I'd definitely give him a try, you won't regret it! read more

Found my new spot. Octavio is the man! Took his time to get the details right, fade is super clean. Octavio is one great barber. I always go in to first time barbers with my expectations less then stellar but not with O. He cut my hair like I have been going to hime for years. Perfect. Dude know his craft. read more

Octavio offers quality results with the highest level of professionalism. He listens to your request and executes the outcome each time without fail. He is timely with his appointments, which is indicative that he respects and values the time of his clients. I would give him more credit, but I contribute the great head of hair to display his artwork on. If you're looking for a clean fade, he's your guy. read more

Had a confusing time trying to find a barber and stumbled on Fades with Blades. Pictures worth a thousand words and I liked the style of fades so I booked an appointment. Octavio was super helpful in helping locate the spot and accommodated my late availability. I had trouble locating the spot at first, as it's inside the "House of Beauty", but Octavio was quick to guide me to the right spot. My wife was quick to point out how great the haircut and beard trim came out once I got home, and suggested I come back for my next cut! read more

This review has been due for about a month now. Honestly, I was uncertain of what to think about this because I could not find the spot, but after communicating with Octavio, I realized that it is located in a Salon with this page as his personal landing page. When I had my haircut, it was very long for a male (over a foot long). He previewed an example video I had shared with him prior to the appointment and parted my hair systematically to be able to cut my hair efficiently. And on top of properly chopping off plenty of my hair, he also gave me a very professional fade that made me look sharp. If anyone is skeptical about going here for a cut, I highly advise you to try him out at least once and go from there. I have moved 75 miles away, but I still intend to return for another haircut because I was incredibly pleased with the results I got. read more

Just got my haircut from Octavio yesterday. I'm still amazed by how great it looks. He works off appointment, which is great because it basically means you'll be seen right away and won't have to sit around, waiting, for too long if at all. Octavio is really professional and detailed in his work. He works with precision and you can tell he's really skilled in his craft. He takes the time to see what kind of haircut you want and can take feedback on the fly if something needs to be adjusted as well (trust the process though, it'll come out great!). Pricing is very reasonable as well. I'm glad I found a "go-to" barber as my last one is too far from where I live and quite a hassle to drive to. I generally cut my own hair but for bigger occasions, I'll gladly go to a barber and save time from the process. Octavio is located right off the freeway so this will work out well. Looking forward to more haircuts in the future! read more

First time here at FadeswithBlades with Octavio, and had a great haircut and a great overall experience. The fade on the sides and back is perfectly done, and top is cut to perfection as well. He is at the top of his craft and meticulous, and it shows in his work. Highly recommend him!! read more

Found the right barber for me. I've been looking around town for a few months, and none met my expectations. Octavio cut and faded my hair like asked for. He was already standing by for our appointment. Communication and settling up the appointment was timely and professional. I appreciate that. He is definitely my go-to barber going forward. Highly recommend. read more

Octavio is amazing stylist! Loved the haircut. Was my first time and definitely recommend.

It had been about 2 months since my last cut. I would normally go to my barber in San Diego but with my busy schedule I haven't had the chance to visit him. I'm picky with barbers because I normally ask for a medium skin fade which I've had butchered before by barbers I've tried. Octavios location was fairly close to my house in Corona but I needed to know he was legit so I stalked his IG and noticed he has skill. I sent him a text asking for same day appointment @4pm and he was nice enough to squeeze me in even though he was booked. I arrived to the location and Octavio was waiting for me. He asked what I wanted and got to work. Dude is meticulous with his planning and before he started cutting, he was prepping my hair and constantly communicated with me through the visit. Pricing is fair and the service is beyond top notch. I'm so happy with my cut and my wife can't stop raving about how good I look. Is this my new barber? Hell yes, dudes been cutting hair for 20 years and his experience shows in his work. read more

Got a great cut and great experience. First time checking this place out and would recommend. Very clean and profession.

