I'm not the type to write reviews on here but my service on 12/4/22 was absolutely horrendous! I take my kids here all the time and I've never had such a shitty experience. Not only did it take forever to receive my food, there were a couple male employees that called me out of my name! It honestly hurts me to have to write this because I love this location and some of it's employees but, this was unacceptable! Assistant Manager is extremely sweet & the female employees are always kind but, those few boys in particular have gotta go! I wish I could've gotten their names down! Do better Taco Bell! Always missing something from my order. Take the time to drive to literally any other taco bell so you can get what you asked for. Also in our latest trip ordered online to pick up from the drive through. When we got there, they told us to pull around and wait in the parking lot. We waited 30 minutes. Then I went inside and my order had been sitting on the counter. The dude literally told us to wait outside and then didn't even bother to tell is the order was ready. Terrible experience every time I come to this one. Will be going to the one near costco from now on. read more

I will go out of my way to avoid this Taco Bell (Prater Way). Every time I've come to this one, whether inside or drive-thru, it's always been a disappointing experience. Inside has been dirty so I resolved only to go through drive, but the last 3 times it has taken at least 20 minutes for the entire process. The service has always been less than friendly and every order has either been missing items or really cold & old tasting. I recognize this is fast food and not a gourmet restaurant but there must be SOME standards worth holding to, right? Unfortunately I have no faith that this location will ever reach any fast food standard implemented so now I just avoid them and go to elsewhere. read more

Can you expect much from a Taco Bell at 1 in the morning? Probably not.. but I did expect a little more than I received... The service was super fast and friendly, but the food was really awful. (I know, what did I expect?) the cheesy potato griller was soggy, the Doritos locos tacos could have had a better ratio of meat to toppings, and the nacho fries were cold and limp. Overall, the only thing I really expected was a carb forward meal with crispy fries and some protein to soak up some alcohol after a night out, but I don't think this Taco Bell was the right place for that. Had the pleasure of chatting with the GM Eddie tonight when i went to pick up an order. Its shocking how busy they are and how difficult the industry is, and we still always get great and. Only doing 1 star because I can't put zero. Normally would not feel the need to leave a review for a fast food restaurant but the cleanliness, service, and attitude of the staff is so absolutely atrocious. The bottom of the sink looks like it is black and growing fuzz in the restroom, the staff are all SO rude, literally slamming food down on the counter, we waited 20 minutes and our entire order was wrong. UPDATED Since my first review, the last two out of three times I've been here they have left something out of my order. Tonight it was $5 worth of food, which for Taco Bell, is pretty substantial. I can't help but feel I could have stopped it by checking the bag before I pulled away, like I usually do, but there were people behind me and the woman who gave me the food was not particularly patient. So, silly me, I left and didn't discover the error until I got home. Not only did I pay them for the food, but even worse, a large part of my partner's order was missing. Not cool Taco Bell. Not cool. Since they tore down the old building and put up a new one the quality has improved. So far they have gotten my orders correct and the portions are fuller. The wait is still a bit long, and their new digital ordering screen in the drive through doesn't seem to work, but it is still an overall improvement. The staff has been polite and they have new paper bags that are easier to handle and treat the food packages better. We will see if they keep up the improvements! read more

What is with skimping on the sauce? Every time I ask for a crap ton or 20 packets and then get 4 to go with a full meal. Come on!

I just got lectured in the drive thru because when I was handed my receipt, I noticed the drive thru attendant had not noted my "no onion" request for my burrito. When she repeated my order back to me while I was ordering, she had gotten one of my other requests wrong, so I must have been focused on getting that fixed. So when I told her I asked for no onions at the window, another lady came up to the window and told me that I'm wasting food because they started making it after the original attendant repeated my order. They said they'd remake it, as I sat there unsure of what to say...but then the lady said next time I should make sure they get my order right. Well, it would help if the drive thru attendant didn't talk a mile per second while repeating my order back, and if the screen in the drive thru worked. Plus, I waved her down and let her know as soon as I possibly could. It's a $1.39 burrito for goodness sake. I'll go out of my way to go to a different Taco Bell in Sparks from now on. read more

Had to come here last night as Disc Drive was closed (you can read my review for their location). It was excellent! Drive thru looked fully staffed, the young man was friendly and courteous and food was provided quickly. Haven't had Taco Bell this good in years. Will stick to this location even though it's a further drive from my house. read more

Placed a mobile order, said our Name for the order to be asked if anyone was behind us in the drive threw. We told them no and we were asked to reverse and park in number 1 waiting. No issues at first; until, 20 minutes later being asked what our order was and had to repeat. Another 15 minutes go by while doordashers are knocking on the locked door at 7:20pm and they all get food, while we get asked again our order. To then be given a completely different name and handed it right back. At this point its been 35 minutes of waiting for a mobile order we already paid for. Another 10 minutes and a different lady came out asking if we had a door dash and we said no mobile order, its been over 45 minutes of waiting. 55 minutes later were told they didnt have a curtain drink so we then changed the drink. And hour and 17 minutes of waiting finally got our food for half of it to be cold. And the reasoning was short staff. While waiting there we had seen 7 inside not counting if there was an cook in the back, and watch 2 workers walk in after 15 minutes of waiting. Spending $50 for a 3 person meal to wait over a hour to be asked many times the order name. Absolutely annoying and the doors were closed before 7pm and many people were angry cause it says 10pm or later on the door. Definetly will be driving the extra mile or 2 to go to the legends store. Doesnt help i live in Sparks with a taco bell pregnancy craving like no other. read more

