Just one mention of this place will get my mouth watering uncontrollably like Pavlov's Dog, Lol. And for good reason too because everything over here is so freakin crave worthy. I think what sets them apart from some others is that they serve 100% all natural Angus Beef which is always free from hormones and antibiotics which is totally noticeable in each and every tremendously tasty bite. Now for me I usually go with the Smoke Shack Cheese Burger and I even threw in a picture right before devouring mine. It came loaded with Smoky Crispy Bacon, Spicy Cherry Peppers, Lettuce, Tomatoes, tons of Onions, Pickles, and that patented one of a kind Secret Sauce. I'd like to believe there's a "Burger Heaven" because trust me, for a brief moment in time I was there. !! YUMMMMMMERS !! I tried there new chicken bites with spicy barbecue sauce and it really didn't stand out for me. The sauce was not at all spicy and it just wasn't great barbecue. The chicken had pieces of cartilage and was very chewy. The fries were OK. I did also try one of their tenders, and I didn't like that most of the "spicy "seasonings were truly just powder rather than having seasoned the meat before cooking it. It's nice that you have the option to either go up to the register or order on the screen, it allows more people to put an order at the same time. We…read moredefinitely wanted to come here and eat the burgers since we haven't had one since the location in Bridgewater closed down years ago. We love how you can build your own burger by topping off your burger with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, and etc. You can also add your own sauce such as mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, a1 sauce, and etc. The staff: They are very patient with us and even recommended items for us to try. They smiled and greeted us, and it was very welcoming. Ambience: The tables, floors, bathrooms, soda area, condiment station, topping bar, utensil areas were all clean with no debris in sight. Wagyu burger: This was cooked to perfection and my brother said this was really good and it was worth the 45-minute drive to come here. Elk burger: My friend said this was cooked just the way he liked it and it was the best burger he has ever had. He said this was definitely worth the drive. Turkey burger: This was cooked perfectly and was not dry. I loved how it tasted with the right amount of cheese on there. Nacho beef cheese fries: The beef made this dish even better. We have never had anything like this and was definitely worth ordering. Side of fries: The fries were not dry and was seasoned well. Overall: This was definitely worth the 45-minute drive to come here to eat at this burger joint. Maybe we will come back next time with another friend, and we will try out other menu items.

All of the Fuddruckers that I grew up around are gone and there's only a few left in the country and this was one of them. Had to take full advantage of it! As you walk in, there's a big queue to walk through until you get to the ordering counter. They have lots to choose from for burgers and some other stuff however I always just get the basic burger and then go to the toppings bar and fill it up. Fries come with every entree but drinks are extra. It's also unlimited fries. You just have to go up to the pickup counter again if you run out of fries and they will give you some more. I just started with one of the basic 1/3 pound burgers and topped it up with tons of pickles and liquid cheese that I just love and miss so much. They have lots of different condiments as well as jalapeno cheese and some sort of horseradish mayonnaise. Definitely good choice here! Definitely planning to return in the future. Brought back some great memories of Fuddruckers from my past. Plenty of seating and place was clean.

I then specified "bacon lettuce and tomato with chicken cutlet", lest the "B" in BLT get missed. Lo and behold , there was no bacon on my sandwich. The chicken cutlet was also cold. I didn't realize chicken cutlet is a cold sandwich so maybe that's my fault for not specifying again, but then why did it take 20 minutes if you weren't heating chicken and clearly not cooking bacon? The bread also tasted like week old plastic. The price of a sandwich chips and drink was so astronomical, over $20? I could go to a restaurant and get real, hot, decent food for that price. Next time just go to jersey mikes. I gave two stars because one seems mean but we will never be going here again.

This was easily the best meal we've had in New Jersey during the past month…read more It was a rainy day in Wayne and we started late, so we decided to stop by Pompton Queen Diner. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality stood out. We were the only Asian group in the restaurant, and the host/manager made us feel genuinely welcome. Even though the wait was busy and around 40 minutes, he still found moments to chat with us and keep the mood light, which made the time pass quickly. Our server was absolutely wonderful. I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly, energetic, warm, and incredibly personable. When she learned we were visiting from China and had spent more time in places like Los Angeles before coming to New Jersey for the first time, she happily shared stories about the local area and made us feel right at home. Her kindness completely changed the feeling of a cold, rainy day. The food was outstanding. We finished everything, even though we were already full, because it was just that good. This is the kind of place where the food is satisfying, the portions are generous, and the experience feels real. I made sure to leave my tip directly for our server because she truly earned it. If there's ever an opportunity for recognition or promotion, I hope management knows what a gem they have on their team. Pompton Queen Diner is a reminder of why classic American diners matter so much. In a time when so many places focus only on trendy Instagram aesthetics, this restaurant offers something far more valuable: genuine warmth, personality, and heart. Support traditional local diners like this. They are treasures. Kyle Liu
