JUST ordered at drive thru the fries were cold! The double cheeseburgers are never good. I won't be back.

Almost everytime I come here my order is incorrect. How are you going to repeat the order and still have it completely incorrect? Last time I did receive beyond amazing customer service, but this time it wasn't good. How am I paying for a 5 piece Nashville hot tender plate, but receiving 3 piece plain and not being given any sauce? How am I ordering sweet tea and everytime never receiving it? I never go back and complain since I live 35 minutes away and it's just something to pick up to eat on the way home. I know I should check the order, but by the time it comes there's a big line behind me and I know it's an inconvenience. Also, please stop serving coleslaw that is pretty much soup, where is the slaw? I do not want coleslaw juice. At least they never get the garlic bread wrong, that's always delicious soggy or not. read more

Was in the store today. The guy at the counter ordering was very rude. Yes we had a wait but it was clear they was short staffed. The customer was mad bc he ordered 3 platters and saw one go out the window before he got his 3 and started lying to other customers about his wait. Then he ask for a receipt and the young lady gave him one but he even made a big deal about that. The staff is very nice and we have to remember they are human too. So if u fuss with them it's only so many times they will take that. Just like us when we are at work. At the end of the day if ur nice to them they will b nice to u. And if u don't want to wait until can always leave and go order food from else where. Rochelle, Michelle, jewel, and her sister is the reason why I continue to go and my food is always nice and hot. Rude staff, lied to my face twice, I stood there for 15 minutes for three breakfast plates, watched as two of the plates went out the drive thru window to cars that pulled in after I ordered and was waiting. No receipt given, when I asked for the receipt the girl said "Why do you need a receipt , you did not buy much (although I spent over 17.00 for breakfast) as if it was any of her business to begin with. When I said I saw plates going out the window I was called a liar, the person in charge just stood there and allowed this to go on in front of other customers. Not the way I wanted to start off the New Year. I pulled up to the drive-thru to place my order and an odd sound was coming from the voice box. I finally figured out that the cashier was filling ice buckets while trying to take my order. I wasn't sure she heard anything. Then there was a long pause and I did say, "hello" because I thought she was gone. She then said something that sounded like "pull around". I asked just to make sure. When I pull around, she is hauling the ice buckets, stops at the window and just looks at me. I asked her if everything was alright and she looked at me like I had two heads. As she waits for my biscuits, I heard her say something to the extent of, "Not going to mess with my new year." She then proceeds to hand me the bag with no eye contact, no straws, and no napkins. The customer service at this Hardee's location has been lacking for quite some time, but I continue to stop by because it is convenient. But that ends today. I do hope something can be done soon to improve the customer service and cleanliness at this location. read more

Service, rude people. The staff at the one in washington NC is rude, the one on 264 east. They act like they hate their jobs.

the worst customer service ever. The drive thru cashier displayed no gratitude for having a job. I ordered chicken that was cold. The cashier stated that it was not. I asked her to take it back so she could see, she asked me did I want my money back. She did not offer any more food, when I asker her to speak to her manager, she told me that the manager was listening to the conversation, which was disappointing, because I expected the manager to try to offer a solution, and to correct the behavior of the employee. I parked my car and went inside to be greeted by a General Manager. How shocking!! It was a general manager that represented Hardees. She gave me my money back and NEVER asked if she could do anything....,like maybe replace my chicken???? and my onion rings??? I will never order anything from this Hardees again. Ya'll deserve negative stars for real. You really charged me for two meals then proceeded to only give me one of the burgers ordered and when I came back to get my second one proceeded to tell me you knew you only gave me 1/2 burgers yet still charged me for two and then gave me a rock hard ass burger and made me come around a second time and exchange it for another burger instead of just issuing me a refund??? Unprofessional af. No hair nets on ya'll busted ass wigs? Talking shit through the drive thru speaker like we can't hear you? Wouldn't have had to stay open longer than your closing time if you weren't lazy and tried to finesse my money the first time around. Do better. Every rude the hole time I was ordering and rushing me and are food wasn't even right

I went to the drive-thru to get a breakfast burrito. I gave them my order, drove to the pick up window, they told me my total, I paid, got my stuff and left. Got to my office to discover what was in the bag was NOT what I ordered. Went back, told them the problem and what I did order and they said 'we don't have that.' Um, it's on your menu! The lady at the window said, very nastily, 'we don't have the stuff to make it'. Ok. Why didn't you tell me that when I ordered it? She got quite huffy and asked why I was making such a big deal out of it. I said fine, credit my account back, gave her my card and the amount she credits back is incorrect! I'm still sitting at the drive-thru and I knock at the window she slammed shut when she gave me my incorrect receipt and tell her the amount is wrong. Honestly, she made me feel like I was the one who had screwed up! She ended up practically throwing the difference, in cash, to me and slammed the window again. I will NEVER go to that Hardees again. I will probably never go to ANY HARDEES again. I'm sure they don't care, but honestly, if you're in Washington, NC and see the Hardees on US 264..STAY AWAY!!! Went there for my much break to get the five piece chicken strips. When I got to work I looked into the box and all the strips were the size of my finger, hell one of them was a ball shaped nugget. Went back and got a refund. Ended up wasting my lunch break. read more

Walk in at 11:45 a.m. I was looking to get their chicken fried steak biscuit special that they advertised on the window. There was no one in line but there was one person that seemed to be waiting on the drive-thru window as well as the people that were in the restaurant. I got no greeting from her she just was fumbling with the cash registers and finally talking to someone else about the cash registers and when I finally got to put my order in she told me they don't serve the steak biscuits after 11 a.m. yet their menus on their boards and right there in the restaurant and yet not been changed 45 minutes after 11 a.m. and then wouldn't sell me what I wanted. The store was very disorganized so I'm afraid to eat there now. read more

The drive-through takes forever. The food itself is alright. The inside is semi-clean and so are the bathrooms.

Like every other Hardee's, except you have to wait about 45 minutes to get your food. Not worth it.
