Went there for my baby's first haircut, the atmosphere is very nice, the seats are like cars and they have tablets that play different Disney movies. My baby was really excited and was sitting still playing the whole time. Christina did his haircut today, she's professional and very accommodating. They charge $30 which is reasonable. I did call ahead of time to make an appointment and was helped like 5 minutes after the appointment time or so which was ok. It's located by Miguel Jr the restaurant in the back of the mall. I do not recommend this place at all, especially the employee named Andi. This is supposed to be a place that specializes in working with young children, but the staff clearly lack the patience and understanding needed to care for them. Young children are naturally active, sensitive, and ticklish--that's completely normal. This particular employee was extremely rude and spoke to my son in a very disrespectful manner. I was deeply disappointed by the way she treated him. To make matters worse, Andi also speaks negatively about her coworkers, which is highly unprofessional. I got there 30 mins after opening, there was one person in front of me and my nephew and we joined the walk in list. It was my nephews first haircut and we were all excited to take him to this cute place and suddenly a lot of people started arriving and they did not have an appointment. I asked how long it would be and the lady said 20 minutes I ended up waiting 45 minutes and they helped everyone in front of us and three families that came after us, also without appointment. I asked the lady how much longer and she said 20 more minutes unless other people with appointments started arriving. I understand that we should've made an appointment but they were not fair and helped people without appointments that arrived after we did. I never leave negative reviews but they were rude and unfair I would take your kids elsewhere. read more

The quality and detail of this haircut is the absolute worst I have ever gotten with my kids. I paid $37 on a cut that looks like I did it myself with no cosmetology license. The fact that this was my baby's first haircut made it even worse. Just had a horrible experience with the new stylist, Ericka Dillion. She immediately started cutting before we tried to show her our reference pictures. My baby started crying and moving, and she pinned down his hands as I was trying to hold my son. She would also forcefully grab his head and pin his head to my shoulder. I understand a crying and moving baby isn't easy but she had no patience. We had to tell her to give us a moment and said that would make our appointment too long. My son's haircut was horrible and choppy. On top of paying for her horrible service, she did not give us our proper change. I gave her $100 and asked for receipt on their screen. She only gave me $30 and walked away. I told her I was missing change and the receipt. She said I never asked for it. Ericka D. went to the trash can and grabbed my receipt. She looked at the receipt and noticed her error. She then gave me my remaining $40 she failed to give me. We've gone there before and other hair stylists have been amazing and patient with my baby. Today was such a horrible experience. There was another stylist in shop, Andi R. She was so much more understanding and helpful. She said she would try to help fix his undone haircut. We scheduled an appointment online through their website for our 3 year old to get her first haircut, or trim, I should say. We were scheduled with Melanie, as she was open for the next available appointment. When we got there, we did have to wait a little, but it wasn't any longer than 10 min for the child before us to finish plus clean up time. The space was cute, decorated with a Jungle Theme and cute little race car chairs for the kids to sit on. There were a few reviews on their website that weren't really in favor of Melanie's services, but I thought that Melanie handled our daughter's first haircut perfectly, even giving her some pretty glitter gel on her hair afterwards! We were sitting there for over an hour and they never called for my daughters name but crossed her off. She was the only walk in with a girl name. Came today at 5pm bringing my son straight from school and they were closed. I even checked before I left and they said 6pm.

Called and made an appointment for my 14 month old grandson in for a haircut. Staff was super friendly on the phone. On appointment day we were greeted and seated at a station right away. My grandson loves sitting in the little car chair. He watched Toy Story while his hair was being cut. Sylvia was awesome with him and was so quick. The haircut was perfect! Came here with my autistic son and they had Frozen playing. First, the girl called the person in front of us and then when she realized they called that person already was called back. She then proceeded to skip my son and call the next person. Luckily I spoke up and said "wait we were before them" but she said "well it looks like his name was highlighted already". Not a good start. Unfortunately Frozen is a huge trigger for my son so I asked if they could please turn off the tv that is just right in front of where we were sat. She said in a really rude tone "no we can't". At that point I told my husband let's just leave. I'm not going to be treated disrespectfully and I'm not going to let them be rude about my son being on the spectrum. Well.. i have been to this location 3 times but i was never disappointed. But last time the new stylist Carmela cut my sons hair, the hairlines are not straight and they are diagonal in front, it looks like we can cut better at home. Hairs everywhere are a disaster, sideburns back everywhere its just not straight. We travel 30 minutes one way so that we can have some specialist cut the hairs and it look professional I emailed the owner with my sons pictures but he never responded back so i have to post this review so others can select better . read more

Haircuts have become a dreaded topic in my household. My oldest son has sensory issues and haircuts are always a battle. Full of tears, screams, swatting hands, and a bad cut. Silvia was soo amazing and quick. My son didn't shed a single tear she was so calm and understanding when he did get a little agitated. He was such a trooper and Silvia was so amazing. We also took my 11 month old for his first cut and he went nuts... he cried and screamed and moved everywhere and the stylist (my husband didn't catch her name) and she was also super fast and calm and soo good with him. I actually am excited for haircuts now. Only reason it's not 5/5 is because I feel $30 is a tad steep for a kids cut but you get what you pay for. read more
