My family and I were doing yard cleanup and had a ton of random wood, metal poles, tables and other miscellaneous items that needed to be tossed. We needed these items to be picked up as soon as possible and waste management could not get them in time. I contacted Andres and he responded right away and told me he can pick up the next day! He was able to clear everything out within 30 minutes! This is the type of service I'd recommended to family and friends if they ever needed trash and junk to be picked up quick. read more

This is the second time I used West Coast Junk. The first time was to help with a yard cleanup to get a house ready to sale in Concord. It was a big job including getting rid of an old hot tub! Second job was to help me move my father in law out of his apartment in Alameda and haul away a full truck load of old furniture etc. Miguel was on time and fast. I would definitely use West Coast Junk again for my next project. read more

I contacted Andreas a short time ago and he presented me with a bid to clean my mother's house and prepare it for resale Not only was his bid far and away the best, he and all that work with him are incredible in their timeliness, honesty (discovering and notifying us of several potentially valuable finds) and hard work. I generally don't go online to give reviews but I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! An excellent company with an admirable ethic! Patrick Adams, Yarra Yarra Ranch, Inc. read more

We had pressure treated wood debris left from a deck repair. IWhen I read that chewing on the wood could KILL MY DOG I was pretty worried. It's pretty complicated to dispose of it since it's now a hazardous waste under CA law. I was reading all the rules and regulations, and I was sure there's a company that could do it. I was afraid it would be expensive and take forever. But West Coast Junk came the next day, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and the hazardous wood was gone in less than half an hour. Will definitely call them again when I anything else to dispose of. read more

This rating is based on two jobs, both great. They removed a truckload of all sorts of furniture, stuff from my garden, and a hodge-podge of general junk. They responded quickly, gave me a fair and accurate estimate, came a day early after asking if it was convenient, and did a lot of work in a little time. So, I had them back for another truck full and again could not have been more pleased. read more

Fast communication and fast removal ! I really like the flat rate for how much junk you have. 10/10 will use them again.

THESE GUYS!!! Can't recommend West Coast Junk Corp enough. I just spent six days helping clear out my friend's apartment of 32 years. She was a collector of many things... including THOUSANDS of books. These guys showed up and in two days (4 truck loads) efficiently, respectfully and thoughtfully sorted, bagged and hauled all of the stuff we needed to discard down 4 flights of stairs. It was a JOB. They will haul ANYTHING - big or small. Clearing a house is emotionally and physically taxing - these guys made the task that much less burdensome. We are so grateful for their professionalism. read more

Thank you David & Peter!! I cannot thank you guys enough for allowing me to "take back my space!" It's quite embarrassing to admit, but I have a family of hoarders!! I decided to clear out the junk and was stressing out about how much stuff there was and how I was going to dispose of it! Literally, I piled junk in my entire garage for them to help me discard! Checked on Yelp and saw the amazing reviews and had to call. They were busy, but managed to squeeze me in next day! They came earlier than our agreed upon time and were so professional and efficient the entire time. They gave me a quote and it was beyond reasonable for the space I got in exchange! They definitely know what they're doing! I kid you not, an entire garage of junk and some scattered boxes and bulky items around the house gone in less than an hour! Ahhhhmazing!! read more

After some back breaking and the stress relief of swinging a sledgehammer to my useless concrete pad, i had a Mini Cooper load of concrete junk blocking my install of new pavers. I was tired and told myself i would hire the first team that could make it out on this Sunday. Google. Bam! West Coast! They quoted me a very reasonable price and I was glad to hand over my credit card. Especially after the two young owners show up and ready to haul. These dudes are super professional and super nice. They even came in a new truck and were in uniform. And their own safety gear. Look no further! Call these guys to haul your junk away. read more

West Coast Junk is a prime example of customer service and efficiency at its best! My roommates and I cleaned out our yard and garage this morning. We had a lot more junk than expecting so we reached out to a couple companies for quotes to pick it up for us. West Coast Junk replied within minutes and gave us a rough quote by photo we sent, and said they could be here in only 2 hours to come pick everything up! Not to mention their quote was the most fair of any we had received. 2 hours later two guys arrived on time and cleared out our pile in less than 20 min. They were so friendly and their exact quote matched the one they estimated from the photos. Woo! I couldn't be happier we went with West Coast Junk, and I am happy to recommend them for your junk hauling needs. Thank you West Coast and team! read more

They are pricey, but available for Same day pick up, & very efficient. I got a response with an estimate almost instantly via yelp. Definitely saved us time & saved my boyfriends back! read more

I wish I could give this company 6 stars! I called into several companies prior to reaching WCJ and many of them quoted far more than my budget would allow. I only had a few bulky items to include a set of closet doors and a queen box spring. David immediately answered my call on a national holiday to come to the rescue in collecting my items. He gave the utmost in courtesy by giving me same day service stating ETA between 12:00 and 2:00. He and his team arrived at 12:45 and in just minutes the items were collected and hauled off. Hats off David and his team. If you need a very reliable and trustworthy hauling service look no further than West Coast Junk. read more

Super easy to work with. Response time was quick and communication was clear. They were careful to not damage anything while removing a stone statue and heavy stone bench. Extremely thorough to make sure all pieces are removed (our statue was broken into several pieces). Super nice and asked if there were any additional help we needed. They even cleaned and swept up the street in front of our house at the end since there were some dirt that fell from our stone garden fixtures. read more

I hired WCJ to remove 43 years of furniture and junk as my father is retiring his business. Peter and David came out to the business and gave me a quote on the spot. Prior to moving day (today), I was contacted to confirm my appointment and the day of, they texted me 15 minutes before arrival time to let me know they were on their way. These guys are GREAT! They worked quickly and efficiently and even offered to take bags of shredding that weren't in the original quote. They were friendly, courteous and professional. I absolutely loved them. Before leaving, Peter picked up a broom to sweep (which I don't remember that being in the quote! lol) and I told him no way, he wasn't going to clean up since it was OUR mess. The quote was as promised, and they were in and out two hours earlier than I expected. And the bonus was just how incredibly nice they were. I told my husband he needs to look around our house for junk just so we can hire WCJ again. Thanks, guys!! read more
