Quality Septic Service - Septic Services Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

I reached out via their phone number, and via the website's contact page. It's been a week for the phone call, and 4 days for the email contact, and they have yet to get back to me. I can't speak to their quality of work, but their communication is a bit lacking. read more

I left a 5 star review 6 years ago. They came again for routine pumping. Very professional. Long time family business. Thorough. No mess. Quality service by quality people. read more

Quality septic is a family business that I continue to use time and time again because they have never once tried to oversell me. They saved me once from another company that I had mistakenly called first to help with a septic issue we had. Quality offered to do the job for 1/3 of the price of their competitors and continue to amaze me with their honest and good work. read more

These guys are always great! Highly knowledgeable. Fast. Reasonable prices. Always a solid repair.

Very trustworthy and very reasonable. They fixed the septic in a really timely fashion and gave a reasonable price.0

These guys are awesome! They are great at communicating the problems and really good at giving thorough explanations. They got the work done with a minimum of disruptions and at a very reasonable price. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Martin and his team came out and fixed things after we had a septic system that was plugged up. They were able to diagnose it and go in with the right equipment. Saw it quickly and do an amazing job. He was fast, fair and one of the best folks I've ever worked with. I give him an A++++ read more

Great price and timely service. They did a thorough job and were very helpful . I will use them again for all my future septic needs

We got excellent service from Martin. I was able to promptly book an appointment. Martin arrived on time and very professionally cleaned our two tanks. He was very thorough and seemed to extra care to clean every part of our system. He cleaned up after he was done, and left everything cleaner than when he arrived. He was friendly and very courteous. Highly recommend. I will definitely use his company again. read more

Great service and friendly expert help. Martine came out and helped evaluate our older tank and make cost effective recommendation to improve system. And when they went to pump it, they had a mechnical issue with the truck but rushed fast to get a part and mechanic to fix it right away. This is a sign of dedicated professionals to take care of business no matter what. Highly recommended read more

Outstanding support from Martine. Did a great inspection, purge and balance of my septic system. Taught me how to do basic maintenance and inspection clearly and thoroughly. Troubleshot a number of small issues including leaking sump tank, missing purge valve, clogged leach lines. Found purge valve (wasn't easy!) and unclogged two lines which required some real work and extremely high pressure water. Did a really great job. I left feeling like the septic was working great, I can manage all of the routine issues, I can troubleshoot minor issues and Quality Septic is a phone call away if needed. read more

Super responsive to my phone call (got back to me w/in the hour), price was super competitive. He came out right on time. We didn't know where a second riser was, and helped to dig and find it (good to know!). Got everything taken care of, and he left everything better than he found it. Will definitely recommend and use again. read more

I can"t say enough about Martin and his team. We had struggled through a couple of different plumbing companies without success in getting a clogged cleared in our main sewer pipe. We had been struggling with this problem for over a week. Martin's was able to get his team out a day earlier than expected. Andres and the team spent about an hour and had the pipes and drains flowing again. We've been using his service for years and they have never failed us. read more

Long time employee Raul returned to flush the tank just as he had dependedly few years before. Competent, friendly, professional. Ditto as-is owner Martin. Appointments made swiftly/on-the-spot with competitive prices offered on the phone--no hassle nor run-around. "Easy peasy" as they say with zero headache. Pleased, happy, appreciative! Thank you to Quality Septic! See you guys in another few! read more

Could not have been luckier than to have been recommended to call them. Wonderful experience! Not to often that one thinks that when it comes to looking at septic stuff! read more

Quality Septic is a great septic service. In 2017, they pumped my septic tank and installed a cover on my second chamber. They did great work. Where they really earned my future business was today. I had a clog in my house's waste system and the plumbers thought the septic tank was full and backing up, and that it needed to be pumped. I called Martin at Quality Septic and he had me text him some photos. From the photos he could tell that the septic system was in order and the plumbers needed to get back to work. He was right and helped me figure out problem, all for no charge. Thank you, Martin! read more

Great experience! Raul was knowledgeable, helpful and FAST. QSS is now the only septic service company I'll use!

