So, let's start with service: Jose picked up my call on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and promised to arrive for an emergency septic tank pumping on Monday/Memorial Day. Amazing! Jose and his crew are professional and knowledgeable and they bring the right balance of humor and seriousness into their work. He has educated me through every step of the process, per my request, with patience and clear communication. Technical expertise: it is clear that Jose has been in this field and in Sonoma County for a long time. He was dear friends with the septic guy we used 10 years ago on our property and is well connected in this area. Although he has all the modern tools needed to fully diagnose what our septic tank/each line system needed, it was as if he knew what the issues were prior to even digging into the soil. He is a solid pro and very trustworthy. It's tough to say whether he was a better value than others, as this is our first run of dealing with septic issues, but he seems fair. Said he could come out by 3 - 4:00PM same day. He showed up and drained the septic then found the pipe to the house was blocked and fixed that. Edgar conducted the work safely and meticulously cleaned upon completion. Edgar was very professional and the pricing is great. He came out the same day I spoke with him on the phone to inspect our system and within a week, he had found the problem with the way the pipes in the mound were originally installed years ago. He sent me pictures as repairs were made along the way, his communication was excellent and his prices were very fair. Our system has been functioning excellently ever since. Chris even removed the rotted out post our septic electrical box was attached to and replaced it with a redwood post without me even asking him to. We'll always reach out to Chris with any septic system needs in the future!
