I haven't been to a wendys with good overall service & food in awhile! This location like all the other ones,push you to use the kiosk because nobody is at the registers. Food was served in a decent amount of time. Food actually tasted fresh & delicious. Plenty of tables & chairs in their lobby. Their lobby was clean & inviting to dine in. Wow....I ordered a Plain Chicken sandwich (not spicy), I thought it was going to be a decent size like what they show on the TV or Menu pictures, and all I got was what looked like a single Chicken Nugget shoved into 2 buns. A small sad thing squeezed into a Wendy's sandwich wrapper. I had to laugh, but I ate it because I arrived home and felt more hangrier than ever. I felt very upset. The service was poor with someone at the Drive thru window very upset and dry, trying to make a buck or two. I went inside the Wendy's facility last week before this incident and the indoors eating was horrible. Shame on me for trying this place out gain and again...Close this place down!!! read more

The food is no issue and came out the way I wanted it. When I utilized the drive-through, the process was slow and it took a bit of time. Manners, for the most part, weren't too bad but could have been better. The entrance and exit are very interesting at the stoplight, especially driving from the drive-through and turning left, which connects back to the entrance. Exiting here is for turning north to route 9 or going across to New Hackensack Road, and the design isn't the greatest considering there's traffic, which I doubt happens on a daily basis, but it's worth noting. Providing more space would be very beneficial. Turning southbound to route 9 isn't too bad, as it's straight ahead of the drive-through. Overall, would like to see some improvements at this location. read more

Walked in and there's NO ONE at the counter. Everyone that "works" there was at the drive thru. Waited a few minutes before some stoner that was vaping came over and told us to wait a minute; then disappeared to the store's interior behind the counter. Looking around there was one older couple nursing a soft drink. This was at lunchtime! And no customers?! If this is how Wendy's treats the customers who want to spend their money; I'm surprised they're still in business! ESPECIALLY; when there's at least a half dozen restaurants within walking distance to choose from, who are more than happy to serve you. read more

