I think I was discriminated against because I was white and the cowboys were in the playoffs. To be fair, the cowboys are in the playoffs quit often, but they always have an early exit. If you live in Texas, maybe cheer for the Texans because they have more playoff wins since they have came into the league than the Cowboys have had in the same time... If you've never lived in Texas and you live in this area, you really shouldn't be a cowboys fan if you are younger than me. Anyways, It took awhile for the cashier to help us, when we were done ordering he asked me if I was a cowboys fan. I wasn't wearing any Eagles gear for once and asked him to repeat himself. He said "Nah, you're not a cowboys fan, so I should have charged you more". I thought it was weird, but my sandwich was pretty smashed looking. We ordered 3 combos; 1 Daves double, 2 bourbon bacon double, 3 double big bacon classic,and an additional Jr bacon cheese burger, and 2 small fries. We received the 2nd and 3rd combos, JBC 2 small fries, and the 3rd drink. When we advised the we were missing a burger and fries from the Dave's combo, the guy at the window and manager both argued that we were not charged for a Dave's double and they we'd have to get back in line. They were both very rude and would cut us off making it hard to have a discussion. That's absolutely ridiculous. Why should we have to get back in that long line when it was the cashier's mistake!?!? Extremely frustrated we drove off. But I took time to review the receipt and realized that we had in fact paid for 3 combos. Perhaps the first combo was rung up incorrectly as it just says medium combo double cheese on the receipt and it doesn't say Dave's. We called the store and spoke with the manager (or supervisor I'm not sure. I don't remember the name only that it was a woman). She immediately said it wasn't on the receipt and that we didn't pay for it. I tried tongo through the receipt with her line by line to explain what we were missing. It felt like talking to a 5 year who doesn't want to listen. The JBC was not a part of a combo, if we only paid for 2 combos, what went with the third drink?! I would send a copy of the receipt to corporate if possible. Who wants to deal with this type of ignorance and stress so close to Christmas!!? It ruined our entire day! read more

I just left this location a few minutes ago. I spent 45 minutes in the line. When I got their, they told me the FREE pub fries wasn't included in my order. The app glitches and couldn't add it. Instead of the manager just comping me the F R E E pub fries, she decided to argue with me and prove to me that there was nothing she could do. I go to Wendy's for breakfast and order a #2 breakfast they charge me $11.15 I get my food it's a lunch #2 when I tell the lady with no teeth she got my order wrong she has a attitude and says it's lunch time at 10:30am so I tell her they were still showing the breakfast menu. Once you get my order wrong and give me attitude I'm not trusting the food. Worse Wendy's EVER!!! I went to this Wendy's on Easter Sunday Evening 2017. I experienced the worse customer service ever. The Cashier that took my order Ellexus had a very disgusting attitude, didn't let me finish my order, she cut me off before me finishing what I was ordering as well as closed out my ticket before I was done ordering. She was nasty and rude and even got my order wrong. Maybe she should've listened. When I pulled up to the window I asked who took my order and she put her finger up for me to shut up and walked away. Not to take a order either she went in the opposite Direction. What makes me even more upset is when I decided to go inside to talk to a manager she addressed me, not the manager. She said "what's the problem?" I was like are you serious? I would like to speak to a manager. Thank you! She then proceeded to say rude things and argue with me to the point where I said "you're an employee don't talk to me I'll talk to your manager" she had a few more words to say and the manager told her to get back to work! She turned to me and said word for word "That's why your fu*king food will be cold" I was like wow! She's serious too. What makes matters worse is she still had a job after that! I'm so confused because there are many people looking to take her place! I asked for her name and no one wanted to give it to me, I called corporate right there in their face to give feedback. Well that attempt was a slap in the face as well because someone named Dominic called me and just gave me "gift cards" I don't want gift cards I want better customer service! When this branch first opened up I avoided it because the service and food were terrible. They must be under relatively new owners because the last few times I've been have been great. Went to the Upper Darby location on Saturday before a movie. Wrong move. The cashier who took our order kept telling us to slow down because she was new. It took about several minutes to get our order together. Upon receiving it, three orders of fries were cold. One of my daughters proceeded to eat the cold fries until we took them away from here and took all three back to the counter to ask for hot fries. Because fries were missing out of one container, the manager insisted that she would only replace two. It was extremely poor customer service. When requesting a drink refill the cashier took my cup and refilled beverage with using same cup! Not a Wendy's policy. While waiting on another customer the cashier fixed the drink, emptied the drink into a hand sink and proceeded to dip the cup back into the ice bin! Totally disgusting! I won't be back...EVER! This location is the exception to the "fast food" rule. They do not know what "fast" is. It takes at least 20 minutes to get your food, whether you're in the drive thru OR inside. And the orders are always wrong somehow. I've called the restaurant and gotten voicemail and a message that the voicemail is full. I've called the toll-free customer service number and never got a response.
