I had plenty of hair for him to work with and he just blew it by drastically shortening the length. Which I love my hair long but with a clean look. If they're not familiar with a certain haircut/hair styles; they don't have to force themselves to work with it or at least I could try waiting for someone with more experience with hair styles.
