This is the worst Taco Bell there is, and sadly, the only one open past 10, and sometimes 9 depending on how the others feel that day. I guess it's just a Nevada thing, or a Reno thing, but the Taco Bell's here are a joke and this is the worst. Been sitting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes only to be told the item I wanted isn't offered anymore, even though commercials are still playing for it. They've forgotten our food more than once, and I personally won't eat here (wife is the hopeful for it because she loves Taco Bell) because it's given us both food poisoning. my boyfriend went to this taco bell today. i have an allergy, so anytime we go to taco bell, we have asked for a burrito to be put in a bowl and not have a tortilla, it has never been an issue. he told them about my allergy and the person told him their boss said no, that they won't put it in a bowl. so i would like to know when fast food places started to not care about people's allergies or the customers that pay for items for employees to have a paycheck in the first place. read more

If I could give negative stars I would !!!!! I waited well over 30 minutes for my food in the drive thru last night (12/22/2017 @6pm) only for the kid at the window to repeat my order which was wrong ( two tacos had no sour cream) he told me they had already made it, so I had to take it. I told him no I don't. That's not what I ordered. He closed the window came back and said. Yeah, my manager said we can't remake them there are people waiting so either take it how it was or leave. I looked at him crazy. A soft taco supreme no sour cream takes less than 10 seconds to make. I pulled out... Went inside. Asked for a manager and was denied. After some time I left. On my way somewhere else, I called to speak to manager, the person said the manager isn't taking calls!!!! Completely unacceptable. I drove miles went to another taco Bell....waited 39 more minutes and got my food. Correctly. I sent a complaint into corporate. That is not how people in the service industry should treat paying employees. read more

Bad service should be expected when there are nothing but children working behind the counter and no management. I'm from the south, so the little things matter most to me, greeting at the register and courtesy when presented with small complaints. The drive thru line was backed all the way up, so we ate inside. When we walked through the door, it was instantly understood why the drive thru was so busy. There were three employees sitting at a table, just talking and cursing at each other, and they weren't eating so it didn't appear as though they were on break. No one was working the register and we waited two minutes for them to finish their conversation before one of them stood up to take our order. The young man didn't seem as though he knew how to work the register, and had to be corrected by another employee several times. In the middle of our ordering, another young employee walked up and interrupted him to ask if he would be willing to switch stations with her. All the while, we had to speak louder than the older employee standing right next to us, still trying to continue her conversation while cursing and laughing, very inappropriately and unprofessionally. Once we received our food, they forgot one of our tacos. My girlfriend asked for it first to the new young woman at the register, and she looked at her and ignored her request. It wasn't until five minutes later that I had to ask someone else, and was asked for my receipt. It must have been written in Sanskrit because she seemed as though she couldn't understand it. She ended up having to get three different opinions on whether or not we should receive the extra taco we paid for. I've been here a few times before in the drive thru and hadn't had any issues, but I think this will probably be my last visit to this location. read more

