The staff was friendly and apologetic for the fact that the original chili and salad has changed tremendously. There no longer is sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets. We have been to this restaurant two times for lunch. Both times the ordering was difficult and we did not get the correct order. We were using the mobile app to dine in and the clerks did not know how to use it. The grumpy superior brought in to help did not seem to want to fix the problem. this place is very bad. everything is sticky and the bathrooms are horrible. it seems like nobody has tended to them for quite a while. so many flies. the service was ok but everything else like the look of the place was horrible. also, many tables are dirty and have not been tended to when we got to the establishment. if you could please talk about this i would greatly appreciate it. read more

Fast food. I do like Wendy's overall but this location was just meh. The place was in bedlam the day we visited - computers were all messed up, people were angry and the dining room was in dire need of sprucing up - it looks like it has not been professionally cleaned in a long time. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and went to the window to grab my meal and it. The drink did not look like a lemonade so I told the drive thru worker. She said that it was and I brushed it off maybe I was wrong. As I proceeded to drive off she was telling someone else that it was a strawberry lemonade and basically I was wrong. I then tried my drink which was a mtn dew. I wouldn't have had a problem with it but for the drive thru person to say she was right and I paid the money for it. While passing through Washington on 8/19/17 around 7pm we made the mistake of stopping for dinner. We almost turned around and left upon entering however we were in a rush to get back on the road. This place was straight up nasty. It took almost 10 minutes to get our dried up burgers to begin with. About then I noticed their low B rating with a score of 85. Trash was allover the lobby floor. Would be afraid to guess the last time this dump had been cleaned. We had to look for a while to find a somewhat clean table to even sit and try to eat. I did not finish my meal, totally lost my appetite. I only wonder why the health dept. hasn't shut this place down. read more

I never rate fast food - what's the point. However, I do like Wendy's salads and would like to be able to go to our local Wendy's. However, unfortunately, this particular Wendy's is just dirty. If the eating area is so dirty, I hate to think about the kitchen area. My wife asked for a piece of paper and pen to put a note in the suggestion box. She was advised that they were not aware that they ever opened the box. This clearly is a local manager who needs some training on restaurant management. How awful!!! Took 5 minutes to get greeted. Cashier was in lobby. Cooks and other employees in back having a good ol time. Wendy's doesn't offer any specials for birthdays or anything. What's going on??? Horrible!!! read more