Five star plus for the service we received last week from Quality Septic. We needed to have our 60 plus year old leach lines located for a findings report. Martine showed up right on time, quickly located our distribution boxes and had them uncovered while our tank was being pumped. When the boxes were uncovered we saw that two had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. He immediately called and had new ones brought to the site. While a crew installed the new boxes he located the leach lines, jetted them out and marked all locations so we could map them for our site plan. Everything was covered back up and the job completed within a matter of hours. We were very impressed with the efficiency and competency of his crew. Martine gave us good information about our system and the price was very reasonable. He and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Quality for your septic system needs. read more

Thank you Quality Septic. Martin took the time to come out to my site to figure out what was going on. Tried 2 other companies who charged money and did nothing. Martin assessed the situation correctly and referred me to someone who could fix it. Thank you quality septic for saving my summer! read more

You won't find better. Martín knows his stuff, has the equipment, and does exactly as he promises. Rates are super reasonable. A Great value. read more

This is my second 5-star review in less than a year. Our first service was for routine pumping. This time our alarm went off and the pump stopped working. Martine's son, Andreas, came alone and quickly identified that we had had an electrical short and small fire in the pump wiring junction box. Since electrical repairs went beyond his expertise, he immediately referred us to his uncle, Feilpe, who came out two hours later and fixed our electrical problem on a Friday afternoon. Not surprisingly, both Andreas and Felipe were friendly, clear and a pleasure to work with. read more

Just had Quality Septic back for a pump out, the second time I used them. No problems with the pump out and attempted lawn repair, but the worker left the job WITHOUT CLOSING THE GATE. This is a semi-rural area and wildlife issues are bad enough. I foolishly assumed the worker had enough common sense to close the gate so it was open all night. Deduct one star. read more

Polite. Returns calls. Priced well. On time. Friendly, fast and professional. Don't hesitate to use this company!

As a previous small business owner for many years, I understand the importance of a job well done with GREAT customer service. Quality Septic hits the mark on both. The older home we moved into had not had the septic pumped in years, and, as a result, the second chamber of the system had to have extensive work done on it to ensure everything worked well. I know who to call in a few years when I have this done again. read more

My septic alarm sounded early one morning. I was able to call Martin that day and set up a next day appointment. Martin's employee promptly arrived on time and pumped my septic system as it was nearing capacity. During the pumping it was discovered there was an issue with my pump that his employee could not fix. The next day, on a Saturday, Martin showed up at my house and fixed my pump at no additional cost. I was incredibly happy with their service. This is a family run business and they have very fair prices. If you're thinking about a septic pump or service, I highly recommend Quality Septic Services. read more

Martine is exactly what you hope for when you desperately call a septic company. I was referred to him by Von Renner Construction and I am so grateful for their referral. The issue was on my mother's property near Forestville, and we were worried it was going to be a huge (expensive) issue. Martine pulled in with a truck and trailer full of equipment and was ready to go. He looked at the problem, quickly diagnosed the issue, and it took him less than an hour to fix it. All he charged was his usual service fee. I was, and remain, so grateful for his willingness to fit us into his schedule, his integrity, and his ability to solve the problem. Will use him for anything we have in the future and happy to have found him. read more

I've used Quality Septic before and recently needed some work done but it seem that they are out of business I've called numerous times and left name number and address but no response, they were such a great small business to deal with it said that they are no longer in business read more

Martin is the best, hands down, I will use his company for all my septic issues. He is a hard worker, worked until it got dark to get the job done. Martin is very fair, he charged me half the price that I was quoted by his competitor. He is knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do, diagnosed the problem and then resolved it. He let me know that it was misdiagnosed by the competitor that had done work on it and he was so comprehensive in his work, he fixed it all at such a reasonable price. It is hard to find people that are knowledgeable and fair that you can trust, Martin is truly is a man of integrity and I will only go to Quality Septic and Martin for any septic repair from now on. read more

Came quickly when our septic had an overflow apparently due to a clog most likely of baby wipes. Very grateful

Locally owned and operated, responsive staff and very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem. Told me I could save $500 by repairing the risers myself, It ended costing about $150. Would use them again read more

