AllStarz was prompt to return my call and schedule a next day appointment. Steve came at the appointed time, but could not make it up my steep and rough hill in his light truck. Brittany called me back to reschedule for the afternoon with apologies for not being able to make it up my road. Steve arrived in the afternoon and pumped my tank. It seemed to me that the septic was not the problem because there wasn't that much sludge in my tank. Steve agreed. "Mind if I get that garden hose dirty?", he asked. He then jumped into the hole where the tank is and ran the hose up the inlet to unclog a significant blockage that gushed out into the tank. "See those white globs of gunk? That's grease. It accumulates on the inside of your pipes. You can manage that by dumping boiling water mixed with vinegar down your drains every 3 months or so." He also suggested that I dig down to the inlet and reset the pipe to the septic tank because it appeared to be off center. This happens when a system settles. I can also put a tee on that line so that I can have an outside cleanout to run my garden hose up the line to clean it out rather than going through the house. Nice. AllStarz doesn't just pump your septic and leave, they will give valuable information. I had a different crew up here 5 years ago. They told jokes, pumped the tanks and left. AllStarz is no joke. We recently needed to have the septic cleaned out up on Mill Creek Road and Cory Hohn came out to do it and it was such a pleasant experience dealing with him. Right before he got there we had a plumber that came in there and he was so rude and wanted to just leave in the worst way that actually he did leave and didn't even tell me he was leaving. It was truly the worst experience I've ever had with anyone for any service needed. When Cory came out there and introduced himself he was so nice, so helpful and literally showed me everything that he was doing and I have to say it was such a breath of fresh air to have somebody that really cared about helping a customer. Called on December 26 2023 and i had service in 24 hours. My septic was overdue, it had been 16 years, and it was becoming an issue. Luke came and in 30 minutes had the tank pumped and gave me a tutorial on maitenance. He was fast and knowledgeable, and it was raining, and he was a complete professional. I had a tank in need of immediate cleanout on a holiday weekend saturday and they were the only company in the area that answered my call and were able to send somebody out the same day. For that I would be grateful, however they knew they had me over the proverbial barrel, because I was charged 1100.00 for and 800 gal. tank and by my reckoning, backed up by a bit of research, that was a bit more than twice the going rate. I'd say that was beyond paying a premium for the emergency service and going into the level of price gouging. Just saying... VICTIMIZED & OVER-CHARGED!!! A COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!! NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!! I had AllStarz come to pump out my septic as my tenant had plugged it up with butt wipes. I had to find and dig the cover off on my own. The individual that they sent was completely inept and did not have any significant tools with him. While trying to pull the lid, he hit it with a SLEDGEHAMMER, to loosen it, as the only tools he had were a tiny screwdriver, the sledgehammer and a shovel. I was trying to ease the cover off to keep it from being damaged. Of course he broke the cover. There was some blockage in the intake lines and I had to clear that myself as he said "I'm not touching that". After he finished I said what are we going to do with the lid? He said "I will have to call my boss". I had to lend him my phone as his did not have coverage. It was on speaker phone and he told the office manager, Leanna what had happened. She told him to piece the lid back together and put it back in place. Then she said "where was the owner when this happened?" Of course I was standing right there! So, what she was trying to do was cover up the breakage of the lid and make like it didn't happen! That jerk left the tank open, and just drove off, telling me that they would come back to take care of the cover and that the charge included that. The charge was inordinately expensive. I have another septic tank to be pumped out and she thought that she could over-charge me for that too and still I don't have a lid for the one that they broke the cover on. I told her that I was looking at having another company do that and she said "they can get you another cover". They have done NOTHING to help, told me to go get a lid on my own (I cannot find them anywhere) and to just basically go to hell, saying I can get my own lid. They charged me over twice the going rate. They did not discount me ANYTHING on the lid, so in essence they have NEVER COMPLETED THE JOB!!! I am sure Leanna will try to justify their position, but be aware it's ALL LIES, and they will just try to take advantage of you in a time of need. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! read more

They quoted $385 trip charge to come out and take a look at an alarm problem we were having on our engineered septic system. They said they found the problem and fixed it in about 20 minutes. I thought the price was high, but I paid it. Later, speaking with friends and neighbors they were of the opinion that the price was excessive. But on with life. Then about one week later the alarm went off again. So of course I called them back and asked if they were going to charge me again in light of the fact that they had just been there recently. Guess what? Yep, another $385. I said NO thanks and called a competitor who came out, fixed the problem for $150. The first repair was not properly diagnosed and the second found the real problem and fixed it. read more

I called to get a quote for getting my septic pumped. I was asked a few questions about distance from the truck to the tanks and location being below where the truck would park. I provided the information and was told cost would be between $500 and $1100 and due to location and distance it would probably be closer to $1100. After the tech arrived I asked how long it would take and was told anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours. I got a call about 35 minutes in from the office saying it was going very slow and tech would probably be there a couple of hours so the cost would now go up to $1470 to $1560. 10 minutes later the tech was packing up and getting ready to go. From the time he backed his truck into my drive, setup, pumped the tanks, did the teardown and was on my porch asking for a check it was 58 minutes (security cameras prove this). I expected them to charge the $1100 but they charged $1470. I called the office and was told they would follow up with the tech and get back to me. I've called back multiple times since with no one calling me back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Allstarz Pumping. read more

Our family had been experiencing septic issues for the past month and the company we have used in the past was not answering their phones. The weekend came and the problem became dire and we didn't know who to call. That's when we found Allstarz. Not expecting someone to answer the phone on a Saturday, my husband and I were already making arrangements for our household to stay elsewhere. To my surprise, the woman who took my call was cheerful, informative and assured me that a technician would contact me shortly. (The other company we used for fifteen years never told us we even had a filter.) He pumped our tank, cleaned our filter and had our toilets draining in under 30 minutes. I cannot say enough positive things about AllStarz and Steve W in particular. He was fast, timely, knowledgeable about septic systems, answered all my questions, and gave recommendations and price options to allow me to easily pick among the services I could choose from. I thought I had made the job easier by identifying the lids that needed pumping, but he informed me that another chamber existed in my septic that needed to be pumped as well. In 2 prior services with other companies over the last 15 yrs no one had ever mentioned the other chamber or that it should also be serviced. He didn't even mind digging to find the lid. As he was addressing my needs I saw him field calls from other potential clients and in every conversation he was polite, professional, informative, and always positive.
