They are always polite when I go and they never get my order wrong. My food is always food except the curly fries can be stale sometimes.

Wow. I got to this location regularly (for lunch or dinner), but today's breakfast was not good. 1. I was told by the counter person that they could not give a 'senior discount' which is $0.50 'because it was 'not supported by the terminal.' I don't believe that because I have gotten this discount on the last ten times I have gotten lunch there. 2. The 'potato cake' that I got with my breakfast was AWFUL. Went in the other night after placing an order through their app. I had been craving the jalapeño poppers, so I order some of those, tacos and a burger. I'd give it 5 stars, however, the burger I ordered was not what I should have gotten. I ordered one of their buttery garlic burgers and it was just a plain bun with very little sauce. When it should have had a bacon mayo and garlic sauce. The combo, on the app, allows you to change your side from fries to jalapeño poppers, curly fries, egg rolls, etc. Some do charge an extra fee but it was worth it. Everything we ordered was hot and fresh because they were busy in the drive thru. However, as busy as they were... all the men working were busy and quick to get the orders done. The lobby had noone inside. But, it was clean. I would suggest ordering through the app... You get points for free items, they have offers like 20% off, b1g1, and so much more. Wendy at the service window is super nice. She recommended trying sweet-and-sour sauce with my stuffed jalapeños. Although I don't prefer that, it was an option to try. The first day, inside, we had to ask the man who was bagging our food with the same gloves he had just taken our money, to please get us different food and change his gloves after handling money. Went to the drive through on 3/16/22 and Edgar said "watch the lid" on my drink as he handed it to me. Einstein set a faulty lid which wasn't attached in any way on top of the drink and when he handed the drink to me the ENTIRE drink spilled all over me, my seat, my console. NO Apology from Edgar. I showed him the lid wasn't even attached and couldn't be attached. Had to go home to change and spend 1-2 hours cleaning my car (I use it for work). This place is the worst as far as time. So now on the weekend only the drive thru is open no lobby not even for third party deliveries. The manager lies saying that they are waiting for another employee to show up before opening the lobby but never do. The drive thru line is always long and moves so slow. If you feel like waiting 30-45 minutes for a meal while burning a couple gallons of gas then this place is for you. This food gave me food poisoning. When I was on my way to Vegas I stopped by in the morning to get a chicken sandwich, half way into eating it I felt sick so I stopped. When I got to the first gas station I bought some Tums so it could help, but I ended up throwing up all over the bathroom stall. My parents were worried that I wouldn't be able to do anything during the trip and they were right. I wasn't able to eat for 3-4 DAYS. Jack in the Box one of my favorite places for two reasons "Breakfast" and "Late Nite Munchies" The Ultimate Sausage is not only filling but its delicious as ever I think it's the #21 pair it up with a coffee and you'll have a great start to a wonderful morning the late night favorite is a double cheese burger with jalapeno but you can only get these boxes after 9pm. This location I've been to numerous times, the staff are helpful but always generous and willing to help with any kinda of issues you may have. If I could give them some other comments about this establishment would be find a way to keep employees busy the tables were somewhat dirty but I seen some of the staff just standing around talking an were not very prompt on helping customers. Just waited in the drive thru line for about 20 or so minutes and then we get to the speaker to order and the girl that was talking mumbled something a couple of times so my boyfriend said "what?" And she said "we just took our last order of the night" She couldn't even speak clearly. we couldn't believe it! There were 7 cars behind us also!! So they just decided to stop serving all of us basically. If they are closed then they need to do a better job at updating the hours online that confirm they are open until 1AM. So most places don't have super big drive throughs and the ones that do aren't open late which usually don't bother me I drive tow truck and am usually in a little wrecker so I can park normal go through just about all drive thru's no problem but truck is getting fixed so was in a big flat bed so after looking and looking for food and finding places that said they where open closed I came to this store parked in the middle spots so I hit my beacon and walked up to the door and could tell by the multiple looks I was getting the inside was close the gentleman that's was cleaning up in the opened the door asked if I was trying to order I told him I was just coming for curly fries for my wife he said hang on came back after a min handed me a bag with curly fries in it when I asked how much I owed he said nothing your good and be safe! The website says the they close at midnight and having done business with them for MANY years, we have had no problems in the past getting service up until midnight. Needless to say, for the past SEVERAL months, we have gone there wayyyyy before midnight, to find the lights off. The other night we went there at about 10:00 p.m., the lights are off, we drove through the drive through, look over into the seating area and ALL the employees are sitting in the seating area doing NOTHING! My daughter pulls up to the window and a girl came over and said "we're closed"! My daughter said, "you're supposed to be open 'til midnight" and again, she said, "we're closed".
