So soft! No more dead rough skin!

I live nearby so I always go to this nail salon. They do a wonderful job and they are always friendly. The atmosphere inside the salon is so nice and comfortable. They have massage chairs for the pedicure and they are very clean here with basin liners. The scrubbers and nail files used are thrown away with the basin liner at the end of each pedicure. I highly recommend this salon. My gel pedicure today was great, complete with a paraffin foot treatment and massage. Also the stylist showed me a better color close to the one I chose so I went with her recommendation. Thank you!

If I could give it 0 stars I would . Would not recommend unless you want to be cut open and bleeding. Not to mention very over priced for this ... very upset with my experience.

full set, note the ring finger is rubbed raw and bleeding

Just got my nails done here, got my first full acrylic set. It being black friday, I expected a rush so I called ahead and the man on the phone told me it wasn't busy. I got there and sat down right away but from there it went downhill. I kept my expectations low but was surprised with how rushed the salon employee worked on me. She also trashed 3 cuticles, causing me to bleed. not pleased but I know how to recover to make it a decent set. If you're on a budget, it's not a bad experience; I would heed you to choose another salon if you have the liberty.

I took my mom and niece for pedicures today, for my mom's birthday tomorrow. I got also got my nails done and my niece got her nails painted. The bill was $133 !!!!!! The lady who worked on my mom was upset she didnt want to buy upgrades or use gel and did a rushed job on my mom's pedicure. She did the "deluxe"/"standard" (one step above basic) which was $37. They barely let her feet soak, she rushed through cleaning up the cuticles and trimming her nails, plus she left out saying her feet felt rough and scratchy. She was finished before my niece who had a basic pedicure. Then on mine, my lady did a good job on the pedicures but she did a terrible job painting them. One of big toes got messed up and she tried to dab more polish on to fix it creating a big bubble. She did nails, which was fine. She did a good job but then when I said I didn't want gel this time (I had gel done here the last time and it peeled off within a week) she seemed upset and said it would cost me $5 more to take the gel off since I was getting regular polish now. Then if I wanted a cut down it's additional. So $36 for a fill then add cut down costs, if I do gel. I said no and she rushed through painting my nails. At best they look eh, okay. My right index finger already has a chip. When I was checking out (before I really saw the state of my toes and knew my moms experience), I set the card on the counter. The tech picked it up. I said I had a coupon, but she said she already swiped so too late. They cannot reverse or cancel a transaction, or give a credit. Our bill seemed super high so I asked for an itemized breakdown, where I got attitude. I looked at the bill and proceeded to explain my niece is 12 and falls under kids' pricing, she said her bill was $35. She got a pedicure and nails painted. She didn't get a manicure. (Kids mani/pedi is $30... but now they have a $2 increase). So because no manicure it was $27/ pedicure +$8/manicure = $35. My toes are a wreck but I'd honestly rather paint them myself at home than deal with going back in there. Needless to say, I won't be back. This was a horrible experience, especially when it was supposed to be a nice birthday outing.

    what i asked for

If i could put no stars, i would. 0/10 Somehow I always get stuck with the lady who is rude, unprofessional & disrespectful. I always question why I kept going back there, but I will never be back. I don't know her name but she is an older lady, & if you get her.. be prepared to be leaving there pissed off. I asked for a cheetah print nail, then she proceeded to try and do the design and my 5 month old niece could've done a better job. She asked me if i didn't like it and I said no, it looks nothing like the picture I showed you, and she just turned her back and continued to do a different persons pedicure. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

So first I got a pedicure the girl who did my toe nails was okay she did my toe nails good for the most part. Now the girl who did my full set acrylics was horrible, meeting her she didn't introduce herself and decided we work at a dirty station. I can see that she was clearly upset due to the last client she had (some lady was very upset that she messed up some gold ombré design on one of her nails and was giving the nail tech a very hard time about it) even if she was upset she should have let it go should have been professional about it and should have showed her next client some respect and at least could have been nicer. She didn't clean up my nails what so ever, she didn't push back the cuticles didn't even trim my nails, she just went straight to the nail drill. I'm not someone to be confrontational what so ever but honestly I should have been because I am so dissatisfied with the nails I received today. The nail tech was not gentle what so ever, she pulled on my hands she would push them away, the nail tech was very aggressive throughout the whole service. I did my best to be quiet and not complain what so ever because she was having a very bad day and I honestly did not want to make it worst. Although it's okay I am very understanding some people are rude and they know how to push your buttons, but you have push through it because at the end of the day it's your job you have to be professional about what ever goes on, that means you can not through a fit when a client of yours is upset with the service, and you can't take that anger out on the next client. Instead take a breather, go outside, take a break do whatever you have to do to calm down. Honestly I would not recommend going here for the lack of professionalism. The nail tech didn't give the service I asked for. She didn't shape my nails the way I wanted them too I wanted square not square round. She didn't clean up my nails what she ever didn't trim them didn't push the cuticle back didn't even really file my nails.

Love this place! They are always nice. The salon has so many mani and pedi options, waxing options, and they now do microblading. You must ask for Ti Ti...she gives the best massages and always does an excellent paint job.

I just left from getting an acrylic ombre set. I'm a fairly regular customer. I was that person that didnt go with my instinct and ask for my preferred nail tech. I thought the style I wanted would be a simple ask. For those who have gotten an ombre set, its a multi-step process that is hard to predict the final result until they finish. You put the tip color on first, then move on to the cuticle color. Even after that, your final results aren't truly evident until they file it down and shape it. I knew when he finished it wasn't up to my expectation but I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years so I tend to be particular. I left and when I got outside in natural lighting, it was awful. I was in a store down the street and called and asked for the owner 5 minutes after my service. I was told he wasn't there (I just saw him while I was there). The person on the phone asked what the call as regarding and I advised that i was dissatisfied with my service and want to speak to the owner. A female got on the phone who claimed to be the owner in defense mode from the start. I told her I'm not the type to try to embarrass people but I would like to send pictures of what I asked for versus what I got. She told me he showed me my first nail and i said it was good...now I'm calling to complain. I told her he did not. He showed me the coffin shape. The ombre process doesn't allow the final look to be revealed until the very end, otherwise I would have. I said if you are familiar with ombre nails, you would understand that it's no way to predict. She said, "well what do you want us to do now?" At that point, I knew her goal was to have a power struggle. I wasn't even upset. I just wanted my nails to look at least professional. I said, "you know what, it's clear that customer service is not your priority so don't worry about it. I just won't come back." I also want to add that the acrylic nail tip is actually already separating from my nail bed on my thumb.

I've gone here twice now and will be going back! Staff is great and very kind! I've had manicures and pedicures and both were great services!

Gel manicure. Pretty decent if not a tiny bit messy

The place is convenient and can get busy quite quickly. The best time to walk right in is first thing after they open. The staff are a little slow to greet you which could mean you're awkwardly staring at 10 employees before one of them decides it's his or her turn to help you. They do not speak English fluently so any requests other than the most basic nail terms might be challenging. Prices are average about $30 for a pedicure and $25-$30 for a gel manicure with upgrade options available. parking lot fills up quickly since this is in a tiny strip complex. They do have adorable pedicure chairs for kids

They were so kind with my boys! So fun!
