Tried to do this via the website given on the receipt, then their general site; they want to give dead links and act like they don't recognize their own restaurant number (yes, it was put in correctly: #04603824) - so, fine. I'm doing this here. Went to this drive thru to get some dinner - this girl Tamara (on the receipt) asks Me to hold on; no problem. Said so, and waited patiently. Except - when she finally comes back, after a 5 MINUTE TOTAL SILENCE...where I was actually starting to wonder if something bad was going down inside, or what - she just starts her greeting over like it didn't happen. No apology, no explanation. Even when I told her I was about to ask if everything was okay. I wasn't rude about it. She didn't say s*** - just hung there like I said something stupid. Moving past it, I placed My order. I have a strong and clear voice, btw - and spoke plainly; yet she kept acting like she couldn't hear or understand what I was saying. There was zero static over the intercom, and SHE was clear; no reason to expect there was any technical issue at play. But ok - so I answered her; still keeping it cool. She murmurs the total, and when I pull up to pay and get My food, she's got this whole "why are you bothering me" vibe and funk ALL OVER her face. And I mean, shameless with it. No smile or ANY attempt to even pretend some kind of "customer amicability" or give a f*** that she left Me waiting for 5 damn minutes with no apology or explanation...and went on to be rude, to boot! No appreciation whatsoever, either, that I'd given her all KINDS of latitude - and had been super cool about everything up to this point! Just looking bored and disgusted. Not even just in a general way. Not "sorry, I'm tired" or "it's not personal, I just hate my job"... Nah. Try "I HATE customers, and am sick of them all; think I'll just take it out on them, as I please." She was looking bored and disgusted with ME. Then I sought to verify My total with her, so I'm sure I'm giving her the right amount of money - and she repeats it all deadpan while staring Me in the eyes, like I'm f****** stupid for asking...as if Me having to ask wasn't her own damn doing! Same when I verified My drink was correct, before checking My order, when I got it. Again - as if I didn't have cause, being that, oh, I don't know - I KEPT HAVING TO REPEAT S*** because she wanted to ACT like she didn't hear or comprehend Me?! And yes, I think she was acting. Only moreso, after everything else she did. Trying to be funny, I'd say. The whole time, having a tone and body language that says "f*** off - and I don't care whether you can hear or understand me or not". Not wanting anything done to My food, though - I continued to hold My peace until I got it. But what I WANTED to do was check this rude a** *itch on the spot, for her completely-uncalled-for funky a** attitude and unbelievable ingratitude and disrespect. To someone who not only didn't do s*** to her - but went out of their way to be patient and understanding! And she's young enough to be My daughter, too? What I WANTED to do...but wouldn't, because I'm not catching prison over anybody...much less this low-brow c*** - was yank her *** through the window and teach her a thing or two, before releasing her to the asphalt. Her f****** audacity...!!! And then - on top of ALL THIS - I find My burger and fries both lukewarm, and My burger...in spite of being otherwise put together nicely (points for that, at least!) - dry and somewhat tasteless (VERY stingy on the cheese and mustard sauces). My drink was fine. Oh - and even though the online Wendy's FOR THIS LOCATION (when I looked it up, so I'd know exactly what I want when I got there) showed the price for My combo as $10.69 - it was $11.89 (before tax). This was just the cherry on top of this s***show. I paid nearly $13 for a mediocre meal, which had already been partially pre-spoiled by THIS f****** b****. I've been busting My *** since literal sunrise this morning - working non-stop...was dead *** tired, and feeling ANYTHING but My best - but I had the f****** sense and decency to show up acceptably in this interaction! There's no excuse for this girl's behaviour. None. And she put her effort in the OTHER direction: to be as much of a c*** as she could, at EVERY opportunity. F*** this *itch. Like I said - I am PISSED. I want this girl dealt with. Proper-like. And frankly - I want some kind of compensation for this whole goddamn experience. I've earned that after both My dinner and My night got turnt like this, from top to bottom - and for no m************ reason. Drive-thru around 10 PM, long line. Ordered 2 combos + 1 extra sandwich -- cashier rang it up wrong (only caught 1 combo) and swiped my card before I could catch the error. When I asked him to just add the missing items, he and the manager insisted I had to leave and re-enter the whole line to fix their mistake. Finally got it sorted, but then they handed me a sandwich with zero pickles (I'd paid extra for them) and said nothing -- only found out because I checked, and they were just out. The cleanliness of this place doesn't even exist. The service took forever and there seemed to be a lot of cross contamination between the uncleaned surfaces the workers were touching and the food. There was a lady making drinks and kept saying she wasn't taking away orders, I guess that also applied to every other worker on the building too. After being at the front of the line for 10 minutes someone finally came. The food definitely wasn't worth it and the whole time I was scared of what or who had touched it before me. THIEVES: Used the mobile app for a drive thru order. After waiting at the window for 17 minutes we were told the frosty machine is down and they cancelled our order (4 combo meals and the frosty's). Came here 3 times and all three I was missing an item, twice something in my order came incorrect. One of the times I was missing an item, the person at the window argued with me that she personally bagged the item and I'm over looking it. I like Wendy's in general. My fave is a baked potato and a chili, from which I construct my own chili baked potato. I have stopped at this location many times over the years. I don't really mind that it's run down looking, inside and out. Just a little, but not enough to be off putting. I'd rate this place no more than two stars, on average, compared to other Wendy's locations I've visited. My latest visit was a real Ew! I needed a protein snack -- fast. I decided that chicken nuggets would do the trick. I went through the drive through. I already had some misgivings about the potential "pink slime" that I might be eating. I didn't even really mind that I had to wait in a parking spot while they cooked them. What I did mind was that they tasted like fish. Ew! They are running their codfish special these days. Enough to make me think twice -- or thrice -- before stopping at this particular location again in the future. I didn't mind the wait in the drive-thru. About 10 to 15 minutes from the time I pulled up until I got my order. One would think the food would be good and hot. I ordered the biggie bag the fries were warm and the nuggets were cold. The coke was good. I wish I would have read the comments before eating there. It was well staffed. So I why is the food so cold. The only thing that should be cold are the drinks. I will never ever come back to this establishment. Well maybe for a drink. I didn't eat the fries or nuggets and the burger was way to salty. Throw it all in the trash. I doubt the people that work there would like to be served salty and cold food. I took my sister here and she had a very bad experience. The person at the counter wasn't being very loud or clear and she was getting annoyed when my sister didn't understand what she had said. After we ordered our food they didn't give my sister her frosty, thankfully she remembered before we left and we asked for it at the counter and soon got it. However when we went out to the parking lot to leave, my sister's WHOLE large fry managed to fall and dump onto the parking lot, her chicken nuggets almost went down too. She was very distraught and began chugging soda. Once we got in the car she proceeded to dip her nuggets into the frosty and eat them.
