Super clean, very nice staff, HUGE selection of normal polish, gel, and powder/dip options (one of the guys told me they have the biggest powder selection in the area, and I don't doubt it!!). I came to this salon after I saw they definitely could refresh my powder polish (or whatever it's called...) and they also had their price posted online. I have been to many salons in many states, and these ladies and gents were genuinely nice, and didn't awkwardly not speak to me or force conversations, it was all very authentic, like I had known them (and some of the other customers!) for a long time. All this being said, my nails also came out PERFECT, at a very reasonable price, and I felt no pain at any point in the process- I have some very sensitive cuticles, and had a ton of hang-nails, and everything was addressed with no pain and to perfection! I also got a forearm/hand massage with WARM lotion, which I never experienced before. I wish they looked like some of the pictures on the other reviews here, but they look like a child painted them. They need to be completely redone. I made an appointment two weeks ago for a dip powder full set and when I left was asked if I'd like to schedule a fill. I inquired on how they fill it or if a new set is required. They advised that they ARE able to fill a dip powder set with the same color dip. I called to get my appointment scheduled and now apparently they don't do that, you have to get the set removed and a new set put on. NOPE. read more

I scheduled a bachelorette party here on a Saturday afternoon and was told it would take an hour and a half at $34 a person. When I arrived they said the price was $37 a person because of the back room. Luckily all of the girls were understanding and it wasn't that big of a deal. Frustrating but not a deal breaker...would have been nice to have less of an attitude when told this information but oh well. They swept and cleaned up the room as we were sitting there. There were 4 chairs in the backroom (only for pedis). I was one of the first four that sat down...I had my toes AND nails done while another girl sat in the chair waiting for her pedi the whole time (her water was VERY cold). Either they are very unorganized or did not schedule enough workers for the party. We were given small bottles of water and mini cheesecakes...I guess that was the extra $3 cost... Also, I was told it would take an hour and a half for 15 people. We were there from 3:30 to 5:30. I didn't bring snacks because I was told an hour and a half. Everyone was STARVING! And our party was completely off schedule for the rest of the night. I paid $50 for gel nails because I am a bridesmaid in the wedding and was told they would last for 2 weeks. One of my fingernails was already peeling off Sunday morning. When I called to ask to speak to the manager, one of the girls told me she was the manager (even though I know she isn't). She told me I could come in that day and get them redone...it was mother's day and i wasn't going to spend another hour with them when I don't get a lot of time with my mother as it is. She kept talking over me and told me that was the only way she would redo them. I explained I would come by and show them but only because my parents live close to them (I live 45 minutes away) but I wanted it done the day before the wedding. How can I trust it will last 13 days when it didn't last ONE day!?! Eventually she was so rude that I had to hang up because I was so upset and realized I was going to get nowhere with her. I was willing to let it go from the party itself and even the gel nail peeling off but the way I was treated when I called about my issue, I will never go back. read more

This place was a complete and utter DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I brought my teen daughter in today for full sets and eyesbrows waxed. The gentleman that sat me down was nasty from sec number one. No hello! Nothing! What shape? I say almond. . . He then say $30. Cost more. I tell him I want short length. A certain shape tip costs more? I have dealt with longer lengths costing more but never a certain tip shape. He then became angry and then offered gel instead. I told him reg polish will be fine! He gets more angry. Then I tell him to stop! I am done! Take them off please! I refuse to allow someone to treat me like trash and bully me for more money! Rude and very unprofessional!!! I drive 40 minutes to this nail salon. Tuan does a great job on my acrylic nails. I haven't found anyone else who can make them look so natural. The basic manicure and pedicure have nice touches that you pay extra for at other salons. There's a warm hand cream massage with every manicure, and a paraffin foot treatment with the basic pedicure. I recommend making an appointment if you don't want to wait, because there's a pretty steady stream of walk-ins. read more
