Tony greeted us with a smile and was very friendly and professional. He showed us a couple of units and we said we would let him know. A few minutes later Tony stopped by our unit to let us know that he could give us a better rate. We were happy with the rate so we decided to keep our unit. Had Tony not gone out of his way to assist us we probably would have moved to another storage facility. Tony is definitely an asset to Extra Space Storage and we really appreciated his help today!

There aren't any long term contracts, just month to month. The units were always clean and I never had any issues with bugs or rodents. The grounds have a gate that can only be opened by your own personal key code. Place was super safe and the young lady always at the front counter was very helpful and nice. Nice value. Definitely recommend as long as you don't need climate controlled.

Well-organized and well-maintained; updated access equipment at the gate makes it a breeze to get in & out with the mobile app. Pricing is the best I could find with gate and monitoring. I also like that it's off a smaller road. A challenge to spot when you first drive by, but less stress getting out of and back into traffic, especially when towing. They do have some flags at the road, which helps It stand out. Once you're back on CR-52, it's an easy drive to SR-52, then I-75 or US-98/US-301. It feels out-of-the-way, but it winds up being pretty quick to get to Tampa or Orlando, or lots of parks, forests, and preserves to the North.

We hired Muscle 4 Hire to do a 4 bedroom move which was supposed to be a 4 hour 3 man move. They…read moresent out 1 guy who really busted his butt and 2 guys it looked like they picked up from the corner. One guy was complaining and slacking the entire move, the other guy was like he needed a babysitter to tell him everything to do throughout the whole move. The head guy finally told us this is not how we usually work, they sent me out with 2 first day trainers. I will call the office to get some money taken off. Because of the incompetent movers they sent the move took 10 hours, one guy quit and the owner had to come out to help finish our move. They broke several of our items and didn't say anything. I requested a call back from owner and never got one. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I would give a zero star if I could.
