Worst location I've ever been to. Ordered 2 combo meals and a few things off the value menu all of which was on the screen when we ordered. Got to the 2nd pick up window and had to wait for almost 10 minutes while they figured out the car in front of us' order and then tried to give us the wrong order. Confirmed which order was ours and then waited another 5 minutes when I assume the manager came over handed us a bag of food and said "finally, here you go" and the order was wrong, we were missing one of our combo meals. The worker then started arguing with us over what we ordered, we asked for the receipt to see what we paid for and the meal was missing. We said ok can we order that now since you didn't ring it in and we were told no, we have to drive around and order again. The drive thru line was now about 7 cars deep. Unacceptable since we didn't make the mistake, they did. We were gladly willing to pay for it and would have pulled up and waited but the worker at the window kept arguing with my husband saying we never ordered the meal even though there were 3 of us in the car and all heard him order it and was on the order screen. Both the worker and who I assume was a manger gave us so much attitude and were so argumentative. We left and went to a different location in the city. well I think we all can agree that every Wendy's you go to is different from the other. The food quality, service and other things are always different. For this reason, Wendy's should implement a strategy where they add an adjective before each location. This Park Ave., Worcester Wendy's, would be the 'Worst Wendy's.' first of all, you will get absolutely horrible food. Secondly I can make a pizza from scratch quicker than I can get a Junior bacon cheeseburger. Speaking of Junior bacon cheeseburger, Junior means slightly smaller - not bite sized! Just when you think it doesn't get much worse, this Wendy's parking lot to restaurant ratio is absurd - probably 75 to 25. Don't have a stupid monstrous parking lot if you're always going to be dead because you stink and you never have customers. I absolutely despise this Wendy's. read more

This Wendy's isn't so bad, the staff tries to work really quickly and they never question it if they mess up the service is pretty good. My only problem is the level of flow for drive through but other than that they work really hard and do better than most places. read more

This particular location is trash. I've been here multiple times because they seem to be the only Wendy's in the location open late (until 2 am). I will most likely not be back. Every time I come here the experience is just so awful. This time, it was pouring rain so I waited in the drive thru, otherwise I would've gone inside. The drive thru took at least a half hour. The people working there were so slow. When I was placing my order they were rude and seemed like they couldn't care less about accommodating me. The woman had a dull tone and was kind of rushing me along. They were out of every single type of lemonade or specialty drink. The frosty machine was broken. When I pulled up to the window, the girl in the back was eating food and messing around, while the cars continued to pile up behind me. She did nothing to help. The woman at the window was a psycho and just saying random shit, I couldn't even understand her. Laughing like a crazy person...I was just waiting to get my food so I could get the hell out of there. The fries had not even been salted and tasted like cardboard. Went through the drive through today for last minute lunch. I ordered the chicken nugget meal with sweet and sour sauce and a sprite. Drove away....no sprite and no sweet and sour sauce. Oh well I should have double checked. Got back to work hungry and excited for food....Nuggets were barely cooked . The only reason for the one is for the friendly staffer that took my order. I will not be going back. Very disappointing. In the commercials they say real white meat chicken....definately not. read more

The drink and condiment station has been filled with fruit flies the last two times I've been in there. Disgusting

I got a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and all I got was a bun, 1 piece of bacon, and a patty. No cheese, lettuce, no tomatoes. And they spelled my are wrong "Neitan". There are also a large amount of flies. Then they forgot 2 of my drinks. read more

This has the slowest service I have ever seen. The drive through has a 20 minute plus wait every time I come here. The staff are incredibly rude and apathetic. Their food is always ice cold. I avoid coming here at all costs as it is the same long wait, rude staff, and ice cold burgers every time. I am not one to write bad reviews, or to write reviews at all, but after giving this place several chances to see if I will get a better experience it always fails. Two thumbs down. read more

