We have not gone to another barber shop since. On the rare occasion I forget to book with Carlos in time (mom dropped the ball a few times ‍) we've had the other guys cut his hair and they are ALL amazing .. Lawrence, Mauricio, Joseph, Peter.. there's not a bad guy in the house. They are all amazing . My son has built a relationship with Carlos and that's his guy, but my husband goes to anyone available because he knows the quality and service is unmatched no matter whose chair he is in. They care enough to know us by name and get to know our family, have old school tunes playing and folks are singing along. It really is the best shop around.

I showed him a picture and gave him roughly where I wanted it to land. it's uneven both as lines and where it falls on my ears. on top of that, I got charged $2 more than my boyfriend. for "long hair". my bf had longer hair coming in on top of I got a blade cut, and he got a scissor cut. make it all make sense. I'm glad this place is good for some things, but if you're a woman wanting a simple undercut, I'd do it at home and save your money.

Been coming here to Joe's barber since my boy was 5yrs old, he's 21yrs now and has since moved to…read moreSan Diego to go to college. He waits to come visit to get his haircuts from Angel himself. Joe the original owner , a veteran with a lot of spunk and energy back then and still to this day 20yrs later, sold the shop to his top barber, Angel who's middle name is also Joe!! The OG Joe took lots of pride in his customers and loves people. Joe passed all his knowledge down to Angel along with the keys. He still stops by and cuts hair in his old spot on occasion. Angel has continued where Joe left off. Great haircuts, great price, always with a smile and pride for his shop. This place has always been a busy place where walk-ins are welcome if not too busy. Appointments are recommended so you get in and out with a smile and not frustrated. So there's 5 chairs now and this place seems to be getting busier. Angel has his steady barbers and on occasion has a new barber. Angel is a great mentor for those willing to learn the trade. They all love what they do and it shows. Highly recommended and they do great with little kids. They have lollipops in stock for the little ones. On weekends they have coffee and donuts. They have a mini fridge with drinks and some snacks if you come straight from work or school. Or you can bring your tall can in a brown bag if you wish. 5 stars all the way!

Iconic Fade Barbershop has been our family's go-to spot for the past year or so. To celebrate their…read more3-year anniversary, they treated everyone to snow cones--it was such a thoughtful touch and perfect for the kids on a hot day. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, and the staff works hard to keep things running smoothly. They've got TVs while you wait, a kids' area to keep little ones entertained, and someone at the front making sure things are organized. The staff is always moving and hustling, which makes a big difference. Yes, they can get crowded, but unlike that barbershop down the block where scheduled appointments often get cancelled or unbelievably late, Iconic Fade manages their time well. Even when you have an appointment, they'll get you in without delay and make sure you leave looking and feeling your best. Three years strong, and they continue to deliver. Brandon is the real mvp…read more I took both my boys, 3&5, here, and I appreciate how quick and clean he got both of them. My little guy can be a little fussy , but Brandon did an amazing job with his cut, getting him comfortable and making sure he looks good. I feel like both my boys are in a weird phase with their hair. It just never felt quite right to me, and it was really hard going anywhere and feeling slightly unsatisfied each time. I can appreciate that Brandon understands my vision, can point out the areas that need work, be transparent, while also delivering a great final result. Appointments are easy to make and the facility is spacious and clean. Definitely recommend Brandon !

There's like three other salons in this lot. I highly recommend you stay away from crown and stash because they're just trying to take your money over there. I was really hoping to have found a new barbershop for my sons after their current barber informed…read moreme that they had contracted COVID and were unable to service them until further notice. I called and my experience with Exclusive started out great. Friendly customer service over the phone and I was able to get an appointment same day. The problem came after arriving to the shop. There were 7 barbers on duty and only 2 were wearing masks while servicing clients. Chairs were full and the only clients wearing masks were my sons and one other person. There is a sign on the door that clearly states masks must be worn but that is not being enforced. It is disturbing that the person in charge is not requiring employees or clients to protect themselves and others by wearing a face covering, it should not be optional. 2 stars for the haircuts my boys recieved. No stars for zero concern for public health and safety in a pandemic.
