Outstanding Job - Highly Recommend Bay Haul Heroes…read more Dennis did an absolutely excellent job. He was punctual, thorough, flexible, and incredibly easy to work with. He worked nonstop and handled a very large and challenging project with efficiency and care. The job involved clearing a steep hill that was filled with debris, removing an old fence that had to be taken down, and hauling away three large tree trunks that had fallen and been cut up. Dennis filled nearly two full truckloads and left the area completely cleaned out. In addition to hauling and cleanup, Dennis also has great expertise in packing and moving boxes--loading trucks for moves, transporting items to storage units, or moving them to another home. He is very strong, dependable, and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dennis and Bay Haul Heroes for both large and small hauling, cleanup, packing, and moving projects.

I wish every experience was this great and this fast!…read more I requested a quote via Yelp, and within FIVE minutes, Armando wrote and gave me a great quote. Note, I got a quote from a competitor before I chose A+ and it was nearly the same amount for removal of only ONE of the items, also that place mentioned there would be additional landfill fees, so they were not even straight up about the exact amount I would have to pay. Armando told me exactly the dollar amount for the removal and disposal, no hidden fees, you know what you will pay up front. He asked where I was and when I told him, he said he could be there in 20 minutes. He came faster than that. It took the three people who showed up only a couple of minutes to move a huge, heavy mattress and a large dresser from a squirrelly upstairs to the ground floor and out the door. They were courteous, fast, but most of all, they took excellent care while moving my things so as not to scrape the walls or anything (and as I mentioned, the staircase is weird and not easy to get things up and down). I was astounded by how easy they made this super daunting task! You can pay a corporation more money, or you can support local guys like the ones who work at A+. Trust me, you will not be happier by going with the big brand names. I will use A+ again in the future, and recommend them highly.

I'm a very coordinated guy, but the Thursday night before I had a moment of clumsiness and the Blueberry Smoothie that I was about to enjoy slipped away from me and splattered in front of my sofa in the living room. Yes, you read right...BLUEBERRY! No chance that that catastrophe was coming out. So mad at myself for not being able to prevent/avoid the disaster, I started doing as much cleanup as possible. With phone in hand, I launched the Yelp! app and did a search for carpet cleaning with emphasis on the 'Open Now' filter. 3H Hygenix was at the top of the list, so I got in touch with Matthew right away. Fortunately, he had an open morning spot at 9:30, which I took right away. After explaining the situation and giving him a brief description of the issue, Matthew said he would do his best to combat the staining powers of blueberry. While I was glad to get an appointment for the following morning, I was still worried. Damn you, Mark, for being so clumsy. And damn you, blueberries, for torturing me throughout the evening! Once Matthew and Victor arrived they got to work. This dynamic duo was not only super professional and on top of it all, but they're two really great gents. In just over an hour, they not only eradicated the staining powers of the Blueberry Smoothie, but the took care of shampooing the rest of my apartment. (What a great start to my spring cleaning endeavors!) Seriously, I highly endorse and suggest you phone 3H Hygenix and get Matthew and Victor to take care of your carpet cleaning issues! In today's world where 'customer service,' is a foreign concept and dying art, these gents do such stellar work to keep that practice alive. Well done, Matthew and Victor!
