I have had nothing but poor service from the swing shift crew at Wendy's. On Friday 10/09/20 I went through the drive thru, an ordered a full size parmesean chicken salad. I requested spicy chicken, and received regular grilled. In the past more often than not if I order on the swing shift my order is incorrect. My husband and I went to Wendy's this morning to grab some breakfast and utilized the drive thru which went smooth generally speaking but when we got home we were extremely disappointed to find that ALL THREE of our breakfast sandwiches we had ordered were completely inedible due to the fact that the bread they were on were literally HARD AS ROCK. Are you kidding me?? There is absolutely no way that went unnoticed during the sandwich assembly. That is outright laziness and neglect for quality. I can't really see us ever eating at this location again after this complete disregard for the customer especially since most of our fast food experiences are drive thru and I don't feel I should be paying someone for a service that I would clearly have to police to ensure that I'm not throwing my money directly into the trash can. read more

My husband and I visited this Wendy's today. Normally we use the drive thru, but opted to go inside instead. It was a bit of a disaster! Our order was pretty simple...two cups of chili, two baked potatoes with cheese and bacon, two large chocolate Frosties, and two large sodas. My husband grabbed one of the plastic cups used for ketchup in the dining area and asked for a small amount of vanilla ice cream for our Chihuahua who was with us in the car. The cashier has misplaced the cup and seemed lost about how to go about getting another one. Do they not stock these behind the counter? Anyway it was located and Rocky thoroughly enjoyed his mini Frosty! Then the cashier bagged our order with the order of the lady who was behind us. The cashier asked for receipts so she could verify which food belonged to which person resulting in the other customer having to return to her table to retrieve her receipt. There were no napkins in the dispenser in the dining room, and instead of refilling it the staff just kept handing people big stacks of napkins from behind the counter. Ok, customers have napkins, but probably way more than they needed and probably being wasted. Another customer inquired about breakfast items (they were not on the posted menu, but it was advertised that they offer breakfast). The cashier said, "I don't know. I don't know what to tell you." It also took way longer than it should have to receive our pretty simple order. I'm giving three stars because the food was good, and normally there are no issues with service in the drive thru. Wendy's is my favorite burger place,bar none but after getting the order wrong 4 times in a row,and being charged for exactly what I ordered I feel this will be the last time I go there.The training is lacking as well as the customer service.When calling to complain,sounds like a fax number is called.Management needs to step it up or you will for sure lose customers. read more

I have had truly horrible service from the Wendy's swig shift at the northtowne restaurant, I had hope they had improved since I had gone there in a long time. Went to the drive through today. My burger was quite tasty; fries were fries and the root beer had a good amount of syrup to soda. Service was quick and this is my only complaint. I simply do not decipher accents well. So if you do not speak in a white bread American accent please speak more slowly. I rarely have an issue with my order here. I go here once a week, sometimes every other week. So far the employees have been friendly for the most part. My orders are always accurate but sometimes the food is just warm, as if it was sitting out for while already. Also with the baconator fries, there's either so much cheese I don't even want to eat them or there's so little that I should've just gotten regular fries. Got there and lady's was not welcoming but neutral asking if we were ready. Took a while then finally I ordered a special chicken sandwhich. 9 almost 10 dollars for that lemonade and fries(medium). Um ok. I'm not one to complain usually, I work in customer service so I get it. However my experience today at this wendys location was awful. This is the 3rd time they have failed to give me BBQ sauce with my chicken nuggets after I ask for it. Today though was especially bad. I ordered a 6 piece regular chicken nugget. Due to the line being very long in the drive thru I quickly got out of the way and drove home. I got home, no BBQ sauce again! Then I get my chickens out and I was given 3 regular nuggets and 1 spicy! So frustrating. Also wendys should advertise on the menu that the Caesar dressing is made with lemon. I'm allergic. I am only posting this because I have attempted to call several times since last night and they will not answer the phone. I have a serious dairy allergy. Not Lactose Intolerance but a real allergy to most dairy items , that requires me to carry an Epi Pen. Typically, this limits where I can eat out. However, yesterday I went all day with no dinner. I was at an after work event that did not serve real food. As a diabetic, I needed to eat immediately afterwards. Wendy's was the closest option for me so we went through the drive thru. Who locks the lobby on a Friday night at 10pm??? I specifically ordered my burger with NO CHEESE and told them I was dairy allergic . I also asked at the window if they made sure there was no cheese on my burger and was told YES -WE DID. I drove all the way home and unwrapped my burger to find that they had only scraped the cheese off and did not cook me a fresh burger. For someone with serious food allergies - this could KILL them. I was not able to eat my burger after a seriously long day and could not even reach this restaurant by phone to discuss options. I tried calling again this morning several times and still no one answered. Please - people with food allergies need to eat and we will tell you what we need from you , as the restaurant , so that our lives are not in jeopardy. Please educate your staff so that you do not harm or kill people due to lack of concern or attention. It is NEVER okay to just scrape cheese off of a burger when a patron requests no cheese. It is even more dangerous to do so when a patron with a legitimate food allergy asks for no cheese. Had I eaten that burger without realizing there had been cheese on it and I had gone into anaphylaxis or died - my family would have had every legal right to sue your company. This is a real and serious issue and I hope you educate your employees on how to do the right thing and not harm people. read more
