saw the reviews and decided to bring my son for the first time. Lupita who cut my son's hair was very nice and helpful, only thing place was having issues with there system was waiting for a while and I was not able to pay with card. they dont take zelle they wanted cash so i had to go to the bank and take out cash which took some of my time.. I should have got a discount or something for having to go out of my way. One of the girls made me leave my ID which is fine but at first wanted me to leave my phone which is ridiculous and absurd why wouldnt I come back & pay for my sons haircut...when it was not my fault your system was down. This business needs to have zelle or something for when stuff like this happens very unprofessional and made me waste my time + rude ass workers..Will not be returning. read more

We had our baby's first haircut and this place delivered! My husband had tried and failed to walk-in to two other places prior to making a same-day appointment here. Jasmine did an incredible job and fixed my botched attempt to trim our baby's bangs, haha. The atmosphere was super kid-friendly and included a mini playground, fun chairs to sit in, toys, and kid-appropriate content on screens at each station. We will definitely be coming back! The whole process took about 10-15 minutes and our baby didn't cry once even though it was a new environment for him. read more

Completely rude staff. Especially Lupita, chick has the attitude of a teenager. After years I will not be returning, these "new " people hired on are horrible at customer service especially for a kids place. Find a job somewhere else if you are so miserable!!! Laughable treatment here, take your kids somewhere else trust me. read more

We used to go to Rainbow Kids in Chino Hills until they unexpectedly closed. We were so happy to find Lupita here. She always takes wonderful care of our son for years and is just the best! We love visiting Lupita and highly recommend her! She is the best. read more

Drove 30+ min to get my son a cut that was much needed , got here and there was only one person working, I was told it is by appointment only, I did not see this important detail when I found this place on yelp. Needless to say a waste of time and gas. read more

We came in today not knowing what to expect since last time my son did not get the best haircut. It was a complete 180 today. Lupita cut my son's hair and she did amazing! She talked to him and was making sure we were okay with with she was cutting. It was super fast as well which is a plus since he can't not stay seated for long. We will definitely be coming back with both my boys to her. read more

Emanuel did a wonderful job interacting with my son for his cut teaching him how to play video games and cutting his hair at the same time. He showed patience and his hair looked great! My daughter also went in for a cut--she had long hair and needed a lot done! He took the time to cut it exactly how we asked, checked in with us to check it. She told me she feels like a model. We're very thankful for his great cuts and hospitality! read more

We just got my son's haircut a few weeks ago and Lupita did an amazing job with my son. Granted this is his third haircut ever and his last was about 7 months ago. He was crying throughout the haircut she was patient and understanding through the whole process. She even went out of her way to comfort me as I was holding my son during the process. read more

Cutest little place, with cars to sit while getting your haircut. The place looks like a little bit run down, the cars too. The customers service though, it's something else. The ladies were so friendly and they accommodated their little customers whether they want to watch some princesses show, Coco-melon or Ninjago. They have netflix and hulu as well as the cable channel to please everyone. Haircut was done quick and as requested. They offered lollipop after. Making reservations over the phone is pretty neat, they take your info and a $10 deposit to hold your time. You pay the remainder when the service is done. It's a busy, cute little place. read more

I took my child to this establishment today for a haircut. I have been taking my child to this shop since 2018. The barbers have changed throughout the years. However, the quality of haircuts has always remained consistently good. Today, my child received a haircut from a new stylist named Denise. She was ok however not skilled, nor experienced. She left my child with an uneven haircut and patches of longer hair in multiple spots. She appeared to be rushing and not concerned with the quality of her work. I didn't notice the lousy haircut until I got home and bathed my child. My Child's haircut was soo botched and embarrassing that I had to find another Barber shop the same night and pay another $30.00 plus dollars to get it fixed. When the manager MADDY is on duty, I never have issues or bad experiences. Unfortunately, MADDY wasn't on duty at the time. I will never let anyone at this shop cut my child's hair again unless it's MADDY. What a horrible experience. This business used to be great. I could have gotten a better cut at a cosmetology school from a student. So sad. read more

We've been here twice now. And both times the haircut was just what our little one needed. Friday afternoon was much faster than a Saturday morning. I have little complaints other than this last time our son had a ton of hair on him, the first time he didn't have nearly as much. We will likely come back again in a week day. read more

I had an appointment yesterday with Mary. My son is 3 and sometimes does not have a good experience with his hair cut this was not one of those days. We decided to try out a new place for my sons haircut. We've gone to places like great clips and super cuts but even on my two year olds hair they do a terrible job. We made a reservation online and it was super easy - they do take a $10 deposit that will be used for your final payment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours and don't show up I believe this is not refundable. Maddy was amazing with my son. She talked to him the entire time and even giving tips on styling his hair with what way it goes which I appreciated. The place was cool with cars for the kids and kids tv shows - my son loves blippi which is what he picked! The payment system was super easy - they come by just before ending and you pay on the iPad with the card on file. So when it's time to go you can just head out. Don't forget a sucker on your way out! Would definitely recommend. read more

I was expecting at least a decent experience at this place but nope. It was very underwhelming. First of all, I tried to book the appt online with Yurico, but it didn't let me. So I called and was able to book it at 12:40, mind you, you have to give your credit card number to put down the deposit. Got there 12:38, checked in but guess what Yurico was not even there. There were another couple with their daughter waiting for Yurico as well, so that means she was double booked? Not sure. There's only 1 stylist and she tried to get ahold of Yurico, she mentioned that Yurico wasn't arrived yet and she was supposed to go on her break (hence her attitude, I guess she was hangry). She decided to cut my daughter's hair and I can feel that she doesn't want to do it. The cut was quick, and before I know it, she said it's done. My daughter's hair was half wet, I asked if they can dry it a bit, she was yeah I can.. For a $30, I could have brought my daughter to my regular hair salon where she can get a better experience and service. Sorry I don't think I would ever go back. read more

Well I never thought that this day would come where I will be taking my son to another Kids barbershop going forward. We've been coming here pretty much every month since my son's first haircut back in summer of 21'. Since then we've only been late to an appointment one other time and understood that we will have to wait our turn. Fast forward, today my wife takes him for his appointment and mind you they were less than 10 min late and tell her "Sorry we can't take you anymore today!" Its so funny (and frustrating) because I could not tell you how many times we come EARLY and on-time and we're waiting 20 min, 30 min and another time close to an hour til we finally got seated. Not once we complained because we understand s*** happens! And when its the other way around, there is no accommodation at all! "Ohh sorry you are late and passed the grace period (few mins only), we can't take you. Next time come early!" Uhhh but EVERY TIME I come early, y'all are late/behind! LMAO Like seriously, whatever "system" you guys have going needs some major changes even after seeing all these comments other than mine (See photos below). Just feeling sorry for all these people who like us, had to deal with this BS. Y'all work with children, I mean at least make it look like you care a little!! **For Maddy - Thank you for all you have done for Damienn since his first haircut a few years ago. For you, I have nothing but good things. Best of luck! read more

I went in this week the girls they have there MADDY and JASMIN have such a UNPROFESSIONAL customer service You never get greeted when you walk in to this place. The place is filthy and dusty. It's no wonder kids get sick when they come into this place I tried contacting managers but they are worst!! when you try to reach out to the managers it's so hard to access the phone and super inconvenient so this is when you comes to YELP if you guys keep deleting this, I'm gonna keep posting and reporting!! there's so many other better salons nearby for children. Don't waste your time here.!!! read more