I rarely leave online reviews, but occasionally, a company impresses me so much that I have to tell others. We worked with Quality Septic Services on two occasions. The first was for a septic tank pumping and assessment. The second time was to fix the issues identified. We were having an issue with my father-in-law's septic tank and all we knew was that it had "some kind" of issue and it hadn't been serviced in the last 15~20 years. Also, since it wasn't our house, we could only work with a septic company on Saturdays. Martine was recommended by a septic inspector/consultant, and they also had the highest rating on Yelp. The referral and ratings were rightly justified. For the pumping, Martine's delegate tried to fix as many of the issues he spotted during the inspection, but to fix the major issues, required different and heavier machinery. The second time, Martine and his crew came out and did everything they said they would (plus more) to get the septic system working again. We were very impressed that to do the extra work that was discovered during the second visit, that Martine had the materials in his truck on-site, so there was no waiting or having to reschedule a third visit. Quality Septic Services was a pleasure to work with and they were very flexible with the arrangements. When they left the second job, the site was in better condition than it was when they started, and we were told that the septic tank will be good for another 25 to 30 years. Martine (and his delegate) showed up right on time when they said they would. We really appreciated the professionalism, communications, and explanations as the work was performed. My one warning to prospective clients is to be patient when you try to contact them. It may take a few days to get a return call or text. I am assuming because they are in high demand, they are very busy. Martine is the person doing the callbacks; but rest assured, they will contact you back. read more

I spoke with Martine at this Septic company, he was very nice. I just bought a new home and had basic septic questions, he answered all of them and even told me ways to save money. I also needed a new lid for my septic and he went out of his way to call a company and let them know what I needed and where to go get it. He didn't charge me for anything, his time or his invaluable information. I will definitely use his services when in need. Reasonable rates and unparalleled customer service!! read more

I have been using Martin/Quality Septic ever since I bought my 2-acre farm in 2007 - he was referred by the inspection guy I'd hired, and since then he has done all the work as I have morphed from 5 little ramshackle month-to-month rentals to a 5-Star Farmstay B & B. He is excellent at troubleshooting, as well as coming up with creative, discrete solutions to utilize existing assets, rather than suggesting an expensive overhaul, as some contractors would. His prices are very fair and he is prompt to show up and/or respond quickly. Now a lot of my neighbors also depend on him, with the same satisfaction. - Nancy, Green Gage Farm read more

An absolute pleasure to work with! Professional, respectful, efficient, high quality work, and very well priced. I 100% would recommend them for septic tank pumping, septic system locating, clearing leach lines of blockages, fixing minor damage, and adding risers or other small system components. The quality of work is excellent. I have used their services countless times to perform septic system assessments and I am continually impressed with their quality of services. read more

We have had Martin and team work on our system for 15 years. Last week we had the tank pumped and we discovered that the main line was mostly blocked causing the tank to not drain. They arranged to get a hydro jetter out the next day and cleared the line in 10 minutes. Then they also keyed the lines near the leach field as local redwood tree roots tend to block them. They are a little hard to get ahold of because they are so busy. Always fair prices ( they give us a lattice discount because of our long custom) read more

I felt I had to write about Martin and how outstanding he was in helping with my septic system! Do not hesitate to reach out to him if you need assistance. Quality Septic Service is as good as it gets! read more

I have been doing business with Martin for about 10 years. He has pumped my septic tank several times and has done other work for me with my system. I have a separate building next to my house that is about 200 feet from my septic tank. 17 years ago I had a separate pump installed that carried waste water to my main septic tank. My tank was failing and Martin came over to evaluate the situation when I was not home. He told me I needed a new tank and he would redo the original piping around the tank which was not very professional. In addition, he found a leak in the pipe going to my septic tank and said he would repair that as well. He installed the new tank and eliminated all the exposed pipes above the ground. He buried the whole thing in the ground and now you only see the top of the tank, before it was an eyesore. He also repaired the pipe and made the whole thing look perfect. I echo all the statements that the others have made. He is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional and his rates are beyond reasonable. In today's world were good customer service is hard to find, Martin's company is a stand out operation that offers you the type of service you expect. I highly recommend doing business with Quality Septic. read more

Martine is a very hard working man and has always awnsered phone calls or called us right back. Came out very quick last winter when our septic system backed up and took very good care of us. He always take care of you and charges a fair price. Will hands down always recommend him. read more
