I am unsure of what had happened to this location. I have ordered from here consistently last year and wanted to order once more as it has been some time. It feels as though they are trying to be "cost effective" with the ingredients. For example, I had added "extra cheese to my burritodilla and aside from there being no extra cheese, there was no cheese in it to begin with. Food was awesome! It reminds me of a better Chipotle or Moes. It really is a very similar set up when you order from this place. The food was fresh and they provide you with a heavy portion that you can always save for later. I have sat inside before and it can become quite busy but this place is also great for take out too! Parking is never an issue as there is plenty of spaces. Conveniently, this place is off 23 which can attract a lot of costumers. I cannot wait to go back! read more

I'll preface this review by saying that I really try to avoid writing negative reviews but it's hard to do when it's related to food safety. I picked up lunch here for my family and I recently. We tried a bowl and quesadilla which were decent. We also tried the boneless wings which were not cooked thoroughly unfortunately (see pics). Consequently, my family got sick with food poisoning. The food here at this establishment was fresh, and the meats selection was great. The place was clean and the server behind the counter was friendly and helpful. It was my first time here and he gave me detailed information on how the orders were completed and to my surprise all my tacos comes loaded with anything I like at no extra cost. I ordered the 3 taco deal for $11.99. Let me tell you for this price you get ALOT OF FOOD! Number one you get chips with whatever sauce you like. You choose hard or soft tacos. I chose soft. You get to choose from ground beef grilled chicken grilled pork or grilled chicken. The shrimp is a little extra. Next you get a ton of add ins to choose from: rice and 2 types of beans, grilled peppers and onions, multiple cheese sauces and grated cheeses, guacamole, pico de galo, salsa, onions and tomatoes, chiles, jalapeños, sour cream, multiple sauce toppers that are mild to spicy. When I saw just how much pork he was putting in the tacos I was amazed. Then all the toppings that I wanted were added no charge and I picked about 10 different items to add into my taco. The tacos are placed on top of a bed of crispy freshly made tortillas and extra salsa along with small containers of sour cream salsa and taco sauces, it is snapped shut in the plastic container and given with utensils and napkins in a paper bag. When I ate my tacos I was pleasantly surprised that it was very fresh, well seasoned and flavorful and not greasy. All of the other items in my taco were delicious. The pulled pork was perfect and I was only able to eat one with the tortilla chips and salsa. I went to another location before and it was outstanding so I was really excited that one opened close to my home. But when I ate from here it was very disappointing. I had a bowl, which didn't seem fresh! And I added extra chicken and guacamole and the add on was not worth it! My husband had a salad and he didn't even see any lettuce in it and once he got to the lettuce it was soggy and disgusting. The kids meal for my daughter looked pathetic. One taco with just chicken and a tortilla nothing else added! It just wasn't good. Definitely will not go back. Sticking with chipotle from now on. read more

Greasy quesadilla why would u ever deep fry a quesadilla gross and they forgot correct condiments. Disappointing

Called an order to the restaurant and we ordered nachos with meat and when the delivery guy delivered it there was no meat . we were really looking forward to having a good meal and there's no meat in it at all. What's up with that and instead of putting the sauce on the side they put it all over the nachos so I'm just telling everybody about it you have to reiterate your order just to make sure they get it right not happy with this place. I'll start by saying I've been to bubbakoo's a few times. I love the fried Oreos; Golden, gooey, and crunchy with your choice of drizzle..SO GOOD. The burritos are great, better than chipotle. Jalapeño poppers changed a bit from what I remember them and I personally prefer the small popper bites rather than the big ones, nonetheless very tasty! I've just about always received stellar service and online ordering is very simple and quick. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quick bite to eat and want some good food. read more
