They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you. I'm happy I'm in a home I purchased so I never have to experience these movers again.

We hired Buff Movers to unload our U-Haul for Saturday, July 10. We called ahead of time and asked…read moreto move the move to Sunday. Josh agreed, but informed us that it would be an additional 50% to work on Sunday. Not a problem. We agreed to the extra pay and set up the move for 11 am Sunday morning. About 10:30 Sunday morning, Josh texted to inform us that his employee bailed on him, but that he had another guy that would get off work at 2, and asked if we could move it until then. No problem. Not his fault. Just before 2, we texted Josh and asked when they would be there. We got no response. For the next three hours, we tried to call and text Josh with still no response at all. I also left a message on fb (which they seem to have deleted since) asking them to contact us. We finally called U-Haul, explained the situation, and they sent them an urgent message to contact us. Josh finally messaged to tell us his second guy also bailed on him and he wouldn't be coming. When we asked him to still at least come help, he said no, he would come the next morning. At that point, due to his lack of communication, we no longer felt it was safe to wait for him to show up and ended up having to unload most of it ourselves, as we weren't able to find any other help last minute until well after 6 pm on a Sunday and had to have the truck back the next morning. While we understand that he can't control his employees bailing on him, and this review isn't based on that, our issue was that not only did he not communicate the situation, leaving us scrambling last minute on a Sunday, but when we asked him to still come help, he chose to leave us in the lurch and refused to fulfill his commitment. Had he notified us or responded to any of our attempts at communication instead of ignoring us, we would have been able to arrange for other help. This is no way to treat people or to run a business.

Every time I came up with an idea to condense & repack an item in the truck, Kannon came up with the same idea as I did simultaneously. I consider myself to be an excellent packer, so Kannon receives exceptionally high scores for having a good sense of making the most room for what needed to be loaded & packed. Kannon's helpers also busted their humps like mini freight trains that just kept going. I had to give them drinks & tell them to take a break several times. Although me & my spouse did move some things, Kannon & crew did not want me to help on anything big or heavy. Their professionalism, gregariousness, hard work, & costs were fair & worth it. I have never hired laborers or movers in my life, but we are glad we did. I recommend wholeheartedly & with much enthusiasm to contact All-En Movers & Laborers whenever you need honest, dependable, motivated, careful, strong, & knowledgeable movers. They brought water, but we gave them Body Armor & Power-Ade, which they appreciated. My 1st experience with hiring labor was a good one. I believe All-En will provide experienced, human pack mules for all your labor needs. Moreover, they disassembled & reassembled my specialty bed with frame, headboard, & 12 drawers in an efficient & exact manner. Thanks All-En's Kannon & Crew!
