Very disappointed that the APP showed Supercuts off Foothill & Ontario was open with openings available from 12:30pm - 3:30pm. Drove over and the business was closed for lunch. I took the picture at 1:09pm with the sign stating they were at lunch until 2:15pm (nice LONG lunch break that wasn't posted on their website. Went back at 2:30pm and only one employee working and she said she was booked for the rest of the day, but website showed open slots at 2:30p, 3:00p, 3:30p & 4:00p. Just left the salon when I went there I wanted to use the 999 promotion for my eight-year-old daughter. She needed a very simple snipping around the edges which took less than 10 minutes. I was told that they're not honoring that promotion. Rhonda, the stylist informed me that they have another promotion where I would get five dollars off today and then five dollars off next time so I would essentially still be getting a $10 discount. I agreed. After my daughter's haircut was done the screen first started saying $23 which is the price for an adult haircut. I don't know if she has difficulty ringing customers up or what but it took her some time to finally get the correct amount which is $20 for children. When I reminded her that she told me that I would get a five dollar discount today so that I should only be paying 20. She says that's only if you have the code I stated to her that if she would've advised me that I could've been working on obtaining a code while she cut my daughter's hair. She looked like a deer in the headlights and went over and asked another stylist, possibly a lead worker or a manager, and I explained to them the situation. I also explained that I wish she would've informed me that I needed a code because then I would've had the ability to make the decision if I wanted to proceed today with the haircut and try to get the code or come back later after I had one they both seemed like they had no clue as to what Customer Service should be, and so they have wisely made the decision to lose a customer for life and I have three children that I have taken their regularly over the years. Enjoy the five dollars. Rhonda also kept telling my daughter to keep her head down and stay still, even though my daughter wasn't moving and she kept telling her don't be concerned with other people's haircut just focus on your own. There was nobody else getting a haircut other than a little boy who was directly behind us, and my daughter was not trying to look at his haircut whatsoever, but the stylist kept continuously telling her over and over even though my daughter wasn't moving somebody get this lady some therapy there's definitely something not right with her read more

This has to be the most dysfunctional business I've ever been to. I walk in around 3pm and am immediately greeted and asked if I checked in online, I say I did not and was told it'll be about 35-45 minute wait. There's two stylists there cutting two gentlemen's hair and one other guy waiting. Within 2 minutes both of the two getting cuts are finished and one stylist takes the other guy waiting. The other stylist does nothing, she waits until another guy walks in and a few minutes later a guy walks in and asked the same question about pre-check in, he says yes he's number three down on the list. The stylist not doing anything goes back to not doing anything again. (Obviously waiting for the number one guy on the list to arrive. Not until I say out loud "this is unbelievable" did she take the other guy waiting. Then I hear the first stylist cutting the first guys hair say to the other " I thought you were going to lunch". I walked out and went to an actual barbershop where they know how to treat people. read more