I had to wait over 5 minutes to order my food because the headsets were supposedly not connected, after I got my food I checked to see if it was correct and it wasn't, I was missing a couple things and got a couple doubles. I went in side and they remade my order which was very nice but they messed it up again, I was missing things and somethings were messed up. I will never be eating at this Taco Bell again. I wish I could give them 0 the drive through was very rude. We had ordered, paid and everything. The lady handed us our food and didn't give us any of our drinks. My friend who was driving tapped on the window and the lady flipped us off. Then walked to the window and asked what we want. He let her know we didn't get any of our drinks. I'm doing two stars because they have improved ever since they remade this new location . Drive thru is slow even when it's just me in the car . They sometimes have gotten my order wrong by leaving one or two things out . I feel like it's cause it's mostly new people ? If they had more experienced people they could get three stars. Please STOP advertising that your OPEN till 1:00a.m and your crew closes 15-20 EARLY, it's happened 5 times to me and it's discouraging. I worked for Taco Bell when I was younger and I can honestly say I learned some of my best skills from your Corporate. Went to this location last Thursday as I was in the neighborhood working. My first visit to this Taco Bell. I used the bathroom before ordering and when I went to wash my hand I put soap on my hands and tried to turn on the water and it was dead. No hot or cold water. No towels either to wipe the soap off. Lovely. Now I have to go out to the there restaurant area to wipe the soap off using napkins. No biggie, things happen. However, when I mentioned the problem to an employee She looked me in the eye, then turned around and walked away. 2 other employees right next to Her also pretended not to hear me. So how many others belted out a deuce only to have their dirty hands touch the door, napkins and soda fountains etc. How are the employees washing their hands? Mama Mia Diarrhea! The customer service was horrible I'll never come here again. Right when we walked in we waited to be helped about 4 minutes and a worker even looked at us and walked away. THEN we ordered 4 shredded chicken burritos and when we got them they were cold and the rice was so so hard. We asked for new ones so they made us "fresh," ones. They were the same hard rice. We asked for our money back didn't take more than a bite and the manager on duty wouldn't talk to us they said she only speaks Spanish. If you're a manager you should be able to speak English so you can help your customers.This is the worse customer service I have ever gotten in my whole life. It's reliable food. You know what you're getting when you go to Taco Bell. At least this one. But it's nothing special. For the same or a little more money you can go to dozens of Mexican restaurants and get better food. On my recent trip here, I got a supreme burrito and two hard shell tacos. It wasn't bad. It wasn't special. It was exactly what I was expecting. It would be like most other Taco Bells in the country. There's something to be said for consistency. One bad thing. I asked for hot sauce. For my one burrito and two tacos, I got exactly one package of hot sauce. I guess I need to be more specific next time. This Taco Bell franchise used to be on Greenbrae Drive near Pyramid Way where another Mexican place now operates (without the drive through). When this opened at the new location, they had to be the most successful fast food franchise ever in Sparks, at least until In N Out Burger arrived. There was always a line at the drive out when I went. I mean always. Even at midnight. And when Taco Bell used to advertise cheap food nationally, they were doing so well here they decided not to be one of the participating Taco Bell locations. You were screwed trying to get the deals on food from here. Time caught up and they're not doing quite as well now, although they seem to be doing good still. read more

This is a pretty average Taco Bell. Service is fast. I had to give two stars because they do not seem to know how to make a "Seven Layer Burrito". They consistently throw some rice and two or three random ingredients in a tortilla and call it done. I've come back several times hoping maybe it was just one employee who didn't take the time to learn how to make it. Nope. It has happened at least six times over the past year or so. read more

So I went to this Taco Bell 8/15, May i add this is the closest one to my house and this Taco Bell disgusts me. Every single time we go here we wait in line no less then 20 mins and every single time we go here they get our fricken order wrong. The cust service is the worst I have ever seen. So oh yeah on 8/15 unfortunately we went back to the black sheep of Taco Bell's and ordered a chicken power bowl absolutely no onions with red sauce. When my husband got home my food once again had onions in it. Like every time I go they seem to mess up our order some how. Well I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman who was the manager by the name of Brian. He put my name in the book for me to get a free power bowl on my next visit. Well on my husbands way home from school I called and explained everything. The manager I spoke with her name was Leslie, she had the worst cx service I had ever seen. Let me tell you I am a recruiter and if someone like that ever came into my business she would be turned away with the quickness. I'm not sure how anybody that hateful and bitter could still have a job working with people. Any way I told her I added red sauce on it as well and she says " Oh Really, Oh really, that's kind of funny because our bowls don't come with red sauce. I said "oh really, oh really that's kind of funny because I added it on. Her attitude stopped and she said " have him give us your name when he gets here". When he got to Taco Bell she refused to give him my order what they messed up on in the first place. I called and asked for corporate number and she said I'm sure you can look it up on google and hung up on me. I hope they give her job to someone who deserves it. The way she spoke to me she doesn't want her job nor does she deserves it. We will never be going back to that Taco Bell again. Unless they put there heads together and weed out the bad management. My visit here was definitely good the service was kind and friendly, my drink was perfect (mountain dew freeze) and my food was excellent full of meat and cheese. I went over to the one on Mae Ann and I was very disappointed with how my food was delivered to me with little cheese and all to one side of the taco like the scoop it came from. So to start there wasn't a single person inside the restaurant and I was still told to wait in the drive through for 4 1/2 minutes. Then I waited for 8 more minutes for 1 item. Fat boy manager was just playing on his phone and everybody who talked to me was in a poor mood. So despite garbage food that tasted 3 days old, I was greeted with garbage customer service. I placed a large order using their app thinking that it would be easier on the staff, since I wanted to customize most of the items. I paid several dollars extra for things such as adding extra sauce, adding jalapenos, etc., and they gave me NONE of the extra things I asked for and paid for other than the beans that I asked to be added to my beefy nacho griller. Totally unacceptable, and there's no way they simply misunderstood what I asked for because it was done on an app and so I'm sure they get a printout to refer to and still couldn't get it right. read more
