The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, and the staff works hard to keep things running smoothly. They've got TVs while you wait, a kids' area to keep little ones entertained, and someone at the front making sure things are organized. The staff is always moving and hustling, which makes a big difference. Yes, they can get crowded, but unlike that barbershop down the block where scheduled appointments often get cancelled or unbelievably late, Iconic Fade manages their time well. Joe the original owner , a veteran with a lot of spunk and energy back then and still to this day 20yrs later, sold the shop to his top barber, Angel who's middle name is also Joe!! The OG Joe took lots of pride in his customers and loves people. Joe passed all his knowledge down to Angel along with the keys. He still stops by and cuts hair in his old spot on occasion. Angel has continued where Joe left off. Great haircuts, great price, always with a smile and pride for his shop. This place has always been a busy place where walk-ins are welcome if not too busy. Appointments are recommended so you get in and out with a smile and not frustrated. So there's 5 chairs now and this place seems to be getting busier. Angel has his steady barbers and on occasion has a new barber. Angel is a great mentor for those willing to learn the trade. They all love what they do and it shows. My little guy can be a little fussy , but Brandon did an amazing job with his cut, getting him comfortable and making sure he looks good. I feel like both my boys are in a weird phase with their hair. It just never felt quite right to me, and it was really hard going anywhere and feeling slightly unsatisfied each time. I can appreciate that Brandon understands my vision, can point out the areas that need work, be transparent, while also delivering a great final result. I called and my experience with Exclusive started out great. Friendly customer service over the phone and I was able to get an appointment same day. The problem came after arriving to the shop. There were 7 barbers on duty and only 2 were wearing masks while servicing clients. Chairs were full and the only clients wearing masks were my sons and one other person. There is a sign on the door that clearly states masks must be worn but that is not being enforced. It is disturbing that the person in charge is not requiring employees or clients to protect themselves and others by wearing a face covering, it should not be optional. 2 stars for the haircuts my boys recieved. No stars for zero concern for public health and safety in a pandemic.

We walked in and were helped right away by Edgar. He asked what we wanted and got right to it. Everything was blended nicely and came out looking fresh! The shop was clean and modern. All of the barbers were wearing masks. They had music on but when we went in they turned on a soccer game on the TV. I thought that was very respectful and appreciated... great job to these guys!
