Drive thru is now AI! We waited fifteen minutes behind 2 cars to just order. When we got to the speaker the AI computer kept interrupting and not getting the order correct. I'm assuming that was what was taking so long for the other cars to order. Then we sat at the drive thru window for at least 5 minutes. When the window was opened, that person didn't even say hi. I came to this restaurant this morning for breakfast and the first thing I noticed was a very filthy entrance where food had been spilled and the glass on the doors and windows are filthy and grimy, I proceeded to walk into the restaurant ordered my food noticed there's no cold lids over on the refreshment stand, no napkins, and the bathrooms are utterly disgusting with toilet paper laying all over the floor number two all in the toilet bowl.. I've been proceed to walk back up to the counter to ask for things the little manager girl and all of the associates working with her except for one older man I'm talking to that works there are on their phones not filling the orders . I told the man that took my order that I'm sorry he has to work with a crew like this because he seemed to be the only one that was working and doing a job and he said and I quote " welcome to Wendy's"... This is a very, very horrible generation we live in people can't even work at their jobs without having their faces glued to their phones !! I really felt bad for the one guy trying to do all the jobs of these people that are doing nothing .. My husband ordered a Son of a Baconator. There was more ketchup than bacon. He said it was awful. The ladies bathroom needed attention. Instead of loading the huge spools of toilet paper in the toilet paper dispenser, the spools of paper were lying on the floor. The whole floor was wet. I pulled off a large amount of toilet paper off of one of the rolls. I just hope I don't get a disease from using nasty toilet w. Pit stop at the crowded 36/37 exit. Inside dining closed. Long line at the drive-through, it moved decently. Baby K got a kid's meal, swap drink for strawberry Frostee. She liked it, though Sweetie and I are underwhelmed by the new flavor. She also liked the toy. Sweetie had baconator fries and liked them. I had nuggets and fries, and they were decent. Went to try out their new breakfast menu. What I saw was different is they offered many types of bread for your breakfast sandwich. They had biscuits, wraps, crossicants. I had a breakfast wrap and small potatoes. The wrap was fresh and tasty and the potatoes amazing! The price was very reasonable. I definitely will go back and try something different! read more

It doesn't matter what time of day or if you have one or three cars ahead of you, it takes forever to get an order. The least we've ever waited, is 10 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. Stopped for breakfast because the line at McDonalds was long. No one was in line, (should've been my first red flag). Ordered Lg Cold brew and a classic egg and bacon sandwich. I also heard her mutter something, possibly an expletive. I find this incredibly inappropriate when in earshot of customers--it's one thing when customers are not able to hear. Typical fast food, same quality food as expected from Wendy's. Visited for a lunch snack on a road trip and saw the touchscreen ordering for the first time. Though the touchscreen system was large with a simplified menu, I did not use it. I continued to the counter, but not before saying excuse me about three times to get around the crowd at the door. This looked like a location that was recently remodel but there was little room to navigate through the entrance with the ordering stations. Service was fast, food was hot. This location can sustain that quality service with a busy drive though, busy inside and large orders. (The person ahead of me had 13 combos ) read more

Being a new building should have better service and food. Food was/is gross. Hotnis cold and cold is like warm. Chili last trip for wife and kids was cold like out of the refrigerator. Wife had "liquid intestinal discomfort " from the salad that was warm. Kids were surprisingly fine from eating nuggets. read more

We stopped at this Wendy's on our way back to Northeast Ohio from Indiana. It is currently drive thru only, which was fine with us. Although there were several cars ahead of us, the line moved quickly. We were greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. Although two of our sandwiches were special orders they were ready right after we paid. When handed our food, the staff were super friendly and so very nice. Our food was hot and delicious. Since the pandemic began, I've noticed so many places with unfriendly staff and not great food. Not this location. Everything was perfect! After an exhausting 8 hour car ride my family and I finally stop to enjoy some unhealthy garbage. After waiting in line for what seemed like a week my order was prepared. I ordered a number 7 along with a spicy crunch wrap. About 4 bites into the crunch wrap I unearth a big thick black hair. After taking measurements it turned out to be 10.4 inches. After some research it seems to be a bit of a record. Just thinking of it now I don't know how the damn thing even fit in there. The aesthetics in the restaurant were alright- general dirt and must. In summary this would have been a good step in my journey towards obesity if I didn't throw up my food after seeing the hair. Went through the drive-thru just before 8pm for a combo meal. The fries were cold and the burger seemed like it had been waiting an hour or so for me to order it. I guess I didn't expect them to make it all fresh for me, but it wasn't busy and it wasn't 2 minutes before closing time. My hunch is that this is the kind of quality you can expect from any of the restaurants at the 36/37 & I-71 interchange. read more