Tonight at 6:20pm I requested my bf go through the local Wendy's drive thru which is a 2 minite drive from my home. We pulled to the speaker and waited....and waited....and waited for 4 whole minute before I got irritated enough to ask my bf to say "hello" into the speaker. The reaponse he got was a hurried "yeah sorry, be right with you." We still sat there for another 3 full minutes without being acknowledged again. By this time, 2 more vehicles had pulled into the drive thru and 1 of them left after waiting behind us for at least 5 minutes. My bf suggested he go in and get my food which I agreed to. That interaction took a normal amount of time and he dropped me off at home which was, again, 2 minutes away. I dug in immediately and to my great dismay, the fries were a soggy, cold mess and both of my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers were cold and comprised of stale buns and missing tomato. The restaurant was not busy. There were 2 cars ahead in drive thru when we pulled up whom had already given their orders and were waiting and there were 2 cars parked in the lot. I am a long time Wendy's favorer and I am new to Worcester. I was excited that this restaurant was within walking distance. Not anymore. I will not be back. I will go far out of my way to avoid thus particular restaurant and I will pass along my experience to anyone who will listen. The customer service was abysmal and the food was basically reheated garbage. I said the resaurant interior was not clean based on what my bf told me. Every time I come to this restaurant I am extremely disappointed. I went this evening to get some food with my family and it took about 5 minutes for anyone to greet me at the drive-Thru. Once I heard from someone, they said "welcome to Wendy's" and that was it. I didn't know If I was to order or not but I went ahead anyway. The girl working the microphone has HORRIBLE customer service. She treated us as if we were an inconvenience to her night. When I came to the 2nd window to pick up my order someone stuck their hand out and handed me the food with no words of "thanks, have a nice day!" Or "thanks for choosing Wendy's. We hope you have a great night." That would be better. Nope. I was just shown a bag and then the girl stuck my cups out without a word. This is a result of poor management & leadership development. Customer service isn't difficult. It simply takes care in one's job. I'm certain the operator of this store wouldn't approve, but I have my doubts if he/she even cares, since service is always horrible. I have visited Wendy's on Park Ave for the last time. My husband and I drove through this particular location at 2:34am after leaving the emergency room at a near by hospital. The store closes at 3am and when we arrived to the drive through we were greeted with nothing but rudeness. We ordered a 6pc nugget with sweet and sour sauce, a chicken sandwich, we were hoping for a baked potato but they were all out (no big deal, it is late and close to closing), so then we asked for cheddar fries and were told they had already put the cheese sauce away because "well, were about to close you know" was the response we got when we said "oh, okay". So we settled on regular fries that were cold, soggy, and overly salted. We then had asked if it was too late for a frosty (as we have some of the junior frosty coupons from Halloween), and at first were told they didn't have any, then that they "have a medium chocolate left" (said just like that) so we asked if we could get a junior size, and told no... that they ONLY HAD A MEDIUM left (implying it had already been emptied from the machine. So my husband asked "we well we are not really looking for that much would you accept the coupon for the medium? If so we will take it." At first they said no (rightfully so, no problem) then he said that's fine we would get it anyway. They then came back on the intercom and said they would do it this one time but in a tone as to say it needed to be a secret. Then there was dead silence for a minute and a half so we just drove around. On our way around we heard talking at the intercom again. Then were greeted at the window with more rudeness as the cashier said "oh I was still talking to you". To which my husband pointed out that she hadn't been saying anything so he assumed we were done there and came to the window. She then took the money, gave us the food, whatever. I discovered there was no sauce in the bag as we started to roll away. So my husband backed up and waved to get someone's attention. A different woman came to the window and he asked if we could please trouble for three sweet and sour. The woman said in a loud tone... "you can have just one, you only got a 6pc and so you are only allowed one... ACTUALLY I KNOW I PUT ONE IN THERE ALREADY BUT HERE JUST TAKE IT, IT'S FINE!" (Yes she shouted that last part, and what happened to places charging .10-.20 for extra sauce? I would have paid no issues. Geez!). Terrible. I won't be back there. They only got one star because I had to. read more

At about 5 minutes to noon today I passed through the drive up to order a burger. I gave my money to the pleasant cashier and then got my burger from the 2nd window and said thanks. The girl at this window had a scowl on her face and never said thanks. An unpleasant experience. This girl with the attitude will be a turnoff for other customers too. I won't go to that place again. My friend and I got to bags of food.They forgot my sandwich, and when I went back, and informed them, as well as ordered a little more food for my friends, they forgot it AGAIN. I am not the type of customer who complains and bitches about things just because I can. However, I insisted on making this account just to warn people. My fiancé and I visited today, and we went in and it was only us and another family. So we ordered our food. (Seperately, not that it matters.) They asked our names, and we sat at a table to wait. While waiting, a ton of customers came in. I couldn't believe the rush. So they kept taking orders. Finally, my fiancé's name was called. Keep in mind, I ordered before her. So, when she went up, I went with her, and asked the crew member/order taker if he knew where my meal was. The cook came out and said that he had called me, but I never heard it. So apparently he discarded my meal. Why? Trust me, I'm not an idiot. I would have heard/responded to my name if it was AUDIBLE. That's the point of taking names. To call them, and make sure their order is received. I had to wait even longer for them to re-cook my food. That is not how you conduct business effectively. Poor customer service as well.