The worse Wendy's ever! I have been at this restaurant a couple of times, and it used to be good, when they had this particular manager there, he was very good and hard working, however, he's no longer there and now this place is THE WORSE! I've been here two other times, one time they put someone on the register that was ultra slow, but I was patient, but it was still a slow process...there was never more than 2 (other) people in the restaurant at any time, so this is proof that this place is COMPLETELY GARBAGE! This last time when I walked in, the person at the register was helping someone then when he finished, he WALKED AWAY, leaving the rest of us (me and another party) alone! about 10 minutes later, someone came to take my order. Needless to say, that I should have listened to myself not to ever go back there again! Part of my order was cold, the floors behind the counter where the workers were, was dirty and nasty, the workers were "playing around" and not doing their work, (hence us waiting so long for someone else to come to the register). The person who was at the window was talking and playing around with the two girls that were standing around, and no one was WORKING! My advice to ANYONE who thinks about going to this disgusting restaurant, DON'T GO! I stopped going to this location because I was always missing something from my order. Tonight I tried to give it another chance. That was a mistake. The person taking my order was rushing me. When I got to the window they gave me my drinks and asked me to pull up and wait for my food. When they brought it out I was missing a fry. An employee named Hector let me in (Why was the door locked it was 8pm and they close at 10pm?) and when I went to the counter I told them I was missing a fry. They looked and talked to me as if I was lying about not getting it and proceeded to yell at poor Hector for letting me in. They told me to go wait outside then came and said they put the fry in the bag. Really?! I will not be returning to this location. The food is always fresh & service is always quick. The employees are something else. While receiving my #11 combo, I asked the person at the window for extra ketchup. Him, the manager, and another employee present at the time all looked at each other, smiled & the man proceeded to give me 2 total packets of ketchup. I could not tell how many until I pulled over because it was dark out & once you're out of that Wendy's & on rt 9, it takes about 10-20 mins to turn around & go back with traffic. I came here today because I had a coupon for a free sandwich. Unfortunately, that's probably what it's going to take to get me to come back to this particular Wendy's. The food itself is fine, typical of what you'd expect. The restaurant area is quite nice - clean with a lot of space, even a terrace. The problem is that the amount of time it took to order and receive my meal was unacceptable. Maybe it was legitimate, like being short-staffed. But I would hope to see better procedures in place both to handle that and to order and serve the food. There are 2 registers; only 1 was open. The poor woman at it was doing triple duty, taking orders, staging orders, and getting the salads, beverages, and chili. The available counter space is minimal. There was room for at most maybe 2 orders being staged for delivery. Also, when you walk into a Wendy's, what's the first thing they always ask you? "Eat in or take-out?" Not here. She either asked at the very end or never asked (I had to indicate it myself). That slowed down staging orders from folks having to correct her. If you serve 2 types of iced tea, I would hope that you ask the customer whether he wants sweetened or unsweetened. Normally I remember to specify unsweetened, but today I forgot, so of course she assumed I wanted sweetened. PLEASE ASK. Once I discovered it, I would have normally gone back to the counter to switch it, but by that point there were 9 people in line, 7 of whom had not yet placed their order. The men's room, while large and clean with a lockable door, has a single toilet and sink, and there was no paper - maybe they didn't have time to restock it? But with the amount of space in that men's room, you could easily spend a little money to put the toilet in a stall, add a urinal and sink, and turn it into a men's room more than 1 guy could use at a time. There was a wait to use it! The good news is that these things are solvable with a little bit of money and training. I witnessed the Indian guy working there using his hands to make all the nuggets orders!! He made like 5 orders while I was there! Bare hand! Touching fries and all!! No reason to rush out to you local Wendy's, they are basically the same ol' shit as the old ones except it looks like they kept the skin on the potatoes. I went to Wendy's at 9:13 PM tonight after a movie and oRdered 1 and 1/2 half salads for my daughter and I. I asked for the Southwest and they did not have the chiCken to make it, so we opted for and paid for a buffalo chicken salads with ranch. What we received was much less what we asked for! We received a bland regular crispy chicken salad with Buffalo ranch! This is not the same thing!!! When I called to point out the issue, they asked for me to bring it back! Let me just start off by saying I never write reviews. But I knew I had to after I experienced the customer service here at this Wendy's. Me and my friend recently came here to order food, as you do. When we pulled up to the drive-through window we were greeted very aggressively by a lady named Tamika. She had a very sassy tone when my friend was ordering and was mumbling and expected us to understand what she was saying. After multiple times of me and my friend asking her what she was saying she started to get angrier. She put the prices of our order on the screen and never said anything after. We can tell she was annoyed. We drove up to the window to get our food and my friend received two fries and a burger when that was not her order. So we go inside to correct her order and there Tamika is with her fucking AirPods in (SHOCKING)! The food was great service not so great. We will not be coming back. Thanks for coming to my ted talk. I was recently at the drive thru and an associate by the name of Brandon was helping me. He took our CC from Chase and inserted the chip. Didn't work. Inserted it again. Didn't work. Manager comes around the corner and says that someone earlier split soda on it and it's not working properly, takes the card and proceeds to swipe & insert it a half dozen more times until it declines. Thank goodness for Chase. They locked the card. The manager Edward aka Ed (on his name tag) very nasty says it was declined. As I explained of course it is you swiped it enough times. I proceed to hand him my Chase card and yet again Ed swipes & inserts it until it declines. Ed now extremely nasty LOWERS HIS MASK, LEANS THRU THE WINDOW, & proceeds to YELL at me regarding our cards being declined. Btw, YES I HAD A MASK ON THE ENTIRE TIME. I asked repeatedly for Ed to pull his mask up all the while Brandon is trying to get him to back up and pull it up also. Ed still screaming without a mask on, I asked one more time to put the mask on correctly, Ed gets louder and yells "I'm 37 years old! Don't tell me what to do!" (Basically spitting as he is screaming at me) Yes Brandon all calm manages to pull Ed back to calm him down. I proceed to give him my Discover and tell him to swipe it ONE TIME PLEASE. Yes it worked and Ed throws card at me and closes the window. While still sitting there in my car, Ed turns to Brandon and says "Don't open the window until that F'in Bitch pulls away." I've tried calling Customer Service multiple times to be 22 or 26th in line. Yeah. I don't have the time to wait. Brandon at this location was calm, respectful and tried his best to calm Ed down. Ed on the other hand shouldn't be working in a restaurant let alone as a manager. read more

All around I like Wendy's. Great fast food, but this is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever gone to. First off the staff is absolutely brain dead. They walk around like zombies completely clueless of whats going on. They always mess up my order and it takes so long to get the food. An order of 3 meals usually takes about 15 min every time I go in. By the time I finally get my food it's always cold and tasteless. Maybe if the place was packed I would understand the long wait but there is usually less than 5 people eating when I go in. Go to the Wendy's in Poughkeepsie instead.
