This store consistently forgets all the food you have paid for. The current expediter, quality checker/supervisor in the evenings should probably get fired. More than 3 times my drive through order has been missing multiple items. Didn't complain because its a 10 minute drive to go back to get missing items. By that time I make it home, whats the point to go back because if they fix the errors the rest of your food is cold. Highly disappointed because so far every visit has resulted in getting robbed in the last 6 months. No longer going back read more

This Wendy's is one that has been here for a very long time! I came to this Wendy's multiple times as a kid! And I decided to come here today for some lunch before going to see a movie with some friends. I was quite surprised when I came inside and saw the place looked Very different from my memory! The interior was completely redesigned with wooden tables and chairs and the back area that was once separated was now completely opened up! I will say, the wooden chairs and benches are much less comfortable than the old cushioned ones they had before, seems like they simply went with a cheaper and easier to clean option, but that's just my guess. I ordered the Baconator with fries and they were both just as good as they always are at Wendy's. I've always been a Wendy's fan and this one is no different. Tasty food, reasonable prices, and good enough atmosphere. It's comfort food at its finest! read more

The store was clean. The soda machine was lacking. Most of the soda selections were empty. It wasn't like the restaurant was busy.

So I'm definitely upgrading Wendy's to a four-star from a one-star because I went in there today to see what they could do I could do about them giving me the wrong order last night and I had my receipt I even had my Yelp review pulled up I didn't even need to show it to him I asked for the manager she said what can I do for you and I said well last night and she says no she goes I was here We you came to the drive-thru I know we made a mistake well let me make you a new one. So within 3 minutes I had a fresh hot chicken asiago club made for me and they threw in french fries which the night before I ate the fries I did not eat the burger LOL so do you Wendy's on McCarran if they make a mistake just go in and talk to the manager and give them the chance to fix it. read more

Went last Thurs 12/18 early evening - drive through employee doesn't know how to be polite you could tell he hates his job. Kept cutting me off while ordering - had to repeat my order reiterating requests because the screen wasn't right. Get to window - no hello just a hand - I said hello he just looked at me. Then the food - burgers were so dry, lettuce tasted like the preservative - so gross. Fries were luke warm. 1 napkin asked for more got 2 more... YIKES won't be back Customer service is still important and food should be edible! read more

If i could leave negative stars, i would. so first i walk in and we order on the kiosk. only one was working and there was like 10 people bruh. and then we ask for the cups and the lady at the desk says "uh for what" after telling her multiple times we had ordered on the kiosk. She continued to give attitude and treated us horribly. Then when we went to give us our food it was all incorrect and bruh everything was going wrong. And now theyre all out of special frostys. Probably the most nostalgic of the Wendy's in town for myself. I used to come to this one quite often as a child, and they have updated the look over the years to be a bit more modern. The food is what you'd expect from Wendy's. When you get it. This particular Wendy's has had the trouble of getting my order right, nearly every time I've come through on recent years. The employee who does breakfast always sounds like they haven't slept in a month or in the case of my last visit, is vogurously eating something wild trying to communicate through the very quiet speaker. This pass through however, the person at the Mic was painfully whispering and it was a rough time even getting our food. The food came in a back absolutely DRENCHED in oil, one of the bags were literally leaking hot oil and pretty much stained my pants. I'd recommend at this point, any of the other numerous fast foods nearby if you can forgo it not being Wendy's. read more

The employees here don't even know what's on their menu, including the manager. Several people ordered the Frosty and they didn't have a clue even when you showed them the picture sitting on their counter, it was pathetic. And that includes the manager. Finally a white employee came over to help, although she wasn't that smartest one there either. What is wrong with these employees? And what is wrong with the owner that they can't hire people that actually know what they are doing??? The fact that a majority of them can't speak English doesn't help. If you can't speak or understand English you have no business working there. They stand there looking at you with a snotty attitude. Also most can't even bother to learn some English which is absurd. Placed an order tonight and handed this lady a $10.00 bill. She has an issue with a very small corner that was torn off (I didn't even notice it). She told me she could not take this because of the torn corner. I asked why. She said the money has to be in perfect condition. I said this is beside a corner slightly off that's not even noticeable. She then told me if she took it, her manager will be so upset with her and that this employee would have to trade her manager with a better $10.00 of her own money. I said that is so crazy. That $10.00 is in good shape and is perfectly fine. She said well nobody wants money with a town edge anyways. I could not believe what was going on. This is my go-to location for Wendy's. It's quick and convenient - there's rarely a long line in the drive-thru. The staff have always been friendly and I don't think I've had a wrong order. I usually go for the $5 Biggie Bag and a Kid's Meal for my daughter. The prices are definitely worth it for a quick bite to eat! The food is always hot and tasty. read more

