Randomly dropped in today and Liliana cut my hair, I asked for zero mid fade and she did an amazing job. Very talkative but in a good way. I would definitely recommend going to see her if you are looking for great haircut. The shop was very clean, well lit, and the music was pleasant. read more

Mardy took my 3 year old son in very last minute & was so very warming & patient with my son. He got 2 lollipops & a dinosaur toy. Made it an awesome experience & we will be coming back! Thank you! read more

Mardy was amazing! Both my boys want to go back to mardy. She was so good with both boys! Made sure they were breathing right and had them make their own decisions, gave amazing advice. I can nottttt believe the service ...I just can't believe ITTTTTTT! His hair...I mean dude! My oldest can never find someone to do is hair just like he wants. It always comes out "chopped" (so he says). He left so happy and (even though we tipped her already), he wanted to tip her extra out of his own money that was gifted to him . Thank you mardy! BOTH my boys are insanely happy! They wanted to give her a million stars by the way(I'm being forced to say that here lol). It was also, my 6 year olds 2nd time at a barber Because he has always been afraid of barbers. He said he wishes he could go here every day lol read more

I started going to Jay's in January of this year. Went in and talked to Lilly and made an appointment for the following week. From the first cut I could tell Lilly was my new barber. Over the last couple of months I have gotten use to Lilly and she with cutting my hair. I was looking for a new barber because my barber of 12 years retired, I tried 3 other shops but was not happy with them. read more

We had such a great experience with Angelo! He took us in right away and was absolutely amazing with my 5-year-old son. He was patient, friendly, and made my little one feel totally comfortable in the chair. The haircut came out perfect, and you can tell Angelo really takes pride in his work. Definitely recommend him if you're looking for a talented barber who's great with kids and truly cares about his clients. We'll definitely be back! read more

Service so comfortable my son fell asleep. Gentle touch and solid skills brought to you by Liliana. My son had a bad cut at another $45 dollar barber so he was very hesitant when his little brother told him to come to his favorite barber. Well, it was just what he needed to feel good about his hair again. Thank you read more

Awful customer service. I didn't like my son's haircut and exclaimed that I would even pay to get it corrected. (Lineup was not straight at all) gave my son an Edgar cut. The barber said he didn't have time to cut it again (3:30PM-4:00PM) that he stopped cutting 30 minutes prior. He still charged me $30 for that cut. That was my first and last time I will go there. We took my son back to the Ranch Barber shop in corona and they hooked him up read more

My 4yr old just had his first haircut from Jay and it was the best experience. Jay was very patient with us as well as our son. Since it was his first cut, Jay was nice enough to cut the long hair off nicely and put it in a bag for us to keep as a memento. The whole process was nothing short of excellent! Jay has gained a customer for life with both my son and myself! If you are on the fence about this spot, rest assured you are in good hands. You will not regret going here to get your haircut! read more

Dude gave me a damn bowl cut. And charged me extra because he said it was late. Won't ever go back.

This was my first visit to Jay's Barber House and I was very satisfied with my experience. Dylan Castro cut my hair and trimmed my beard and it came out exactly how I wanted it. He was very professional and took the necessary time to do it right without taking too long. I will definitely return for my next cut thanks to the service he provided me and I highly recommend Dylan. read more

Very nice location. Took my son for haircut with Dylan and my son loved it!! Will definitely be back!!

So I was just there and I was getting my hair and beard done by Albert. He made sure to ruin my hair and my beard I really highly recommend not to go near any of them. My brother was also there and they also ruined his beard and hair. Their atmosphere is very ghetto. One of them was smoking inside the shop, in general, worst experience ever at our barbershop read more

Great service! My son had a haircut done at Shipwrecked barber and they messed he hair up so bad that the next day he went to school, he was getting made fun of at the school! Jays just opened up a couple of months ago and I've seen it as I drove by. Being due for a haircut I decided to check the place out. Jays is small, with only 3 chairs, but is very nice inside. Ray was working when I walked in and took me right away. Very friendly and did great work. A "hair" (see what I did there?) more expensive than my usual place but it is also better appointed and closer for me. They also offered a water or soda which is a nice touch, though a drain of Scotch or a beee would have been better. I'll be back! read more

I had driven past this place for years and finally decided to book an appt for my brother.Made a 9am appt for a Saturday with Aaron.I got a confirmation text at 7am the morning of the appointment.I drive 30 mins one way and show up at 9am only to find it's closed.I call 3 times and finally someone answers at 9:20 stating Aaron was not in.Who ever answered the phone was kind and helpful. He told me his boss would call me.Ended up calling me asking me to go to their other location because Aaron was sick and didn't show up.I hope the man is okay but least they could have done was call me ahead of time to let me know.I would have understood and just rescheduled.Instead I wasted my whole morning, gas and time.So disappointing. read more

Made an appointment online yesterday for a 9:45am appointment today . I got there and I was told there was a error on the website regarding the schedule . They told me to drive to the other location which was 10 minutes away and they would get me in without a wait . I waste gas, drive to the other location and the person who was supposed to be waiting for me , was cutting another persons hair . After waiting 15 minutes I had to leave because of my schedule . I never thought a haircut would be so complicated . read more

Super good, and super chill dudes in there! Honestly best fades I've had in a long time!

So I'm a psycho about my hair! I have to have a fresh cut all the time and need that razor against the grain! That being said when it comes to fades Robi is 2nd to none. She cuts my hair weekly and my kids every other week. You kind of tell her what you want and boom she makes it happen. No worries sitting in her chair I even fall asleep sometimes! She's a fade Wizard! read more

Hands down the most comfortable experience every time I come in for appointments. Angel is the friendliest barber ever with tough competition from all the other barbers. Everyone there is just great. The prices are low considering the work they turn out. I have never had to wait long for my appointments to start and all my scheduled appointment times have been respected. They are booked up now whenever I call to set the next appointment which shows just how well they're doing for themselves. PSA- they have an Eastvale location now which is also amazing!! read more

First time at Jay's and Robi knocked it out of the park. I love the haircut and will a forever customer. Great job Robi!!

I took my 5yr old in for a hair cut.. We got lucky.. No one was here .. We had a young guy who's booth is in the middle.. My son was all mad he did not want a hair cut This young kid was amazing.. He took his time.. I'm a mom and use to Monkey Doo's.. This young guy made my kid relaxed.. And did a awesome job.. I'm use to in and outs that look good.. But this kid did the corners sides and behind my kids ears to perfection.. He styled my kids hair and even sprays cologne at the end I was laughing.. About how he got a big boy hair cut with the cologne But I got lucky because his wait was over 1 hr.. And I guess all the teenagers go to him.. Because people were waiting.. And people were coming back.. Just to have this young guy do their hair.. So I would definitely make a appointment for the young guy with the middle chair.. Because I guess he is pretty popular.. I can see why.. A total people person.. great conservation.. And awesome with the little ones.. well worth the $20. read more

I've had two of the best haircuts I've had in my life at Jay's, the first one was from Ray and he defiantly hooked me up with a tight low skin fade combover. The second one was from Joe, he had to fix the mess that another barber in norco left me with, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Also open late that's a huge plus! read more

We went to Jay's for the first time and everyone was awesome. Angel was super friendly and outgoing and B gave my son an awesome cut.