Don't even bother with trying to go inside to order. You'll wait longer than if you go through the drive through. That seems to be their priority these days. Why bother to have a seating area? Honestly considering all the bad reviews , I was pretty surprised at the quality of food and the service I received. The woman at the register was very nice and they call your name for your order and not just a number. Not only that, she went around to people taking their trash for them. It was a very pleasant experience here and I definitely would go to this location again read more

I don't know why this Taco Bell gets all the hate. It's one of the best ones here. Like it's pretty fast, the service isn't terrible, and the food is smack. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of this listen. I asked for extra cheese right, paid a dollar more ok no problem. I get my food and there's extra cheese, But the other ingredients had less than normal. Like I didn't ask for extra cheese and less everything bru. my boyfriend went to this taco bell today. i have an allergy, so anytime we go to taco bell, we have asked for a burrito to be put in a bowl and not have a tortilla, it has never been an issue. he told them about my allergy and the person told him their boss said no, that they won't put it in a bowl. so i would like to know when fast food places started to not care about people's allergies or the customers that pay for items for employees to have a paycheck in the first place. read more

As with most national fast food chains, the food here is pretty standard. I must say that the Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos and the Cinnamon Twists are my favorites! I think that THIS particular location is a little than most as far as quality and freshness of the food and the staff here is awesome! They are always very friendly and my order is always correct, and the food is fresh and hot! This location was torn down and rebuilt and its pretty shnazzy! It's easy to get in and out of, too! This is most definitely one of the better locations in town. Me and Mom had the $5 Triple Double Box, and that Crunch wrap is huge! She had the Doubledilla with chicken. Not bad for Taco Bell. And of course, my Cinnamon Twists were yummy! I also enjoyed the Frozen Baja Blast. I don't often drink stuff like that, so it's a nice treat! Kudos to the staff here! Great job! Certainly not my favorite quick order Mexican food place, but it's ok sometimes. The problem is most of the food is so tasteless, especially burritos, and the tacos are always overstuffed with lettuce to make up for the lack of beef/beans inside. This is why I only order Mexican Pizza, nachos and tostadas. Here is a tip, fold the tostadas to make a taco, they are much tastier than their regular tacos. This is the worst Taco Bell there is, and sadly, the only one open past 10, and sometimes 9 depending on how the others feel that day. I guess it's just a Nevada thing, or a Reno thing, but the Taco Bell's here are a joke and this is the worst. Been sitting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes only to be told the item I wanted isn't offered anymore, even though commercials are still playing for it. They've forgotten our food more than once, and I personally won't eat here (wife is the hopeful for it because she loves Taco Bell) because it's given us both food poisoning. Bad service should be expected when there are nothing but children working behind the counter and no management. I'm from the south, so the little things matter most to me, greeting at the register and courtesy when presented with small complaints. The drive thru line was backed all the way up, so we ate inside. When we walked through the door, it was instantly understood why the drive thru was so busy. There were three employees sitting at a table, just talking and cursing at each other, and they weren't eating so it didn't appear as though they were on break. No one was working the register and we waited two minutes for them to finish their conversation before one of them stood up to take our order. The young man didn't seem as though he knew how to work the register, and had to be corrected by another employee several times. In the middle of our ordering, another young employee walked up and interrupted him to ask if he would be willing to switch stations with her. All the while, we had to speak louder than the older employee standing right next to us, still trying to continue her conversation while cursing and laughing, very inappropriately and unprofessionally. Once we received our food, they forgot one of our tacos. My girlfriend asked for it first to the new young woman at the register, and she looked at her and ignored her request. It wasn't until five minutes later that I had to ask someone else, and was asked for my receipt. It must have been written in Sanskrit because she seemed as though she couldn't understand it. She ended up having to get three different opinions on whether or not we should receive the extra taco we paid for. I've been here a few times before in the drive thru and hadn't had any issues, but I think this will probably be my last visit to this location. read more

If I could give negative stars I would !!!!! I waited well over 30 minutes for my food in the drive thru last night (12/22/2017 @6pm) only for the kid at the window to repeat my order which was wrong ( two tacos had no sour cream) he told me they had already made it, so I had to take it. I told him no I don't. That's not what I ordered. He closed the window came back and said. Yeah, my manager said we can't remake them there are people waiting so either take it how it was or leave. I looked at him crazy. A soft taco supreme no sour cream takes less than 10 seconds to make. I pulled out... Went inside. Asked for a manager and was denied. After some time I left. On my way somewhere else, I called to speak to manager, the person said the manager isn't taking calls!!!! Completely unacceptable. I drove miles went to another taco Bell....waited 39 more minutes and got my food. Correctly. I sent a complaint into corporate. That is not how people in the service industry should treat paying employees. read more

I had to wait over 5 minutes to order my food because the headsets were supposedly not connected, after I got my food I checked to see if it was correct and it wasn't, I was missing a couple things and got a couple doubles. I went in side and they remade my order which was very nice but they messed it up again, I was missing things and somethings were messed up. I will never be eating at this Taco Bell again.
