Visited 1/27/26 via the drive through. Service time was reasonable for 11:40. The person working the window was very solemn and not friendly. The food is what you would expect but the service is terrible at this Chick-Fil-A. I would say my orders here are wrong at least 70% of the time. They do not put condiments ordered in the bag, forget utensils, and tonight gave me the wrong salad. I travel a bit and I come here at least once per month. They need to get it together. read more

1)So disappointed. My one cheat meal for the week and I get this not hot, hardly buttered at all piece of chkn. This Wville location seems to consistently NOT hv well-battered chkn sandwiches. Pic attchd. 2)And, btw, the view of the drink prep area and rcvg bagged food area that's visible from the drive thru window is NOT a good one. No dishcloths in sight and there's always obvious standing beverage liquids all over. Saw a staff member bringing out bags of some cream looking liquid and lay it right on the liquid saturated counter I guess to prepare to pour into something. I can only imagine that the liquid he sat these bags on would cling to the bag and drip along the bag once lifted and poured into wherever. The floor looks horrible all the time. terrible service went for breakfast at 10 they said they stopped serving already so I ordered lunch and waited 15 minutes because they had to cook lunch rude when I brought up that I would be happy to wait for breakfast then food was soaked in grease not like fresh out but just soggy and had my stomach uneasy all day. Service is always top notch at this location. They are speedy and always get my online order ready to go quickly. I've never been through the drive through because of this but they seem to be pretty efficient as well. They are never overly packed like the one on Evans making this my preferred location. Was there about 7:30 ordered the 4 chicken tender meal to go, I've always depended on the consistency of locations in my travels but this one really let me down. We frequent this location often after late games at PCGSL. Always friendly and we haven't had a bad meal, no matter the time of day.

I order my food through the drive through. I ordered a #2 with no pickles, large fries and drink. I also asked for ketchup and mayo. I get home to see that I had pickles in my sandwich, the large fries was half full(no I did not eat any), and no ketchup or mayo in the bag. The Chick-Fil-A in Winterville, N. C. Worst experience. I told they guy in the drive thru what I wanted which was a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and 8 piece nugget meal with lemonade. Then I got to the window and they said was my name Bernard I said no, worker ask what did you order I said the order again. Then the manager came and said the iPad must've broken down when I ordered in the drive thru. Then they asked what I ordered and I told them again. Then the cashier asked well did the bank take the money already. I said yes, my bank took $13.70 out of my acct., then asked what I ordered again. Okay, so I waited and they gave me my food. I was mad my sandwich was warm and my cheese wasn't melted all the way. My mom said her nuggets weren't hot at all. We sat the for 10 mins discussing my order and the food was not even hot. Best service. Always very clean the customer service is the best. They are consistently busy but they serve the food in a timely manner. My drive thru orders are always correct. When I eat inside it's a great experience. They can be very busy but still have the time to offer refills when you are sitting down enjoy the meal. read more

If you are looking for a good quality Chick-fil-a don't stop at this location. Half warm French fries that are half full in the container. And certainly don't get nuggets. They cut them in half so the owner makes more money. I have complained about this several times to them, but they keep doing it. So, I quit stopping at this location. Great crew working here with great attitudes. Owner could take some lessons from them. Most of the time, he is a grouch. Not my favorite Chick-fil-a to eat at. read more

There was a grown man up in top of the play equipment. We reported to the manager on duty that we were uncomfortable with him up there around our children. He said that they do not regulate the play area, and he could t do anything about it. If you take your children here keep a close eye out. read more

The food is always awesome! Hot and fresh with never no problems. The staff is amazing! Only thing that gets me is that they offer a police discount but not a military discount.
