a customer, I value my time and expect appointments to be honored as scheduled. I believe as a professional time is important and says a lot about a business in general and person in my opinion.
