Great service, prompt on their scheduling and arrival times, honest and straight forward. This is how businesses used to be.

Fast response and very professional job, will recommend to all my friends that have septic system

Got a call from a tenant on the morning of a huge rainstorm. Her toilet was backing up for no reason. Really unpleasant situation. Figured the rooter guys would cost us an arm and a leg -- then my brother remembered Al West and his company. Called them up, left a message . . . and Al himself called back within the hour. Family business (no high franchise fees, I'm guessing). They got Eric out there in the bad weather within two hours. They ran a camera in the system, found roots in the piping, dug it out, repaired the pipe, and put it all back together all within two more hours. Gave us a bill that was reasonable, especially considering the urgency of the situation. Cerena (the office manager) was quite pleasant. Highly, highly recommended. read more

I have had a great experience with Analy Septic. They offer honest and reliable service and have been easy to work with. Highly recommend!

The folks at Analy were courteous, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They came to check out the septic system at a house I bought just a few years ago, and their service was on time, thorough, and educational. Fair dealers who won't make a bogus recommendation just to get some work, etc. Two excited thumbs up! read more

Our grinder pump alarm went off and we called Analy Septic. We wrote them an email and they were out the next morning and fixed the problem. It was full of grease and Eric was fast efficient and had it back up and running. Fair price, good service and just good business practice. read more

Moved into our new home and shortly thereafter noticed an issue with our septic backing up. Al made a quick trip over (on the weekend no less!) and diagnosed the issue - recent shoddy repair work. Al walked through each step of the diagnosis, highlighted the problem and commented on the overall state of the system. I mentioned that our home had two fields but one had become no longer usable as the switch had become stuck. Analy Septic was able to correct both the main issue and switch. I highly recommend Analy Septic. read more

Here I am again. We thought we had a problem with our leach field, following the work I'd written about before. I emailed them in the morning, she called and then mailed and they were out in the afternoon. They dug up and exposed the box and then showed us why we didn't have any problem at all. They were quick, efficient, available and SO understanding of our ignorance of our own septic system. Love these folks so much! read more

I've used Analy in the past with good results. Not this time, After coming to my property to look at repairing a gray water tank they had built in 2015 and finding the top collapsed into the tank, they said they would get back to me. This was in early September. After leaving numerous emails and voice mails, I would get a vague response that they were looking into it, would get back to me soon, etc. Never did. I called someone else, got an estimate on the same day and the job started and finished in a week from the day I placed the call. My last response from Analy, when I told them I'd hired someone else, was, 7 weeks after I'd contacted them , "glad you found someone, we are very busy". Uhh? If you are too busy, you should say so. Deleted them from my card file. read more

Al is terrific. A true pro, a real advocate in the field. I can highly recommend Al!

I dont understand. Al came by and looked and I thought indicated that he would do the job. Thereafter, I havent heard anything from him. I've emailed several times and phoned the office - to leave a message. No response. read more

Al and his nephew were great. Showed up on time. Dug up the to access the tank, evaluated it and the leach field. Gave an analysis and sent it by email. Very professional and pleasant. Very reasonably priced. read more

I am very happy with the service at Analy Septic. As a realtor, I depend on professionals to give my clients honest answers and reliable solutions. These folks aren't out to upsell; when a system is repairable to good working order, they don't try to get the client to purchase a new septic tank. It can make a big difference to the purchase of a home! Martha Saly Realtor Better Homes and Gardens Wine Country Group read more

Oh my goodness! I cannot sing the praises loud enough. Eric West and his support team are absolutely the very best in all things septic service. Really great, family run business. I got a bid and they went to work right away. They were very efficient. They offered to clean up some stuff that I had started aside from their job. Would highly recommend them for septic work. read more

I have been a realtor for 24 years and have always used and recommended Al at Analy Septic. He is awesome! One perfect example. I was selling a property in Sonoma County in the early '90's. The buyer's agent had a septic engineer inspect and condemn an 8 yr old system. He quoted a $40,000-$50,000 dollar price range. I had Al come out. It was a junction box that was damaged by a single tree root. The tree was 30-40 ft away. Total cost to my seller was a whopping $300!! Al is not there to rip anyone off. He is truly the best! Al West and Neal Jackson are perfect professionals who solve problems for the best price. I would recommend these guys to ANYONE. read more

