Don't even bother going to the Park Ave location. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes as the only customer inside the restaurant. Only 2 of the 5 employees were actually doing any work and none of them bothered to take my order the entire time. Ended up walking out without even ordering. This was at 3:30 in the afternoon, please don't waste your time going to the Park Ave location, it only gets worse later on in the evening. I would be more understanding if it had been busy but there were only 2 cars waiting at the drive thru. read more

I was there recently at the drive through, they handed me my food and as I was putting my money in my pocket and talking to my dad (all of about 10 seconds) one of the guys opened the drive through window and asked me if I had a problem and was I talking about him. I politely said I was talking to my father and another employee stuck his head out and told me I needed to move my car as there was a time limit I could be there (there were no other cars behind me). They were very rude , it seemed to me like they were trying to start a fight. I will never go to that place again, awful employees. read more

I've stopped here twice in twelve years-- I must have long term memory loss. The first time I came it was dinner time and the little window behind the clerk which showed the chicken was empty save one dark piece-- when I ordered a bucket with all white meat they turned, looked at the one dark piece, then turned back to me and said "It'll be a while." Now keep in mind this was DINNER time on a weekday evening. There were about 12 other customers in the place and I'm assuming they were all ordering chicken-- since this is Kentucky Fried CHICKEN and all. I should have looked at the faces of the people who had ordered before me, I should have noticed the forlorn looks normally seen only in line at the DMV- the sure sign that someone has been waiting too long. But I didn't and I said I'd wait. They gave me my drink cup and I went to the soda machine and poured myself a cup -- and was promptly overwhelmed by the smell of vomit. Not vomit like someone was slicing soft cheese, or vomit from years ago and it just lingers-- but FRESH just happened vomit. To the point that I looked at my feet. The woman waiting saw me, laughed and continued to hold her nose. Now why any of us didn't just leave is beyond me. I've walked out of nice restaurants for much less, but I think the idea of trying to get a refund out of this untrained clerk who tried to warn me, while the line of new customers continued to pile in, seemed an impossible mission. I waited-- and waited-- and waited. The manager apologized to us and offered us free sodas-- we all looked at the cups we already had in our hands. He gave each of us waiting-- now numbering close to 20-- a free side with our orders. After a while I got my order and left. The chicken wasn't all white but at least I wasn't coming home with no food. Again-- where was my brain? The chicken was bad-- it's been bad for years. It was slimy and hot and cold in places and just plain bad. Fast forward 12 years and I stop again-- I'm not sure why. Big Y down the road a bit has a pretty good fried chicken offering. But I stopped here anyway-- again-- long term memory loss-- but it all came racing back when I hit the soda machine and took my place among the other people waiting for them to make some more chicken. Vomit smell. Impossible? I was there. I smelt it. This time I did the right thing-- I left and I called the 800 number on my receipt and complained. I also called the Board of Health, which I mentioned in my conversation with corporate. I got a nice phone call from KFC thanking me, and a promise to address the issue. A few days later I got a $30 gift certificate and a hand written note from the District Manager saying he had gone in, smelled the offensive odor and had it taken care of. I looked at the $30 gift certificate and realized I was never going to go back there. Nope. I gave it to a homeless guy with a sign standing a few blocks away. I hope he's okay. NOTE to KFC/PEPSI CO-- I have the letter from your area district manager which states he both smelled and addressed the vomit smell issue so please don't try to insinuate I'm making this up. read more

Unprofessional, arrogant, disrespectful management. They charge items that they don't have and change your order into something else. When asked for a refund or change to a different item, they flat out refuse to fix the situation. Customers aren't right here. Don't bother eating here unless you want to treated like crap. read more

went at noon and hardly anyone there. chicken tasted old, my famous bowl had more gravy than mashed potatoes, and the mashed potato gravy mixture was practically soup. the woman at the counter was messing up every person's order that went up. I feel sick after eating there, hopefully I don't get sick. corporate needs to step in. I travel a lot and get kfc when going for fast food since we don't have it in my area, and that location has to be the worst kfc I've ever been to. read more

I ordered online a tender share meal: 6 tenders, large fries, 2 sauces. I received a box of 6 tenders, no fries, no sauce. By the time I picked my order up went home and went back out to notify them of missing items, 25 minutes had gone by and my food was long cold. As someone who has worked in food services in the past, I know the right thing to do in this situation would have been making me a new order, but instead they just give me fries. Bad location Ok food Great workers We stopped in for a quick taco for the fiancé and a boneless chick combo for me. Pulling in and parking was tight...we ran in the young man behind the counter was helpful and happy! We ordered we got our food and we departed. The drive thru was backed up behind our SUV. We waited and backed up. But the parking is such you have to wait in line with the drive thru or go out the in which is a tuff turn around and dangerous exit due to traffic...us being good Christian Americans we went out the in carefully. The food here is very good. We ordered a 5 dollar fill up and a crunch wrap supreme and a nacho supreme. All the food looked exactly as advertised. It all tasted amazing, and the chicken breading was perfectly crunchy. Unfortunately the bathroom area was horribly dirty and everything was degrading or broken, the main part of the restaurant didn't look bad but this part was horrible. The parking was good but slightly confusing. The cookies were good, and the biscuits and mashed potatoes were pretty good also. Would highly recommend. read more

Spent $50.00 on supper for my family only to find a metal screw in the chicken. Thank god one of my children did not swallow it. First time I have ever been to a Taco Bell/KFC (never had that combo in NY but...)that my order was right. Never eat KFC but Taco Bell, yea. Fast fake Mexican food that you cant beat on price. Could use a good cleaning (shut down for a day and schedule all the workers to clean). Floors are slippery with grease and doesn't smell so apitizing, but that's fast food. read more
