Sabian was very friendly and answered all of my questions in a way that was clear for new-to-this-me to understand. He emailed the proposal for work and included the options we talked about so I could discuss with my partners. We opted for the entire package of crack filling, two layers of sealcoat, and striping. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. Just as they said they would, they put up signs and tape onsite ahead of the work and provided us with signs to email our tenant. Their completed work was extremely neat. Honestly, I expected a little mess on the edges but the work was precise and the driveway and parking lot look new again! One thing that really stood out is that they noticed our old driveway had the wrong slope and that the approach up to the front porch was too steep. They corrected the driveway so it now has a proper slope toward the road and added a new step for us -- at no additional cost. That was not something we asked for, but something they caught. Everything was done exactly on schedule and exactly at the agreed price. No surprises. They also worked smoothly with another contractor we had on site at the same time.
