Some lady working at this Wendy's was not giving me any service. I asked her for some sauce and she just stood there looking at me so I ask again and I say can I have sweet-and-sour and she says barbecue and I said no sweet-and-sour and she goes barbecue so I'm not happy with that also, after when I finish the one pack of sweet-and-sour, she gave me I go back and ask for more and she tosses it up on the table after two other workers helped her understand what we were trying to say to her everyone else was helping, but my honest review for this is one start she should be fired read more

Horrible service. Placed my order and there was a mistake. No big deal. My meal was claimed by another customer. The employee must have been new because they did not know what to do. I was treated like it was my problem. I did not see a manager on sight. On the way out I attempted to use the bathroom. Unfortunately there where employees changing clothes and told me I had to wait. Ordered an Asiago Ranch sandwich meal from this location through the drive through, as well as a salad. The guy who took my order was very courteous and took my order with ease. However, when pulling up there was a woman at the kiosk with a black shirt (maybe management) who was on the phone, gave me half of my order, and wasn't remotely attentive to what she was doing. This place is GROSS, absolutely filthy. There were about ten employees standing around doing nothing but the place is DIRTY and run down. Broken tables, stains running down the drink machines, fries all over the seats and floor (mind you this is 10am and a fry has yet to be served today) and the worst part is you couldn't even sit down because the place is infested with flies. I will not order food from this Wendy any more. Today I ordered food delivered to me. It took me more than two hours and the food I ordered was half short. I ordered three kids meals with no milk or apple in them. I also ordered a set meal that only gave mea hamburger, and there were no fries with coke chicken nuggets in it. In addition, there were five hamburgers that only gave me three pieces. I called the store has been no answer, I went to customer service reaction has not been solved. Really bad. Dirty and workers are really rude. Flies all over the place. There's no way those flies aren't landing on the food. I don't know how they pass health inspections. Order is always wrong. First off, I was so surprised that the drive thru was empty at 1pm today because there's always a line so that was good hence the 2 stars. Secondly, I worked for Wendy's before and I taught that customer service skills is key and this place doesn't have it. They have Fresh Fast Food and a drive thru that's open late. Its small on the inside and there parking lot is minuscule and that could be a problem. But on the Plus Side they have Freestyle Coke Machine with like a million flavors. read more

Check your food before you leave the window or you'll have to go all the way around or back to the restaurant from home. Asked for a family size chili and they gave me a 50 piece nugget instead and I didn't realize until I came back home because I didn't expect to have to open a hot container to make sure it was chili inside. The teenage staff they hired doesn't know what condiments they have - multiple student employee refer to the hot chili packets as "hot sauce," not knowing their inventory and trying to tell me that they don't have it. Thankfully they gave me the chili for free since I had already paid for the chicken nuggets (which were darker than any Wendy's chicken nuggets I've ever seen - possibly due to old oil) they didn't taste bad thankfully. This place apparently doesn't care about their hiring ability. The first time my family had gone to this location it was good. Once it was a settled place, it's done nothing but go down hill. The service at the drive thru is simply laughable. My wife or I specifically order what we want, for example chili with cheese. We ask for a Large chili and cheese with extra chili seasoning. When you return home, you find a chili with 0 cheese and absolutely no seasoning. Sometimes no spoon included. I'm tired of even calling this a complaint to be honest, I blame the management for this. Their lack of commitment to making sure the employees are taking orders correctly, adding the needed or requested condiments, double checking the items on the receipt prior handing it off to the customer. This isn't rocket science folks, so unless they are hiring kids that can't read, hear or see, this shouldn't even happen. Corporate Wendy's wouldn't allow this to happen. These franchises are not corp and they simply want to make the money and nix customer service. It's to bad. read more

Came here tonight for a quick bite. Decided to go in instead of the drive thru because it was about a 10 cars wait. Well walked right up to the counter and ordered my food at 7:52. I'd say there were about 10 people waiting already. Didn't order much just burgher, fries and soda. Well I would love to tell you how the food was but I can't because I never got it. After 30 minutes of waiting and watching other people who came in after me get their food I asked for my money back. All they said was you have to wait for the manager.
