This location is struggling. Like, IN TROUBLE. The staff here is pleasant as they can be, but seem to be at the point of breaking. My standard order is just 2 steak quesadillas. No customizations, just stock. And I order at least 15 min prior to when I plan on arriving. On this visit I waited 45 MINUTES for 2 steak quesadillas with no customizations/substitutions. At 25 min, after 3 different staff members asked me what I was waiting on, I was ready to walk out. If they weren't for my teen son, I would have. But then I'd have to start over at the next closest TB and fight over the $14, so I stayed. The manager apologized to me, and they eventually ended up making them (after I watched the girl at the grill burn several items & scrape them off) and made it right by refunding me. That's the reason they got any stars - I finally got my items & a refund. Prior to this visit, the young man making food was screaming about "not making any more effin Door Dash orders". This whole store is CRASHING OUT. It shouldn't take 25 min, let alone 45 min to make 2 items that were ordered on the app & acknowledged by 3 staff members. It's like they went on autopilot and just kept working the DT. This store desperately needs more staff, better systems and some upper management/corporate oversight or guidance. This location needs help! read more

Arrived 17 minutes before closing and was told they would not take my order because they were closed.

Girl behind the counter a complete MORON! Hands me six drinks with no drink carrier. I told her I needed a drink carrier. Her response, "We ain't got none" I think as long as you can write your name, then Taco Bell will hire you. Great job, Taco Bell! read more

After having past issues here, I gave this location a other try. I ordered an enchirito with no onions, as my receipt also confirms, but they loaded it with onions. They also charged me for the for incorrect taco, and did not give me my cantina chicken. I tried calling the location, but the phone just rings. I finally called another store, but refused to provide me the manager's phone#. Close to two weeks, but still no call back. Shame on me for paying with cash, or I would put a debit card claim with my back. Also, shame on me for giving this location another chance. read more

This is the worse Taco Bell I've ever ordered in my life! First I ordered it at 12:29am and did not get it until 2am. When I got it the crunch tacos and soft tacos had barely any fillings. My burrito wasn't even wrapped like a burrito. The food was all completely cold even the nacho cheese sauce. They forgot the hot sauces as well. I'm very very disappointed. Pictures are attached. read more

I bought 2 $5 box meals. The tacos were stuck to the box and fell apart when picked up. The rest was almost inedible (except for the cinn. treats. Anyway, I emailed Taco Bells headquarters with my problem and got a email back "We are working on it" ....after 2 weeks I sent another email...yep, answer...."We are working on it" 4 weeks later NOTHING...I give up, probably should have just called the local Taco Bell as HQ does not care about customers read more

I am still in complete disbelief of how I received what was supposed to be a Mini Taco Salad. It was so unappealing to look at, that I couldn't even eat it. I will never, ever revisit this store. It makes me wonder if the supervisor is even aware that someone either has no clue about the item on the menu, or if they just don't give a crap...and that's exactly what it looks like. First Pic is what I received, second Pic is what I thought I was ordering. Buyer beware...DO NOT GO THERE. read more

My usual fast food choice when I'm running low on time. Unfortunately they seem to get orders wrong fairly often and this last time seemed to be no different. The worker at the MIC seemed to struggle to understand what we wanted, left several orders off and failed to change all of the items we had modified. I've been going to this particular Taco Bell for a few years and it seems to always be a miss in some regards, but the prices for their boxes and the speed I need on my way to work is what keeps me going here. If you're looking for accuracy and getting what you ordered given to you, it might be a safe idea to try a different location if you have the time. read more

HORRRRRIBLE SERVICE EVERY SINGLE TIME. 1.7 stars average is GENEROUS. Go to the Taco Bell in Legends on Sparks. They have sense. these Bs are racist C U next Tuesdays. Our order was ready, but they kept just walking by and staring at us and not asking to help us . So we grabbed our own food. . then, they REFUSED to give me three cups for an order. they gave me one at a time and kept walking away. read more

The employees at this location are so rude every single time I come through. Being talked down too as if they aren't the ones who can't fix their fryer. I politely asked for mild sauce and got fire. I saw the dude put something in my drink and the manager laughed behind him I ended up throwing my food and drink away

How do you charge for avocado salsa but not give it in the bag. Completely horrible. Same experience time and time again.

I have tried giving this location multiple chances hoping it's just a fluke that I receive cold or stale food. But nope. It's consistently gross and stale and if you're paying for more that a few items it's almost guaranteed they will forget something. Just avoid this location if possible because you absolutely will be disappointed. I paid almost $40 tonight and had food missing (one if the most expensive things I ordered) and a stale chalupa. Every time I order a chalupa from here it's disgusting. But I guess it's almost my fault for giving them so many chances. Never again.. read more

I ordered from this location tonight and my order was missing the straws, the napkins, the hot sauce, and the crunchwrap I ordered with no tomatoes actually came with no fillings except the tostada. When I called to complain the manager on shift refused to give me her name and also refused to do anything in reguards to my order. She claimed, " oh I spoke with my employees and they said your order was correct..." Lies read more

When I order something, I expect it, especially when I pay extra for it. This Taco Bell frequently misses a bunch of my items. And now I am out all that money because people can't just do their jobs. Then they get pissed off when I ask for the shit that I paid for. Ridiculous. And for how pricey Taco Bell is, at this point I should get a free $40 meal with how many items they've missed. Just really over it. read more

Horrible drive thru experience, server had the most passive aggressive attitude I've ever seen, came out of the drive thru, and not only was my quesadilla wasn't cut but just had the ingredients just slopped in, AND there was there has hair in the food. They are not actually open until 3:00am by the way. Also if there LED signs in the windows say that their open, they're probably closed I guess. We went in at 11 because the drive through was closed and was met by a rude worker saying "our lobby is closed" with a lot of attitude, AS IF WE WERE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT, when there is open signs on, Google Maps saying they are open and the door is unlocked. This Taco Bell is the second-nicest location in Sparks, behind the one on Disc Drive and above the one at the Legends. Even though we place our order on the Taco Bell app before we leave the house, sometimes we have to wait for our food upon arrival. I like the booths at this location, and the afternoon lighting is excellent. read more

I do DoorDash and every time I need to pick up an order at this Taco Bell, they are absolutely disgustingly rude. It's not that hard to be kind, do better. THEY PEPPER SPRAYED TEENAGERS! Last night my daughter and her friends went through the drive thru and were refused service and told they had too many DoorDash orders so they couldn't serve them. So I got to say I give this two stores it used to be a one star in my opinion but there are new issues after their big remodel. The few times I've gone in there there's only been a few kids working their tails off. Feels like they were understaffed and a little disorganized once again when I went then there today. You can't hardly get service when you need it if there's a mistake on your order or whatnot for example. Because the kids are stuck at the line trying to make more food. I really like the mobile app and I like the kiosk. It's a great idea but you still need to train the employees to shout out the orders cuz a lot of people didn't see their order on the counter as it was put on a little rolling cart. They also needed someone really to attend the front end the dining area the past few times I've been there. I hate to say it but the neighborhood is kind of ghetto You got people that are very sloppy with the soda machine. Just feels like it's maybe a little overworked and underpowered there. The kids that were working I would give them a medal for working so hard. I'll definitely try this location again sometime in the future but today my food was cold and it was made wrong and it took me. And what today's fast food prices your customers are going to expect a little more. read more
