If i could do zero stars I would. The whole place is a walking food safety violation, staff is lazy and has absolutely no work ethic. Food is handled bare handed when they are not clean in anyway. The fact this place is even still open is so shocking the managers disgusting and doesn't even make the employees work till close as they close 30+ minutes earlier then they should. I know 10 year olds who could keep a kitchen cleaner and have better work ethic. Staff coughs on food and wears no kind of hair protection while handling food either (with very long hair). THE worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Ordered a chicken chalupa with NO tomato and a beefy five layer burrito, EASY on the beans. The line was long going around the drive thru yet it went rather quickly. I ordered two burrito supremes and 3 taco supremes without sour cream. I was charged for the said food. When we got home, there were two burritos and only one taco in the bag with a ton of mild sauce. IT WAS HORRIBLE (if you have the time to read this please read it all) I finish my job and decided to go buy food at Taco Bell, ordered a party pack half soft and half crunchy, a combo the Crunchwrap, a $ 5 box that came a chualipa in the combo, a "Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes" (I ordered them without sour cream) and some Chip and Nachos cheese sauce. I ordered everything on the screens outside because the person in charge of the cashier did not come out at all. I finish my order and sit down to wait, the lobby was completely disgusting, the carpets too, the place where they have the sauces, cutlery and napkins was very dirty. They finished my order and I check to see if everything is fine (because we know that something is always missing when we order food outside) the first mistake I saw was the "Cheesy Fiesta Potato" and they put sour cream on it, they didn't give me the drinks I ordered I had to ask and when I go to fill them with soda, the machine did not have ice, I finish filling my drinks and I go home when I get home I find that they miss the Chualipa, two Chips and Nacho cheese sauce, the tacos of the party pack was totally messed up because they don't really put meat and lettuce. After seeing all that, I decided to go back to Taco Bell to let him know all the conflicts that I encountered and when I talk to the manager who was there he tells me that he cannot help me with my problem because they have a small spoonful for the meat and the only thing that he could do was give me what they miss from the order. I told him that they gave me a bad service with the tacos and he decided to call his boss and ended up giving me a new order for the party pack (All Crunchy tacos not as I had ordered) and the manager was the one who prepared them and he did it without gloves. Unfortunately I ordered three crunchy tacos Supremes I drove 15 minutes to get home to give them to my son. When he attempted to eat them the taco shells were stale and awful on all three I called the store to tell them the problem they said they would gladly remake them but I had to come back and pick them up now. I just worked all day and that's unacceptable so shame on you Taco Bell for selling me stale taco shells and then telling me I had to fix it today. Thank God there's other Taco Bell's nearby. All-star Taco Bell experience! I've passed through here several times now while traveling on 71 and the service is always very friendly, fast and accurate. I've had the woman at the drive-thru rearrange my order into a combo in order to make it cheaper, and my water was served in a medium-sized cup. Went last week and it was great! Last two experiences where really good. Used the drive thru around 6pm.

Almost always get good service through the drive through, but they only get 4 stars because of a few times getting the incorrect items. They've always corrected thankfully. Food is always good as long as you understand it's not authentic Mexican and is still fast food. Definitely does the job when you are craving Mexican but don't want to go to a sit down restaurant and wait for service. read more