I recently moved to Eastvale and was looking for a new barber. I am so glad that I found Octavio at FadeswithBlades. The fade I got blew my old barber's skills out of the water! I requested a low fade and trim off the top. I was thoroughly impressed with Octavio's skills! The shop is conveniently located next to the 15 freeway. Look for "House of Beauty" and Octavio has a booth there. When I arrived for my appointment he was already waiting so I didn't have to wait at all. If you need a fresh cut you can definitely trust FadeswithBlades! Thanks Octavio--I will definitely be returning. read more

Highly recommended! Appointment based, love that, makes for a smooth visit, no wait, in and out. Octavio is a chill, professional and talented guy who accommodated my appointment request quicker than other places. All info for his business is accurate and legitimate as well. Clean station located in a stable shop that has easy free parking and nearby other shops, coffee, food and grocery places. Super convenient from my home and my work as well. Moved to the inland empire a few years ago and wasn't able to find a barber I could see myself committing to. I just get a good comfortable feeling with Octavio. At my work, my coworkers have never complimented my hair style or hair cuts until 2/11/22 after my haircut from Octavio. It feels good to have my partner, my manager and coworkers say, "whoa you like really good", "whoever cut your hair did a good job", or "I've got to tell you your haircut is really nice today." Lol I was feeling down all week and that right there, the experience, just makes you feel way better. I appreciate Octavio, him driving into town and the precise cut and chill interaction, you will too. Absolutely worth it. read more

I had been looking for a good Barber for my son for a long time and came across FadeswithBlades. I was skeptical at first when I saw a five star Yelp rating however I took a chance and called for an appointment. Immediately received a text from Octavio giving me his availability and we took his firs available appointment. When we arrived, Octavio was already expecting us, as a busy father Appointments work great for my schedule. Once my son sat down, Octavio went immediately to work, and can honestly say, provided my son with the best haircut he's had since relocated into the Eastvale area. As we all know barbers are a diamond dozen however, the good ones are scarce! So glad we found Octavio! read more

First off, I am extremely picky when it comes to my barbers. I try and take everything into account. Cut quality, friendliness, professional manner, time management, etc. Octavio passes them all with flying colors and remains my go to even though I drive out of my way to see him. My hair is really thick and I've had other barbers struggle with getting a consistent cut but this isn't a problem for him. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is constantly trying to outdo himself. Give him a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. read more

After My barber that I have been going to for months decides to cancel my appointment because of their scheduling conflict, Octavio came to the rescue. He took me in last minute and gave me the cleanest cut I have ever had. At the moment I was upset my barber had pushed a loyal client aside, Octavio, whom clearly has service mentally gains a client. If you want a clean fade come here because people claim they know what they are doing probably don't until you see the work here. read more

Moved to Riverside back in Jan and Octavio has exclusively been cutting my hair ever since! His cuts are always come out so clean and exactly what I ask for even when I change it up on him. He not only is an excellent barber, but he is prompt and definitely the most communicative barber I've gone to. He has fit me into his busy schedule on multiple occasions and has proven to be reliable, consistent and always friendly of course. Would recommend him to anyone in need of a fresh fade! read more

Octavio nailed my cut! After trying a few other barbershops in Corona that didn't quite get it right, I'm glad I found Octavio. He definitely knows his stuff and is worth the visit! read more

For starters, the convenience of Octavio's barbershop right off the 15 at Hidden Valley in the Dollar Tree/Starbucks/Chase bank shopping center is great as it is easily accessible. He shares space with a salon but that's no reason to be deterred or create a sense of hesitation - he knows how to set a chill vibe with modern reggaeton hits and old school hip hop classics at his personal work station. I was in need of a new barber and fast due to my latest one flaking and bailing on me last minute before the weekend anniversary plans made with my girlfriend. His prompt consultation response around 6am through Yelp one morning was definitely a sign of good things to come. The man wasted no time starting the cut - no gimmicks, no BS, just straight to the point. I don't usually get fades but due to the circumstances, I gave the man with multiple 5 star reviews a shot and I've gotten nothing but compliments from my lady, friends and family. I'm glad I came across his reviews as I found my new barber very close to home in Corona. I hope this read encourages you to do the same. Help me help him get enough clientele to open up his own shop, he deserves it!! Spread the word and tell all your boys and your old man about this hidden gem. read more
