Ok - first off I recognize it freaking Taco Bell, I don't expect Gordon Ramsey, 5 star.... But what I DO expect is not to get food that someone else has taken a bite out of, wrapped, and put in my bag to then eat. And that's what happened. I had my beefy potato loaded grilled, I opened and started eating while I drove to get almost the the opposite side to find a human sized bite taken out of it. I ate 3/4 of a griller that some freaking weirdo who might have diseases took a bite out of wrapped and still gave to a customer. Went through the drive thru and grabbed lunch, service was great and the food was your typical Taco Bell food nothing to complain about.

This was a terrible experience, my quesadilla was black as well as my friends, either burnt or prepared on very dirty grills. The employees were not wearing hairnets, there were fries all over the place people were just stepping on and spreading around with no employee clean up. The management was very disrespectful. 0/10 We called corporate. read more

Just awful customer service- ordered our food which was $30- both mine and my husband tacos had extra sauces that we were charged for which didnt make it into our tacos. When we asked were the tacos marked due to different sauces the lady was like no. Then she took the bag out my husbands hands and told us to pull up. When we got the bag back- lol- there were two tacos marked- one was his and one was mine. Smh. I did call the manager and he wanted us to go back which was a negative- I work 60 hours a week. Fairly decent food. Sorry amount of chips put in the bag. If there's not a sorry amount of chips there's a sorry amount of cheese in there. Often there's more chips than cheese or more cheese than chips. Often no balance! Tacos are usually alright. Drinks taste very good though! read more

They managed to give me a cheese quesadilla with no cheese once. Our order is wrong frequently enough that we check everything (including opening the tortillas to check if the ingredients are correct) before leaving the parking lot. If you get home before realizing the mistake and have to drive back to get the correct order, they do absolutely nothing (no coupons, no free item) to help make up for the lost time and gasoline due to their mistake. read more

Tried to patronize them and yet again they messed up my order! asked for 5 extra salsa verde, get home and they're not ther! I call back to let them know since I paid extra for them and the girl who answered tried to tell me they looked back at the camera and the extras were put in my bad. I don't normally write reviews or leave negative comments on most fast food restaurant sites. But, I had the strong displeasure of going to your establishment today around 4 pm. And not only was the food terrible but the service was worse if at all possible. I had the beef chulupa and the bread was cold and tough to bite and in texture the meat was cold and the staff was rude asf. I suggest that anyone not willing to put up with customers not work in food service industries. The cashier had a poor attitude from the moment my order was placed. And when my companion went inside to request hot nacho fries. She was told they didn't drop fresh fries unless they used the ones previously dropped and she would need to talk to a manager or accept a refund. Taco Bell is supposed to be customer service oriented as well as fast and friendly and that was not the case today. It was very uninviting and I won't be returning to their restaurant any time soon. read more

They got the order wrong so I came back then received the correct order which was a burrito supreme with beans. I received the burrito but not the taco supreme that is included in this menu item. The manager was very rude, refused to make the correction and refused to refund my money. I doubt that we will return until perhaps there is better customer service at the managerial level. read more

This is one of the fastest and most accurate Taco Bell Drive thrus that I have ever been to. My order has always been right with the exception of when I pay for extra sauce on certain items it never has it. That $.30 adds up over time. Our food is always hot and every single crunchy shell I have gotten here is actually crunchy, not stale. We have only eaten inside once and did not use the restrooms so I cannot attest to the reviews made years ago about their appearance. The lobby does need an upgrade as it is still probably the original decor from when it was first established. read more

Nasty bathrooms. As in black ring around the toilet bowl, sink is grey from lack of ever being cleaned. No soap in men's room. Upon looking around this tb, it appears it never gets cleaned. Grime & dirt & dust everywhere. Al fresco steak burrito was gross. Quesadillas were almost burnt on the outside & cheese unmelted. Taco Bell is slowly going downhill as a company. Every year they remove a favorite item from the menu. They no longer sell big beef burrito supremes and Mexican pizzas. The service is minimal at best. (Not just one particular location) I'm not giving up on them yet, but they need to step up their game. read more

I purchased a nacho fries no tomato, no beef, and chicken. A side of nacho cheese. They make it wrong. I asked for the correct order and got attitude from the manager after Tisha. She threw away the incorrect order and then refused to make my order. Another employee had to make it after waiting 15 minutes for my order. I asked him what her name was and was told she didn't have one. Another employee gave me a name and laughed. Not sure if I got the right name or not. Store was dirty. Counters were sticky. Out of supplies and customers area. Would not reccomend stopping in ever. read more

It's Taco Bell. They make assembly-line food that is, by design, identical to that which you'll find at any Taco Bell across the country. With regards to the restrooms, there is probably no such thing as a Taco Bell with good bathrooms. Even if they are clean, the cleaning solution they use has a horrible smell that just lingers. I have a feeling they do not want you to use their bathrooms, but legally must provide them. It has been this way for 15 years or more across the country. It just is what it is. Also, prices are generally lower than they are in Greenville, One fault Taco Bell corporate has is price fragmentation. You can place the same order at five different Taco Bells and get five different prices. Washington's is cheaper than the one by Pitt Community College in Winterville/Greenville, and that one is cheaper than the one by the Greenville mall, which is ridiculously expensive. This Taco Bell has the friendliest employees of any Taco Bell in the region I've been to. If you want a burrito in a hurry, you go to Taco Bell. If you want really good Mexican food, the best Mexican place is just next door (and they're pretty quick, too). read more

Nasty restaurant: just dirty. The worth costumer service I've ever experienced. They always forget something or get your order wrong. I wants ordered a taco and they forgot to put meat in it. Altogether horrible service. My suggestion, they need new management and a new crew! read more