It was ok stopped on the way home and got baconator fires which are fries topped with nacho cheese and bacon bits and also nuggets that I shared with my kids. The fries were really bad and I gave them to my daughter and the nuggets were ok. read more

Apparently these people don't know what the word "only" means. Hire people who speak English if they don't know what "ONLY" means. If someone orders a HAMBURGER and asks for ONLY ketchup and pickles... WHY WOULD YOU PUT TWO SLICES IF CHEESE ON IT?!? Then you expect the customer to drive 14 MILES to get a replacement hamburger when the ice in the drink has melted and the fries have gotten cold. Are you kidding me? Yep. This is the SLOWEST fast food restaurant I've ever been to. They never have pick up orders ready.

Their commercials are right...their fries are hot, crispy, and much better than McD! Just wish their burgers didn't taste funny.

Don't get food here after like 11pm. I've routinely gotten stale fries and food every time I've ordered after their busy hours

I don't usually leave reviews, but I am tired with this particular Wendy's location, every time I go there, there is an issue with my order missing something, I always stop in the parking lot to verify the items and I need to return and tell them, today my brother had the same problem and when he went back, the manager Abigail didn't believe him and charged him for the missing sandwich, unbelievable, this is the only location that has this problem, you can even see other reviews about the same thing. I understand is a fast-food place and mistakes can be made but with this location is insane how often it happens, I am now thinking the staff is just doing it on purpose or taking advantage. read more

Ordering seemed to be a bother if you are ordering for more than one person. Asking for an extra bbq seemed to trigger some sort of trauma. I even asked during ordering so they could charge me extra if need be. Drive thru attendant is definitely in the wrong role. Food was good, but not so much to overcome the rudeness. Wendy's is my favorite fast food. You can't beat a hot potato and a cup of chili on a cold day. They also have the best salads and frostys. I don't know why Wendy's gets bad reviews. This was the first time I have tried this location, and I was not impressed. The young man taking our order struggled, I am guessing because he was still learning the position. This wasn't a problem for me. Once we placed our order, we tried to find a table that was clean, but this turned out to be a little difficult as there was something either on the tables or the benches/chairs. I eventually cleaned a table and benches using a napkin with some water on it. When our order came, there was no kids frosty, as ordered, nor was there any sides of ranch. The queso burger was disappointing, as it lacked the queso sauce. While eating I watched a young man cleaning the tables. I'm giving this to stars because the restaurant looks nice, however the food is disgusting even by Wendy standards of course tried to fill out the survey but it kept hanging up on me so that didn't help. The problem is the food was old when I got it and was cold at that. I get that they try to put down a tray and put some french fries and a coke and wait for the burger oh, but when the burger is going to take forever the french fries that I got we're just cold. I felt bad because there was only two or three people that I could see working and I knew they were working hard. Completely tired of it, usually they mess up my order and I let it go, it's fast food so I try not to get too upset. But this time I was pissed! Shout out the the manager Juana! In the worst way possible. Not only was she not kind, she also stood there and fought with me about a combo upgrade I paid an extra 1.20 for a large and got mediums. Just to say that better training needs to be done. I stopped in the drive-through this morning to make an order. A young blonde-headed Caucasian girl at the window was terse and I thought I was talking to a robot. I asked if there is a straw in the bag, and she says no there is a spoon. I sad I prefer a straw for the frosty. She throws it in the bag. I say thank you, and she just starred at me. HELLO! young people whom haven't learned proper etiquette, the proper response is "You're welcome." Then train your employees that when giving back money, DON'T balance the loose change on top of the bills and hand it to the customer. Often it falls on the ground or inside the car. Put the change in the customer's hand FIRST and then place the bills on top. This drives me nuts that you haven't learned a simple common sense approach to prevent dropping the change. read more

looks like we stopped in during employ morons day. Ordered a Pretzel Bun Bacon Chicken and a Mozzerella Chicken Combo's in drive through. After we left and as we were driving home we noticed they gave us 2 Mozz Chicken, not one and one Pretzel Bun. Also soft drinks were Diet Coke or something worse as we ordered Dr Pepper but they tasted weird, threw out the soft drinks they had a chemical taste. Won't be going back there for quite a while if ever based on reviews it appears they have a chronic problem with their help going back to 2019, now we know why Cane's is always busy and Wendy's does not have that many people in drive up. read more