All the ladies here are super sweet! The wait time can be a little long sometimes but they are worth the wait. Our family has been going here since we found Ella who is the best. My kids love her. My son who is easily triggered by sensory overload had always been scared of going to get his hair cut but he always looks forward to being in Ella's chair. Got my own hair cut by her today and I absolutely love how it turned out! My daughter also got hers cut and Ella always makes it a point to hype her up. The wait time at this location used be ridiculous a few years ago even with app check-in (45~250 minutes), but it's gotten much better. Just quick in and out in a neighborhood strip mall. All the ladies are friendly and nice here. I think the quality of haircut is a bit inconsistent. This is the 3rd time I've had to come home and run clippers through my hair to even it out. It's literally a #1 on the sides and a #5 on top with a fade. How do you screw that up? We get all of our haircuts at Great Clips off Foothill in Corona and have for years. Each of our kiddos had their first haircuts at Great Clips. We can't compliment the staff enough. They are so patient with our, rather rambunctious, kids. They do a great job at at a very reasonable price. Make sure you check in online because it can get crowded. Found out about this location via Yelp - needed to get a haircut [while I was in the area] before my trip. It was easy to find, Google Map took me right to the location, it has ample amount of parking available since it shares a private parking lot with other businesses. It is kept pretty neat and tidy. I checked in online before I started heading towards to the place on the system and I was seated as soon as I walked in. My hair stylist was friendly and made small talk with me. I came in here to only take care of my split ends and my hairstylist asked me how much I would like to chop off twice before proceeding with it. I was satisfied with the work. P.S. Me and my kids have been coming to this location since we moved to Corona. The cuts are only $13 for kids and $15 for adults. There are 2 locations within a 5 mile radius. I generally frequent the Mountain Gate Marketplace location but I have stopped in a few times at the Citrus Village location. All your previous cuts are in their system so whichever location you choose they will know your exact haircut. Take advantage of the check in system on the app. It will give you an estimated wait time so you aren't chilling in the lobby for too long. It's a must do. Walk-ins will be added to the back of the list. Again, take advantage of this service! My boy is only 1 year old so I have to sit with him. The stylists are always friendly and try to accommodate him in any way to keep him still and comfortable. Suckers are must, even if they are covered in hair. Salon Hours M-F 8am - 9pm SAT 8am - 7pm SUN 8am - 7pm I've never requested a specific stylist. Every haircut I've gotten I've been satisfied. I think they charge extra to request a certain stylist. Every so often you might be surprised with a coupon in the mail. Who doesn't like to save money? Also, they will still accept the coupon even if it is expired. So head on over to Great Clips! It looked good in the store but once i got home and looked closely i noticed A LOT of missed hairs around my ears, uneven hair and the basic lines were not clean. Total time spent in chair was 10 minutes, I have thick hair and normally i'm in the chair for 30 minutes. wish I would have saved my 20 bucks and just had my mom cut my hair (15 for haircut, 5 for tip). When going to the barber i like to hear input on what i should do best with my hair but quite frankly it felt like i was talking to a wall. Now i have to spend more money on getting my haircut fixed. We just moved to the area. Our old neighborhood had one of those "kid cut" places with video games and race car seats... my son had been too afraid to sit in a regular salon for a cut until today. I cannot say enough how friendly everyone was. We did not have an appointment, we were walk ins and were seen fairly quickly, and our stylist ELLA was phenomenal. Gave my son the cut I've always wanted him to have without any requests from me, I trusted her expertise and was not disappointed in the slightest. My 16yr old brought himself here for a haircut. He's been going to this location for a year and a half...every 4-6 weeks. They should KNOW how he gets his hair cut. Not to mention, they supposedly document it so they have it for a review on the next visit. About 6 weeks ago, he got a cut SO bad that he had to go back and have it fixed the best it could be but it still looked awful. Today, they BUZZ CUT HIM! The girl went over his notes, confirmed with my son that that is how he gets his hair cut, then buzzed him right down the middle of his head! Not fixable. Poor kid has pictures coming up in a week and is angry as heck that he has no hair (which he keeps long on top). IF you go here, you will have to be careful to communicate extremely well and make sure your stylist knows what they are doing. I showed her a picture of a previous haircut my son had received, and was expecting the same results because it wasn't that hard of a haircut honestly. I would do it myself if I wasn't horrible with cutting hair. Well, I know she tried her best (especially because my boy was so active), but I still didn't like the results. I went yesterday to get a simple haircut, wash and blow dry. I was the only customer there. I was told prices had gone up. Ok, still pretty reasonable. The girl (very nice) asked me to sit down and said she'd spray my hair to get it wet. With a spray bottle. ??? I asked about the shampoo? No shampoos anymore. They're "not allowed." No blow drying either. So here's a dilemma. If you're a guy, probably not a big deal. As a woman, 1. you want your hair washed, you don't want to go home and wash it after and try to figure out how to fix it. 2. If they cut it and don't dry it, how can you tell if the cut is right, even, balanced? 3. Generally when they blow out your hair you can get a few tips on how to style your new cut. If you're going to leave a salon with dirty, wet hair that's cut and you're not quite sure the style is just right, you're not doing your job. AND you raised your prices???? Even groomers are washing and drying my dogs hair. So apparently there are no rules against washing and drying as I was told. I went 20 minutes later to a nice place, got everything I needed. The stylist was great. Not her fault. Maybe the owner/manager. Never going back. Happy to spend twice as much or more somewhere else. read more

Went on thursday and the women cutting my hair was a pain. She was a nice lady, but chose to argue w/ me throughout my haircut about what I wanted. I asked for a low taper, practically just a neck trim, and she said she didn't like it, then tried to give me a high fade because she thinks it look better. I came here with my daughter so we could both get our hair trimmed. We both asked for the shampoo and trim. My daughters hair turned out good (not great we found random long hairs after we got home). My stylist was interesting. First she didn't do the shampoo even though she confirmed with me that I wanted it. During the trim she complain about how my ends we so split and dry (I obviously new that because I told her I wanted to trim all the split end). Then she tried to sell me all these products to help with my hair because it was in her opinion sooo damaged. Then when I went to pay she had charged me for the shampoo.
