Awful customer service. I didn't like my son's haircut and exclaimed that I would even pay to get it corrected. (Lineup was not straight at all) gave my son an Edgar cut. The barber said he didn't have time to cut it again (3:30PM-4:00PM) that he stopped cutting 30 minutes prior. He still charged me $30 for that cut. That was my first and last time I will go there. Jays just opened up a couple of months ago and I've seen it as I drove by. Being due for a haircut I decided to check the place out. Jays is small, with only 3 chairs, but is very nice inside. Ray was working when I walked in and took me right away. Very friendly and did great work. A "hair" (see what I did there?) more expensive than my usual place but it is also better appointed and closer for me. They also offered a water or soda which is a nice touch, though a drain of Scotch or a beee would have been better. I'll be back! read more

I had driven past this place for years and finally decided to book an appt for my brother.Made a 9am appt for a Saturday with Aaron.I got a confirmation text at 7am the morning of the appointment.I drive 30 mins one way and show up at 9am only to find it's closed.I call 3 times and finally someone answers at 9:20 stating Aaron was not in.Who ever answered the phone was kind and helpful.He told me his boss would call me.Ended up calling me asking me to go to their other location because Aaron was sick and didn't show up.I hope the man is okay but least they could have done was call me ahead of time to let me know.I would have understood and just rescheduled.Instead I wasted my whole morning, gas and time.So disappointing. read more

They told me to drive to the other location which was 10 minutes away and they would get me in without a wait . So I'm a psycho about my hair! I have to have a fresh cut all the time and need that razor against the grain! That being said when it comes to fades Robi is 2nd to none. Hands down the most comfortable experience every time I come in for appointments. Angel is the friendliest barber ever with tough competition from all the other barbers. Everyone there is just great. The prices are low considering the work they turn out. I have never had to wait long for my appointments to start and all my scheduled appointment times have been respected. I took my 5yr old in for a hair cut.. We got lucky.. No one was here .. We had a young guy who's booth is in the middle.. My son was all mad he did not want a hair cut This young kid was amazing.. He took his time.. I'm a mom and use to Monkey Doo's.. This young guy made my kid relaxed.. And did a awesome job.. I'm use to in and outs that look good.. But this kid did the corners sides and behind my kids ears to perfection.. He styled my kids hair and even sprays cologne at the end I was laughing.. About how he got a big boy hair cut with the cologne But I got lucky because his wait was over 1 hr.. And I guess all the teenagers go to him.. Because people were waiting.. And people were coming back.. Just to have this young guy do their hair.. So I would definitely make a appointment for the young guy with the middle chair.. Because I guess he is pretty popular..