Multiple times now I have pulled up there late at night when no other places are open, usually somewhere between 10 and 11:30 knowing full well that it's posted online that they are open till midnight, and the lights are all on and multiple cars in the parking lot and employees visible from outside, and I'd pull up to menu board, only to get no response, and only this most recent time they had taped a piece of paper to the speaker that said closed. read more

Drove through on a Thursday at 9pm to grab some fast dinner. The fries were terribly old. Like to the point where you can't manage to choke them down. Also don't order a chocolate shake. Ever. I ordered the small & it was like drinking straight chocolate syrup! Didn't want to waste it, so I brought it home & mixed it with a HALF QUART of vanilla, blended it made 3 shakes out of it. That should tell you there's a bit too much chocolate syrup being used. So gross. So all I ended up having was the sandwich for the drive, & that was annoying. Right off the freeway! Great food and service. Restaurant was clean and it is also clean in the restrooms and it is very modern you have to order on a kiosk. On our way to Cleveland, my family and I stopped at this restaurant for a bathroom break and a meal. However I was extremely disappointed to find that in this remodeled Wendy's there was no changing table for me to change my 7 month old son. I had to go back to our car to change him on the seat. Also my father went to the men's restroom to find one urinal and one stall. Since the urinal was being used he went to the stall, where he found a huge dung in the toilet. He attempted to flush it but it would not. My father went to an employee to inform him of the restroom issue. I walked in and was absolutely astonished by the smell of rotting asparagus. I think it's the quirky new vape flavor the teens are into nowadays. When I went up to the counter they told me they only had veggie chili and fruit cups. I ordered 15 and they asked for my ID. My youngest was knocked out in the car on the way home!The chili made somethin inside of me speed up and i took the fattest dump the world has ever seen in the bathroom. I was fighting for my life in there. i tried to grab onto a handle in there for support but it broke off and the roaches on the floor ate it along with pieces of the sole in my shoe. but besides my issues, they denied the world famous and my personal favorite musical.ly star laura a strawberry frosty when she was in need. That is absolutely unacceptable. The employees need to get their act together because their shortcomings will NOT be tolerated in the future. Will NOT be returning. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $ ON THIS CRAPTASTIC PLACE. First off it's drive through only. Super inconvenient for a freeway location especially for vacationers with car carriers and bike racks. But we made it under the 9ft height clearance so thought we were OK. However card reader didn't work at the first window (or something went wrong b/c the woman just sat there and didn't say anything after she gave my husband's card back) so we pulled through. Had to give the card again at the next window where the workers dropped it handing it back. So he told my husband to pull up and over to get it. As we were pulling away one of the bikes hit the bldg and crushed the front tire. Needless to say my husband was pissed. Mad that it was drive thru only, mad that the dude dropped the card, then the bike so he was shouting and demanded to speak to the manager. Their response was to flip my husband the bird. Super professional. Seemed they were a little intimidated so they threatened to call the police. So my husband calmed down and asked politely to please speak to the manager or shift supervisor. Their response was to tell us to get off the property. I know the bike wasn't Their fault. A series of crappy events however their response was pathetic at best. Wendy's Corporate should be ashamed at the workers at this establishment. Save your $ and buy food elsewhere. Clearly these folks couldn't care less. read more

Slow place!!!! Decided to grab something quick after my military drill, so I went inside Wendy's. Not only is it a cluttered place when you walk inside, but in my experience I was probably 3 customers back in line. After waiting for literally 10 minutes I watched the customer behind me walk out. After waiting a little longer I did the same. The dining room line wasn't moving and there wasn't a cashier to be found. Pathetic. I seen the Shift Manager working at the sandwich station, doing nothing about the issue. I noticed the customers in front of me getting frustrated too. After getting in my car I noticed the drive thru wasn't moving either. I realize that businesses go through hardship, but I would expect management to bring it to the customers attention that there'd be a delay. The floor had some trash too. Service is horrible and the employees are rude. A couple in front of us waited for 10 minutes.
