Had a great experience all around from finding floor down to installation. I had been trying to match existing flooring in my home that was discontinued and contacted them over the phone looking for a possible match. The manufacture didn't have enough of the new match but he suggested I come down to the store and look for another as they had a large selection. Sure enough I was able to find another match! The installer Was so meticulous he was able to match the pattern at the doorway to my existing floor perfectly. We are more than satisfied with the quality of floor and work. Went in to get quotes at 10am. They were closed even though their business hours open earlier at 9. The next day I went in and the guys there completely ignored the presence of us while 2 others sat down and played bingo or some type of board game that was much more important any business I guess. So one of the guys pointed out where the selection of laminated were and said he would help us out after he finishes the game. 10 minutes go by and yet another guy joined their 3 party game. What a disaster. They were contracted through Costco flooring. Job was delayed, I had to get linoleum removed on my own even though their quote included all floor prep and removal. They pulled the old carpet and when they discovered linoleum, they abandoned the job half way asking for me to get the removal done before they returned to finish the job. read more

Parked illegally near my home and tried to get me to pay the parking ticket for them. Don't trust this place, they did remodel of my condo and it was a long drawn out ordeal. the workers didn't start until 10 AM everyday saying they were getting supplies. I looked at there truck window everyday and it appeared the were starting the day working at another property. the Rep said my shower was going to be Hot mopped, but during a home inspection. the shower had no water proofing and was not hot mopped. I called Ibrahim, the owner and he said how is this my problem. I kept calling and he finally came over and actually top there was nothing in the deal that said Hot mop in my remodel. I said he should have put some type of water proofing. he offered to help fix it if I put in half the money to fix it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Finally he sent a relative who started to demo the shower floor just to leave saying he couldn't finish because he wasn't getting paid. Ibrahim was expecting me to pay this poor guy. the next to guys came over and unfortunately I was not home and they got 300 dollars from my wife for supplies. once again they left because the were not getting paid. stay away from this place at all costs. read more
