Tony greeted us with a smile and was very friendly and professional. He showed us a couple of units and we said we would let him know. A few minutes later Tony stopped by our unit to let us know that he could give us a better rate. We were happy with the rate so we decided to keep our unit. Had Tony not gone out of his way to assist us we probably would have moved to another storage facility. Tony is definitely an asset to Extra Space Storage and we really appreciated his help today!

Its a shitty business practice many of these guys have. Tell you one price and and leave off some heavy shit off the list on purpose so they can say well you signed the contract. These guys were kind and did not do that to me. Just buyer beware. They are out there and a common practice by this type of service. Moved us from Fl to VA. There aren't any long term contracts, just month to month. The units were always clean and I never had any issues with bugs or rodents. The grounds have a gate that can only be opened by your own personal key code. Place was super safe and the young lady always at the front counter was very helpful and nice. Nice value. Definitely recommend as long as you don't need climate controlled.
