I recently contracted to have a epoxy garage flooring installed in my garage which was completed today. From start to finish the job exceeded a 5 star rating. Ray, the sales rep., was informative, very helpful, and very easy to work with. He gave me detailed information on the process of doing the flooring, the materials used, and what to expect from the finished product. No hard sell from Ray, he has a good product to sell and is focused on having a happy and satisfied customer. The scheduled date for the installation was kept to literally the minute. Tom, the installation technician, and his partner arrived exactly when promised and stayed on the job until it was finished. The preparation work and detail to the quality of the finished product was outstanding in every way. Tom even cut in around where the garage doors touch the floor so as to create a more professional look and ensure the long term appeal of the coating. High grade quality products were used and I am confident that I will have a great looking floor for a very long time. My next door neighbor had his garage floor refinished at the same time and he is equally as impressed with the quality of the materials and the high level of preparation work that was done prior to the installation of the epoxy, color flakes, and protective clear coat. The pricing for the epoxy flooring is very competitive and I know from prior experience that you won't get a better quality or more durable finish than what is available through this company. A family member had garage cabinets installed along with a epoxy flooring a little over two years ago. While they abuse the floor a lot more than I would ever considering doing, the finish on the floor looks like new over two years after being installed. I also needed a door repaired that I had damaged on one of their cabinets. A 15 minute visit to their factory off of Sunrise Blvd. and I had a like new cabinet door to install. Great follow up service and care in providing excellent customer satisfaction. Whether it is durable cabinetry or a beautiful finished floor in your garage, I can't recommend We're Organized highly enough. read more

An individual named Joe showed up & was frustrated he wasn't able to take measurements close to the walls in my garage. I asked why his team over the phone didn't mention that I should move boxes away from the walls. I would have done so. He became upset saying he could provide an estimate still bit would have to drive all the way back to vacaville. The entire time he was argumentative and confrontational. I asked him if he wanted to do this job since it seems like such an inconvenience. He stated he's the owner and he quotes 5-6 per day. Based on how he treats people I highly doubt those 5-6 quotes would likely become orders. There lots of companies to choose from for garage cabinets & epoxy flooring. I would not recommend this company. I highly suggest shopping around. read more

Everyone involved in this project did a great job, was very professional and helpful, starting with scheduling the free estimate, providing the estimate in person, and installing the cabinets in March 2022. If I could give 0 stars I would. The product turned to dust after 2 years and the doors were falling off because the hinges pulled completely out of the door. Furthermore, I drove 2 hours to come pickup replacements and I was possibly going to be 25 minutes late due to traffic. I explained that I had all 4 kids in my car and asked for a huge favor if they could stay a little beyond closing to accommodate me since I was driving so far and didn't want to have to turn around. Renee was absolutely RUDE and said they didn't have the 'manpower' to do that. Wow I cannot believe the way she was so unwilling to help a customer. Sad. When I did arrive with a minute to spare, I walked in and no one could be found. I peered around the corner and Renee was sitting at her desk, on the phone. She turned to look at me and without a blink or welcoming gesture, she turned right back around. I wrote the check, put It on her desk and since my doors were visible I grabbed them and left. I had garage cabinets installed and they look fine. The installers we're professional and did a nice job, I also thought the pricing was fair. My problem is with their salesman. He was totally unprofessional. He called me to complain that his commission was reduced because of a mistake he made. The conversation was a little heated and he hung up on me. Fortunately we had a home show in Dixon and I met Ray from "We're organized" Just for kicks I asked for a ballpark price and he said for what I wanted about $2800. Holy Cow! At that price I had money for even more! So, I signed up, Ray came over, set things up, crew came over, in about two hours BAM! My garage......well a picture says it all. Crew was the best! Ray is a really good guy no pressure, no big sales pitch. The cabinets sell themselves......but the final look is so cool. What I got here was less than $5000. and worth EVERY penny. Very high quality material. Plus......PLUS......get this if you MOVE.......you can take your garage cabinates WITH YOU! The installation crew/s were awesome as well. The teams are well organized, have a system and work together very well... quick and efficient. Everyone we friendly, accommodating, professional and patient (I'm very much a perfectionist) . There was a slight issue; however the fix was not cheap. However the owner and company did not blink and handled the it to my satisfaction the and did so without question and hassle free. Having been a business owner myself I know that things do not always go exactly as planned; that being the case I believe that's when you truly find out what the company is really about. I waited until I used the shop and he cabinets for some time on the cabinets because sure everything looks good in the beginning but what about a year later and how was the support after installation is what we care about when they have our money. - the sale, Joe was not pushy and was value added to our meetings and he met all of my demands and all within my timelines. He would meet me on Saturday to review my layout and sometimes it was a family affair as his wife was part of the meetings. Just made me feel my business was important to them. Joe know the cabinet business and garage needs so pick his brain as he has the experience again without being pushy. - the installation team very professional, they protected my new floor during installation. The neatly painted walls where also untouched. Language was appropriate, equipment was new (i.e.) no oil leaks on my new driveway. My concern would have been OK Joe was good at his part now I have to deal with the installation. This team was as good as it gets. My only regret is I do not need any more cabinets. - after purchase support, once I had the cabinets I wanted to add some small things, I sent an email drawing and on the weekend Joe stops by with the extra parts. - value of the cabinets, again I have made cabinets and these are high end shop cabinets that did not break the bank. the only way they can make them so affordable is doing it right the first time and with there design. I looked at many cabinets and over a year later I have no regrets with my selection and smile everyday playing in the shop. I glanced at other reviews and saw one mentioning that the cabinets turned to dust after 2 years, I am going on 2 years and they get used - but they are looking and functioning just like new. I can't say enough good about this establishment! Hubby and I moved to a new home which had We're Organized cabinets already installed in the garage. Most things with the cabinets were fine except several of the drawers were very difficult to open and close and I wanted to add a few new shelves, wanted a few things moved around, etc. I phoned the number on the sticker that was on the cabinets and they sent Bob out to have a look a few days later. He came to the house and took notes on what I wanted. A few days after that, Kevin arranged to come over to unstick the drawers and add a few shelves, etc. Well, the existing cabinets were over 20 years old so Kevin had to make a few calls back to HQ to ensure he did the right thing with the older model. He went back to the office to get a few things, came back and unstuck the drawers, added a few shelves, moved a few things around as I wanted. I was expecting to pay $200 or so for the service, but they did everything at no charge! Kevin said the cabinets are fully guaranteed, and that's how they run their business. I just couldn't believe it. Now that is customer service!! I would HIGHLY recommend these folks. Thank you! read more
