Bruno and his crew are fantastic. Quick response with quote and was able to come next day. I had more stuff than I thought and he was flexible with adding more stuff to the truck. I had so much stuff that they had to unload and come back a few hours later. read more

I contacted EMA for a quote to remove and dispose of an old upright piano. Bruno replied with a quote within 15 minutes. His quote was the most reasonable quote I received, Bruno came the next day on time and removed the piano. Bruno and the other mover were very careful handling the piano to ensure they didn't scratch the hardwood floor. I would recommend and use EMA again for future jobs. read more

I used EMA Junk Removal service to take away old furniture and stuffs that I need to toss. I selected a local company. I requested a quote online by providing pictures of the pieces for removal. I also provided location and phone #. I got response by text with quote in a very short time. I could add or remove items. I was provided the time of pickup on the day I specified. Before contacting EMA i contacted another removal company and I have not heard back from a real person. What I appreciate EMA the most was quick communication via text from someone local. I want to support small local businesses. EMA is reliable, responsible, and friendly. Thank you EMA Junk Removal in San Bruno. read more

I used the yelp to request quotes to have some junk and unwanted furniture taken away after a major remodel. EMA Junk Removal responded within an hour with a very reasonable quote. They were able to come the next morning. The gentleman that arrived was great! I can't remember his name because it was unusual. It was Portuguese, I believe. Anyway, he was pleasant, professional and fast. I would definitely call these guys again. read more

We had to move an apartment immediately, and Bruno was very quick with a quote within the hour. Highly recommended. read more

Highly recommend! Efficient, friendly, and courteous. Their price was very reasonable - especially compared to the usual suspects in this category. We will use EMA Junk Removal again, should we have more stuff to haul away read more

The EMA team were professional and courteous in removing an upright piano from my home. None of the local charities, schools, donation sites would accept the piano which has taken up space for 30 years. Even better, EMA team will be giving piano to someone who wanted one. So happy piano will get a second life instead of going to landfill. Will definitely use EMA Junk Removal again. Much thanks to the 3 guys who did the hard work. read more

Excellent and friendly service. So easy to book. Highly recommend to get the job done !

Their response to my request for a quote was very fast and they could come the same day, and their price was very good, so I chose them over several others. The only issue was that when the guy arrived, he had to increase the price because the weight of the materials was more than what he thought even though I provided details in my description of the project re: the scope of the project (including the size & weight), so it would have been nice if they more detailed in scoping the project to give a more accurate estimate. That said, the guy came on time, was very nice and did a great job hauling everything away. In the end, the price was still fair. I would hire them again. read more

I recently had Eudiley and his team clear out my backyard which had become overgrown and still had leftover furniture from the previous owner. I shouldn't taken a before picture but it was pretty bad and I couldn't believe in just 2-3 hours EMA cleared it all! Fees were very reasonable and included junk fees - I couldn't be happier. I have worked with Eudiley's wife as my house cleaner for years so i totally trusted them to do the job. Eudiley is trustworthy and reliable, he showed up completely prepared and got working right away. My dog who doesn't like most men loves Eudiley which i think is a true sign of what a trustworthy person he is. read more

Choose EMA over 1-800 Got Junk to Haul your items away. Please note service was done on July 21, 2020. Had great communication from the moment I booked the appointment with Mychelle up until Eudiley and Thiago came to my place and hauled my items. Both men were very professional and safe. Wore Masks and remembered to take off their shoes at the door as they were also moving a heavy chair from living room to bedroom. Eudiley and Thiago hauled away 1 large sofa, 1 love seat, and loose items from my place. Total cost was $180, which was fair versus the money I paid 1-800 Got Junk ($230) for lesser items. Both men were out of my place within 20 mins after beginning their work. Efficient and fast service. Will be choosing this company again for future hauling. read more
