I stopped by here around 6:15pm on Christmas Eve. I ordered via app as usual. I saw that they had a $4 for 4 bundle as a deal! I got a medium drink, small fries, nuggets, and a burger. I got my son a 6 piece happy meal with fries and apples. When I arrived, I went to the restroom first which was mostly clean. The mirror definitely wasn't, lol. Afterwards, I went to the pickup counter and my food was waiting but there was no drink cups. I asked staff for one and she gave me a small cup. I had to wait and get another medium cup for myself. When I got them and went to get my drinks, one drink machine didn't have ice. I got my son a hi-c and myself a sweet tea. There were no small/medium lids to the cups. I asked a staff member (1) who pointed to the cups laying on the side, still in the package. Another staff (#2) who I assume has a higher position told the staff to do it. Staff #1 stated that another staff (#3) left it out. Staff (#2) told staff (#1) that both she and staff (#3) have the same position so it doesn't matter... lol Afterwards, I went to get BBQ sauce for myself and then noticed there wasn't any in happy meal box either. Staff from earlier (#1) gave me the BBQ needed. When we got to my grandma house, my son told me he didn't have fries in his happy meal. I gave him mine. I was gonna go back but didn't feel it. Yesterday morning I went to order breakfast for my fiancé and I. I got to the drive thru and ordered two big breakfast with hotcakes. The lady taking my order said they were out of biscuits and asked if I would like to substitute them for muffins or bagels so I said I would do muffins and then when I got my food all I received was two plain biscuits (even though they were supposedly out of them). So I went inside and told the lady what happened and showed my receipt (it only said "sub two plain biscuits" on it) so they wouldn't let me get what I originally ordered and they were very rude about it too. Second visit to this establishment and there is absolute zero quality control. If you order a double cheeseburger with no pickles, it will come with pickles and no ketchup. It's always going to be not what you ordered. In addition, they don't seem to include the necessities like straws & napkins. Check your stuff before you leave. Actually had great customer service @ 1am. Unfortunately, I didn't get the woman's name but she provided unexpected service with a smile and an friendly explanation. That is unusual at a fast food chain especially after 1 in the morning. After a long road trip, we needed something before we made it to our final destination. As NewYorkers, time of day is never an issue, we are spoiled that way. However, in other cities business close at reasonable times so the only option we had was Mickey D's. 3 ppl with 3 different orders taken via drive thru. She came to a separate window explained that somethings were made and somethings were not. Instead of giving us what was there while we waited for the remainder of the orders. She was going to make everything in our order fresh and bring it to our car if we wouldn't mind waiting. That she did! My bestie said that was the best Egg McMuffin she ever had. She never had one so fresh or so hot. This lady gave us jam/jelly... I didn't even know McDonald's carried such things. Lol read more

And this one in Washington has some of the nicest, friendly people working at the drive through. I like the coffee and so did my Mom. This McDonalds used to be VERY good, but with the new renovations and new staff, it has gone downhill. Most of the staff is lackluster and they have attitudes. There are about 3 staff members who actually care and we always have small conversations whenever there, they are very friendly. The food is average for a McDonalds, but it is hot, I will give them that. I have been there many times and one time I went there with my mother and we waited about 10-15 minutes for chicken nuggets!!! There was another instance, when I went there with friends and they messed up our order. My friend ordered a 20 piece, a large drink, and some kind of wrap. I ordered a 10 piece and a medium drink. We waited for about 15 mins and turned out I got her order. She had to wait even longer for them to recook her food.. read more

Very unfriendly staff. They keep nearly all condiments behind counter but don't ask if you need any before you leave the line, which means you get to wait again when you go back for condiments. Also, I prefer they put sugar and cream in coffee for me since it cuts down on waste of individual packaging and is quicker for them to do than me opening individual packages. The refused saying that service was only for drive thru. They also get my order wrong about half the time, resulting in yet more waiting. read more

absolutely without a doubt worst McD's I have ever eaten at. fries always either burnt or cold. Sometimes both if you play your cards right. This McDonalds employees in Washington NC are not customer friendly they need to learn what serving the customer really means. I blame it all on management because it starts at the top!. My very first job was fast food and I di very well I was there for 4 years by choice. I was able to give my customers the experience they expected and deserved.
