After working on it for an hour, another…read moreplumber said that it was beyond the capabilities of his equipment, and that I would need to call in one of the "big boys". While the very pleasant phone folks at Roys were careful not to promise that they could do any better, it was my luck that they sent me Curtis. Strong, friendly, and intrigued by the challenge of my situation, he kept working on my drain until he was able to extract the long log of intensely intertwined roots that you see in the picture. Now I finally feel safe and ready for the upcoming el Nino winter! It was apparent throughout that it was very important to Curtis to leave me feeling well taken care of. That he did. Thank you Roy's and Curtis--you'll be my "go-to" rooter guys from now on!

I contacted Sbragia Septic Service through Yelp, and Jonathon got back to me within a day. I had him out to inspect the septic system. They pumped the tank, and told me that the problem I was told about was a non-issue, but that the in and out flow of the tank were improper. He was able to come back the next day to fix both in and out flow, and get our septic system in a better place in short order. I was highly impressed by how detailed Jonathon was in explaining what was going on with our system, how quickly he was able to affect repairs, and also the information he was able to provide should we want to upgrade our system in the future.
