Rock border wall and crushed rock

The team at Santana Concrete helped us create a vision for our backyard and then worked hard to accomplish it. They took care of drainage issues by placing drains to divert water. Their expertise with pavers, a rock wall and grading was top notch. They were skilled, hard working and reliable. They added value to our tired yard.

I highly recommend Santana Concrete. Misael Santana is very trustworthy and hardworking and was on the job himself every minute. My 75' long driveway was completed with great attention to detail. The walkway was a bit degraded where it met the old driveway and it did not look good. Misael made a clean cut of the bricks and it now looks great!

After. The afternoon shade doesn't reveal how nice the color turned out! The steps are also shown

We had a new patio done a few years ago. We never had a seal put on it. With sun exposure and power washing the color of the concrete began to fade. We initially planned to have Santana Concrete do a seal only, but after it was power washed and ready we decided to stain it also. The "stock" colors did not produce the color I wanted so Misael agreed to mix some. He was patient through the process, and I could tell he wanted me to be happy with the result. We had some old grey steps next to our new pour, but with the new stain you can't tell! The color combo worked beautifully and we are thrilled with the result. Thank you Santana Concrete!

While he was doing the work, he found problems with earthquake safety and the pad for our air conditioner, which he fixed. He and his crew were very talented. They used high quality materials and their craftsmanship was top notch. They took the time to do it right and did not use shortcuts. He was an excellent communicator and willing to answer any questions we might have. He assured us that he was not finished until we were satisfied with the results. He has many years of experience in masonry and it showed. We were constantly adding on as we found new areas that needed improvement. He was flexible and willing to work with us. He worked with the suppliers to ensure that we would get the materials as soon as possible. Our house was the talk of the neighborhood as everyone came by to admire the results. We were very happy with everything he did. There are before and after pictures below so you can see the difference in how our yard looks. We would highly recommend him.