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Neal spent time explaining exactly what the problem was, what needed to be done and gave us options for the solution. I feel he treated us fairly and that the work he did was top notch. A refreshing, unexpected experience for sure. Service was EXCEPTIONAL. Analy Septic (father) sent out West County Septic (son) -- and grandson worked the job too -- gotta love a family business that takes pride in what they do! Eric West responded within an hour to my initial call and was at the house in less than another hour. He definitely knows his stuff! He predicted what the problem probably was (crazy huge soap clog), dug right down to the tank and found exactly that trapped in the inlet from house. He removed the concrete barrier that made the clog a problem, and he came back the very next day and installed a better version of inlet that won't let that kind of clog happen again. He also installed the proper risers on both sides of the tank the very next day. AND a "mushroom cap" valve on the cleanout, so that any backups in the future will happen OUTSIDE the house, rather than the downstairs sink. In addition to all that, he expertly troubleshot the mystery of how and where our various septic tanks do (and don't) drain. We've been needing to figure that out for years. The few hours Eric was here (all the installation work was done in less than half a day) were invaluable to me for understanding the property. Couldn't be happier that I called Analy! read more

Thank you Eric for the fast and professional work. Your honest assessment puts you leaps and bounds above the competition who are trying to price gouge. Don't look anywhere else for septic work. Thank you! read more

I have dealt with Al West (Analy) for over 17 years and they have always done an excellent job and on time.

Eric and Shawn were awesome. We are newbies just learning about septic systems... They came out, walked us through everything, told us what we did and didn't need and were very good at explaining our system to us. Very responsive and great service! read more

Analy really bailed us out in a time of need. They came out quickly and assessed the situation. Their solution was creative and bridged is to a long term fix. read more

We paid Analy to inspect the system before we bought the house. Needed new pumps. Paid for that and pumped the system. We were told that it was a good system. Seemed to work fine at the time, perhaps because nobody had been living there. Still having trouble getting it to function properly three months later. Al has been to the house, usually much later than expected, days later. We paid for new pumps, risers, etc. before buying the house, just to be sure. Now we have dirty water bubbling up in our front yard in several places. Growing algae from the excess "nutrients" being deposited in to the field. Problem is not fixed. Children can not play outside. No answer by phone, delayed answer to emails. I'll review my post when the system is working. read more

Al and Eric have gone the extra mile and further for me. Finding and repairing problems with my tank and field. Always informative and giving options. read more

Al West is a true septic system expert who believes in saving a system, rather than replacing it, through prudent inspection and repair and in keeping the owner's costs reasonable. He also is fantastic at yard drainage -- when we bought it, our house in Bolinas had a reputation of a flooded back yard every winter, but Al's leveling and drainage have cured it. read more

Al and his crew are great. Straightforward answers to your septic questions. They stand behind their work and respond to emergencies quickly. They are respectful of your time and money. Would recommend them to anyone. read more

Another outfit claimed we needed a whole new septic system. Eric from Analy Septic came out, did an inspection, and said the existing system could be fixed for less than half the cost of a new system. The job was done quickly, and they worked around my schedule. Analy Septic is a local business with 3 generations working there. I met all three family members, and were impressed with their honesty, work ethic, and willingness to repair, rather than replace. They get my highest recommendation. read more

Restored my faith that there are people who do business with integrity! After many hours of looking at different solutions (most very high priced) I found Analy and will ALWAYS call them in the future. Extremely knowledgeable with common sense and fair pricing. They did not turn our repeated calls, ever. We had a septic emergency. Unprofessional.

Love them! Saved us ALOT of money, started the job immediately, were done in a few days. others wanted $$$$$$ of dollars or said it was impossible to repair our system and we would have to hook up to city services for $20,000 and up! so glad someone recommended them to us and could not be happier with their services and prices. We've had problems in the past with our 35-year old system backing up, especially in the winter time when the ground gets good and wet, and I was concerned with the possibility of an extra-wet winter coming up that I was going to be unable to flush toilets and do laundry except between storms. So I started down a checklist of ways to address the problem. I was concerned that two liquidambar trees in the immediate vicinity of the tank could have invaded the exit line, and in digging out the distribution boxes I discovered three of them were clogged with the sandy soil we have here, at least at the top. I was also concerned that perhaps the leach lines were clogged after all this time and needed to be jetted out. Analy Septic was highly reviewed both here and on Angie's List, especially for expertise in dealing with roots, so I gave them a call. It took a little bit of phone tag to finally connect, but we had a crew out here the day after I got hold of Al. They were great. Competent and quick in assessing the situation. They opened up the system and ran a camera through the line between the tank and the distribution boxes. The good news is there were no roots and the line itself was in good condition without breaks or problems. Same for the distribution boxes and leach lines. Their assessment was that the lines did not need to be jetted, and that most of my problem is due to the hardpan about 4' in the ground that prevents the surface water from percolating down once the leach field gets saturated (that's the bad news.) In short, they told me exactly what was going on, explained it in terms I could understand, offered a couple of possible options to explore in the future, and at no time did they try to sell me services that I didn't need (case in point: the tank had been pumped in the last few years, and that was also on their list of "OK" items not needing service). The price was very fair for the work done. I'm very pleased with the quality of service, and won't hesitate to call on them in the future. read more
