I made the mistake of just shoving the change in my pocket and when I got home noticed I was shortchanged. Not enough to break the bank, just enough to annoy myself for not being more cautious. Tried the filet o' fish, could have used a little more tartar sauce. Without it it's pretty dry. The place is clean. The Drive-Thru seems to be the main venue for prompt service. I went there today as I'm posting this on May 6th and the worker who was taking orders was high af to the point he couldn't even take orders correctly and not only that 2 items which were a large Coke and small Coke were missing due to the fact this kid was so high during work. Recently my son has become hooked on McDonald's, and loves going through the drive thru at this particular location. Sadly, in reality, this McDonald's is not how it's viewed through my child's eyes. Drive thru lines are often very slow & backed up, counter service can be slow, items are often left out of orders, and today the manager was pretty rude. This establishment is obviously understaffed, which just creates a stressful situation for everyone, especially the employees, who are caught between poor scheduling & the demands of the customers. 2 stars because the employee who was at the counter today is consistently very friendly, and was as helpful as she could be. read more

This McDonalds is horrible, people here barely speak english and consistently get the order wrong. I had to go back TWO times before they got my full order correctly. And the disrespect I received the first time going back was horrible. The lady at the window talked to me like I was a lost child and shoo'd me away with her hand. Beyond rudest workers who don't want to do their job at night. "Uh our cook left so we're not able to take your order. " I said great cause I only want a drink. They suck. The gave me half of a medium fry when I asked for a large. And they gave us ranch for our nuggets when we asked for bbq and sweet & sour. Customer service I received today was terrible. The cashier was focus more on his coworkers than the guest that was standing in front of him. Place is staffed at night by some questionable form of employee who doesn't know how to interact with the public, is disrespectful, offensive, and claims to be the night manager. Asked for her name once the drive-thru window was opened for another customer since she wouldn't open it to talk to me although I asked her to please listen to the problem that was occurring, and then she said I didn't need her name. This insulting person would not take my order, would not allow me to explain that there apparently was a problem with the microphone at the order menu board since I was standing there for about 5 minutes with no one asking for my order or responding to my saying "Hello", she deliberately and insultingly ignored me, waved her arms and hands at me, and gestured to me in an offensive way. ??? ??? ?? Is this how McDonald's employees are trained to interact with the public, specifically someone who self-identifies as a manager?? Is the owner of this location aware and OK with customers being treated this way?? What gives someone working there the idea that she can treat someone in such an offensive and disrespectful manner? Since I don't have a name for this offensive person, her description is as follows: Female, 20's, light reddish hair, Hispanic, about 5'1", very round bodied, very overweight especially for such a young person, and called herself the manager. I spent 15 minutes at this drive-thru at 1:00am Sunday night, was first in line, but was not served. I thought to call the police and have them obtain this offensive employee's name, but I felt they had better things to do than deal with this unskilled and incapable person. I left and will attempt to contact whoever the owner is for this location. This is a wildly crazy, offensive, disrespectful, and despicable McDonald's location that is in no way representative of the typical McDonald's experience elsewhere. The staff are very friendly. The food is always fresh and my order has always been accurate. However, there is nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. Expect to spend about 15 minutes in the drive through. Mornings tend to be a bit better efficiency wise. Don't bother stopping if you are on your way to work because you will be late. Literally sent an entire incorrect order via DoorDash. After arguing with DoorDash and the restaurant directly, they were obnoxiously defensive and didn't want to rectify the situation. Received fries that were only partially filled, as well as extremely cold and soggy. Burger was missing. Received two boxes of cold and soggy nuggets. Two caramel frappes instead of mocha. "You already received nuggets, so we're not replacing those." Ew. They were gross and inedible and you won't replace them? Eventually, I argued with McDonald's and they said they'd give me my missing burger and replace the fries. I said I wanted my drinks as well. They told me to come in and they'd give me the burger, fries, and large frappes. Later on, my boyfriend decided to walk there and had to proceed to argue with the manager AGAIN! Again he was told that we wouldn't be given nuggets because we "received too many" in the previous delivery (even though they were inedible). But the part that frustrates me the most is that he had to argue to get the large frappes AGAIN! I was told that I'd be given them over the phone...what changed? The manager was aggressive and was in his face the entire time. Disgusting behavior. He was given two MEDIUM frappes instead of the large ones I ordered earlier. I came here at midnight thinking the drive thru would be empty but there were 2 cars in front of me. I had to wait 37 mins! When I did get the food the burger buns were burnt and they didn't put any tomatoes, lettuce or onions!! It was that bacon burger on all the commercials so I know it was suppose to be included. Having been in a position early this morning to not be able to enter inside, I ended up using the drive-thru to purchase a bottled water. And although the sound and person tending the machine was easy to understand and there was no communication gap between what I said and what I wanted, the line didn't move smoothly enough. It took forever for the car in front of me to receive their order in the pouring rain which was running rather rapidly off the roof and onto my car along the entire side of the building near both drive-thru windows. And although the order in front of me seemed like it took forever, my order was quick and easy. I handed the employee the money, she gave me back my change and item and I was free to leave. I didn't want to receive any more rain in my car than I was expected to get when receiving my items. I'm going to start with how the people are at McDonalds. sometimes the people there are very pleasant and nice, but other times I'll have to repeat everything I say multiple times, and the people will very rude. But one of the things that bugs me the most is that no matter how many times I say it they always give me regular Coke when I will say many times to them that I want I want Diet Coke! And every time I go there I always order a Diet Coke and I always tell them, and it's very rare that they'll get my order right. But anyway the fries are the best fries I've ever had in my life! They're crispy in the outside and fluffy and creamy on the inside. But the nuggets, oh the nuggets are repulsive! They're soggy and dry, kind of like the biscuits there. And finally the only other thing I've tried on the menu are the hash browns, I have mixed feelings about them. Sometimes they're good, sometimes they're bad.
