He took the time to talk us through the options of the model she finally settled on and was very patient and articulated well when he realized my mother was hard of hearing. The chairs were on the pricier side, but we caught a sale which basically covered the delivery fee for the purchase (it is being sent to Rio Rico). They will set it up for her and he took the time to show her how to use the complimentary cleaning kit. Well worth the investment for such wonderful customer service. They have a ton of really great pieces and I will be back next time I need a new piece of furniture for my home!

When my husband and I moved to Tucson last summer we decided to donate most of our old furniture…read moreand purchase new stuff when we got to Tucson. We had a mixture of "yours, mine and ours"beat up cheaper furniture so it just didn't make sense to move it with us. One of the first places we stopped was Ethan Allen. At first I was overwhelmed and I walked out of the store telling my husband, "it's nice, but it's not my style." Fast forward a couple weeks and looking at numerous stores, we went back to Ethan Allen. Renae helped us and she was a godsend. My husband and I aren't into interior design. We don't really identify with a particular style, but instead we know things we like. We walked around the store pointing out the things we liked and why plus the things we didn't and why. She came to our house in Marana, measured everything, and then gave us a proposal a week or two later. Her proposal was BEAUTIFUL. She nailed our style and it was so impressive. We ended up ordering a lights for above our kitchen island, a new buffet, liquor cabinet, dining table with chairs (some custom), and a rug. Delivery was great and always communicated. Everything was delivered by when they said it would. It's been a few months and we are still in love with everything. The buffer was delivered with the slightest damage on the bottom leg. I didn't notice until later that night. They had somebody at our house the next week to fix it. It looks good as new. Definitely recommend checking this place out. Their pieces are pricey compared to something like Sam Levitz, but the quality is worlds higher.

Like many large furniture stores, there are A LOT of items on the sales floor. That being said,…read more it was a little difficult to suss out what were of better quality without having to roam the entire Walmart size place. Fyi, I only occasionally buy from this type of business (last time I bought 3 mattresses sofa recliners dressers and headboards) & spent $8k. This time I was only looking for quality outdoor patio furniture. They had a small selection in the waaay back. Prices were sort of high, but what isn't these days? So I won't review on that, but there was just a lot of the same old stuff in the same old colors. Idea: if you want more shoppers, please carry a few pieces with unique colors &or styles. Overall it wasn't unpleasant, the sales staff was not aggressive (I appreciate that) and the store was clean and quite full.

Mattress Firm at Ina and Oracle was a complete fail. Their staff were rude, aggressive, dishonest,…read moreand lazy. I went in to buy a twin bed and frame and told the salesman exactly what I wanted. He immediately responded "you don't want that one" and tried to upsell me. I politely asked to proceed with the lower priced mattress. I inquired about the price of the stand and he said $99. When I went to pay he said it was $130 and refused to honor the price that he had quoted. At the same time he again tried to upsell me by telling me I was buying a cheap mattress. Why would this rude person first be so aggressive, and then trash talk their own product? I still went ahead and decided to pay and just get it delivered. I gave them $340 in cash and he, as well as the other person in the store, said they had no change - which would have been about $8. I asked either of the two people if they had a five dollar bill and that I would accept that as change. They also could have walked to any of the next door stores and gotten some change. Just lazy people it seemed. I told them I was cancelling the order and asked for the manager's name. That is when both people in the store verbally jumped in my case. One guy, who was doing nothing the entire time, said he would cover for the other guy - who had lied to me and given me a fake price for the bed stand. I stated to both of them, well, so now you are both going to lie? I went down the street and purchased my mattress and stand for the same price from a competitor. The other store even arranged for immediate delivery - the salesman brought the mattress over in his pick-up. I gladly thanked him for his help and tipped him for being so kind. There is no reason I will ever set foot in the Ina Road Mattress Firm store again.
