Cutest little place, with cars to sit while getting your haircut. The place looks like a little bit run down, the cars too. The customers service though, it's something else. The ladies were so friendly and they accommodated their little customers whether they want to watch some princesses show, Coco-melon or Ninjago. They have netflix and hulu as well as the cable channel to please everyone. Haircut was done quick and as requested. They offered lollipop after. Making reservations over the phone is pretty neat, they take your info and a $10 deposit to hold your time. You pay the remainder when the service is done. It's a busy, cute little place. read more

I took my child to this establishment today for a haircut. I have been taking my child to this shop since 2018. The barbers have changed throughout the years. However, the quality of haircuts has always remained consistently good. Today, my child received a haircut from a new stylist named Denise. She was ok however not skilled, nor experienced. She left my child with an uneven haircut and patches of longer hair in multiple spots. She appeared to be rushing and not concerned with the quality of her work. I didn't notice the lousy haircut until I got home and bathed my child. My Child's haircut was soo botched and embarrassing that I had to find another Barber shop the same night and pay another $30.00 plus dollars to get it fixed. When the manager MADDY is on duty, I never have issues or bad experiences. Unfortunately, MADDY wasn't on duty at the time. I will never let anyone at this shop cut my child's hair again unless it's MADDY. What a horrible experience. This business used to be great. I could have gotten a better cut at a cosmetology school from a student. So sad. read more

I was expecting at least a decent experience at this place but nope. It was very underwhelming. First of all, I tried to book the appt online with Yurico, but it didn't let me. So I called and was able to book it at 12:40, mind you, you have to give your credit card number to put down the deposit. Got there 12:38, checked in but guess what Yurico was not even there. There were another couple with their daughter waiting for Yurico as well, so that means she was double booked? Not sure. There's only 1 stylist and she tried to get ahold of Yurico, she mentioned that Yurico wasn't arrived yet and she was supposed to go on her break (hence her attitude, I guess she was hangry). She decided to cut my daughter's hair and I can feel that she doesn't want to do it. The cut was quick, and before I know it, she said it's done. My daughter's hair was half wet, I asked if they can dry it a bit, she was yeah I can.. For a $30, I could have brought my daughter to my regular hair salon where she can get a better experience and service. Sorry I don't think I would ever go back. read more

We decided to try out a new place for my sons haircut. We've gone to places like great clips and super cuts but even on my two year olds hair they do a terrible job. We made a reservation online and it was super easy - they do take a $10 deposit that will be used for your final payment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours and don't show up I believe this is not refundable. Maddy was amazing with my son. She talked to him the entire time and even giving tips on styling his hair with what way it goes which I appreciated. The place was cool with cars for the kids and kids tv shows - my son loves blippi which is what he picked! The payment system was super easy - they come by just before ending and you pay on the iPad with the card on file. So when it's time to go you can just head out. Well I never thought that this day would come where I will be taking my son to another Kids barbershop going forward. We've been coming here pretty much every month since my son's first haircut back in summer of 21'. Since then we've only been late to an appointment one other time and understood that we will have to wait our turn. Fast forward, today my wife takes him for his appointment and mind you they were less than 10 min late and tell her "Sorry we can't take you anymore today!" Its so funny (and frustrating) because I could not tell you how many times we come EARLY and on-time and we're waiting 20 min, 30 min and another time close to an hour til we finally got seated. Not once we complained because we understand s*** happens! And when its the other way around, there is no accommodation at all! "Ohh sorry you are late and passed the grace period (few mins only), we can't take you. Next time come early!" Uhhh but EVERY TIME I come early, y'all are late/behind! LMAO Like seriously, whatever "system" you guys have going needs some major changes even after seeing all these comments other than mine (See photos below). Just feeling sorry for all these people who like us, had to deal with this BS. Y'all work with children, I mean at least make it look like you care a little!! **For Maddy - Thank you for all you have done for Damienn since his first haircut a few years ago. Sons first bday party today and was counting on this haircut and the person that we schedule called off, never coming here again.

Came in for our piercing appointment at 4:40 . The stylist at the front was rude and told us to wait. She went to tell the piercer we were here. Never told us anything afterwards. 15 min went by , and we still weren't seen. Rude and horrible service . Another stylist was about to take us and she sent him home and told him we wanted someone else which was a lie.My kids were watching the tv facing the waiting area while we waited and she moved it so we wouldn't see it.
