When I visited her and the brand-new facility, I was astounded by the setting, the cost, the clean restrooms, the well-kept units, and the staff's professionalism and friendliness. This location is among the greatest in Wesley Chapel and Land O' Lakes. I absolutely recommend it. The fact that they genuinely care about their clients is what caught my attention. I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere in the front lobby, which includes coffee, water, pastries, and more. What a wonderful location. P.S. I am shocked to see how negative remarks were made in the previous feedback, with which I absolutely disagree. You can feel the welcoming atmosphere at StoreRight as soon as you step in, complete with friendly staff and soothing music. I applaud both Susan and Mark for the outstanding job. We had great service for over a year. New management and they continued to charge us for months…read moreafter we moved out and vacated the property. Attempted to get it rectified and was unable for 2 months. We got the run around from the new owners who we found out never proceeded any refund even though they claimed they did. Had to take it to corporate level and the issue was rectified in less then a week. As new business owners they are in trustworthy and rude. They are horrible at customer service and truly liars and thieves as they never followed through nor had any intention to do so. Plenty of other businesses in the area ...I would avoid this business at all costs.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more *** Wesley Chapel (FL) Location *** Raised my rental price after 3 months of storage by $100 - Rented online and was NEVER informed that the rate I was given was "promotional". Received a 30 day notice (which is referenced in the contract), but it is completely misleading to give customers a rate that is "not specified as promotional" - only to defend the raise by saying it was "promotional". This is the definition of "false advertisement / bait & switch" .... give customers the full information "upfront" so that we can make an informed decision about your facility ..... BUT, I'm sure if they told everyone upfront that the pricing was / is promotional that would hurt sales. The facility is always spotless and well-maintained. The front office staff are outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They listen to your needs and recommend the right size unit without any pressure to upsell. Pricing does fluctuate occasionally, but the service and cleanliness more than make up for it. Hours for reference: Office: Mon-Fri 9:30 AM-6:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, closed Sundays/holidays Gate access: 6:00 AM-10:00 PM daily (24-hour access available on request) I highly recommend StoreRight!

Never renting here again they have lied to me and my family on multiple of occasions on when we can…read moreget our things out of storage due to us being late on payment and then turns out when they said we had time to get our things that we actually never did have time that they had already cut our lock and locked us out when they were saying we could still go in and get our things and they said everything is in the contract we signed when first getting the unit but we never sign a contract the only thing we had signed was the payment and insurance agreement that's it we were never emailed or give this so called contract. So I would watch out before you lose your things to this place.

I was paying the month…read moreinsurance and that's a waste of money tried to file a claim for of $500 worth of rat damage and they wanted receipts for everything which some where gifts and who keeps receipts for stuffed animals, chair and a suitcase? The worst part was we actually had a dead rat in our partially opened suitcase that almost fell out on my head. They treat a loyal customer by jacking up their rent to around $280 a month for a 10x20 outside unit while a new customer can get the same one with first month free and $143 a month!!
