I have gone here 3 times (technically 5 to have mistakes corrected) in the past 5 weeks and it's never been a good experience. I order the same thing at every Wendy's: 1/2 Dave's Hot 'n Juicy Double and every other Wendy's can make it right but not this one. The first time, there was only one piece of meat. I was told I could get a replacement burger but the replacement burger was also made incorrectly. The second time, there was no cheese, no condiments. Again I was told I could get a replacement burger and while the burger was made correctly, it was cold which led me to believe it had been made in error for another customer and they figured they'd pass it off to me. The third time, there was again only one piece of meat but two pieces of cheese. I was told, again, that I could come in for a replacement but why would I keep driving back for another incorrectly made burger? I don't think it's that hard to made a basic menu item. One time is understandable, maybe someone is new and still learning. But this happens too often. I've spent over 15$ on burgers that were really on worth 4$. read more

Food was hot and fresh. My burger and fries were perfect! The cookies were really good and the lemonade. The staff was very friendly and the dinning room Was Clean. read more

I only ordered two frostys at the drive thru but they told me to wait by a tree I waited... For 20 minutes only one frosty came out and when I asked for the other one the server rolled his eyes and said 'fine' I waited for 15 more minutes! But they didn't give me the other frosty! I just left at that point but while I was waiting other frostys were handed out! Totally unacceptable and a really bad experience! read more

Thought this place got their shit back together but I was wrong... 30 minutes in the drive through line with 3 cars ahead of me, and they still managed to fuck the order up read more

Whoever was working on 3/6/24 at 12:04 pm you slayed. I have never seen a container of fries so perfectly stacked. Looked like a cartoon. So cute. Thank you!! read more

Just tried the new chicken nuggets waste of money. They raise the cost and made the nuggets smaller and they didn't make them taste any better than what they were. I guess they thought by changing the name would make it better. read more

Dining room is never open and worst customer service ever super slow. I waited 20 minutes for 2 door dash order and the slowest time of the day. Horrible read more

They have some of the best workers I've ever seen!!! All so nice and have the best cookies I've ever had!! Keep it up w workers

Good luck figuring out when they're open. They've had the same "Hiring UP TO $13/ hr" for a DECADE, so I cannot imagine why they'd have issues keeping employees.... Perhaps if they updated the sign, they'd be able to be open past 8pm and keep employees more long term. read more

I get hiring people is tough right now but you cant just let people sit in the driveway and just ignore them. Get your act together or close

I normally don't post reviews for fast food places, but this place routinely stands out. If I were the manager or owner I'd think very carefully about completely closing and doing a refresh. Always " issues" and routinely 20+ minute drive thru waits. Also had 40 minutes last week, which makes this one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. Inside was extremely dirty as well, makes you question food safety. read more

Ordered and was not understood at menu board. ordered at window with kindness and was still disappointed after I opened my order and found onions which I requested non of. I called and was hung up on. I call 3 more times and was ignored. The hang up was intentional after tge young lady stated I was rude so I get what I get.. that was not the case and it's a shame our youth is thinking this way. read more

Worst Wendy's ever! Extremely slow lines and always manages to get our order wrong. Every year we give it another try and it's the same every single time. Shame on us for going back. Shame on them for not caring about service. read more

Literally a joke of a establishment, they don't care about their workers, they don't give them steady hours and constantly play with them, also as a ex worker I shouldn't have had to drive my own car thru the drive through for 40 mins to lower Betty's times, I would've called off that day if you would of answered the call too, screw you you fat dyke. read more

Zero stars...Not just the worst Wendy's, the worst fast food ever. Never staffed, service is abysmal, and my order is consistently wrong. Done going there. Owner needs to be held accountable. I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order, tonight, because they only had 3 employees. They still screwed up my order...2 large fries missing and my son's burger had a hair in it. I'm not waiting there again for it to be corrected. Won't go back. read more

The last two times I ordered a Hamburger here they have been half raw. The meat is supposed to be cooked through. This last one looked like it was only cooked on one side and then flipped and then taken off grill and put on bun. Plus having to sit through long lines. read more

Me and my family went to go get dinner and their card reader stopped working and my mother only had a $20 bill for a $40 order. Most restaurants would accommodate and take what you can give for the inconvenience. The woman at the window tried to make it seem like it was my mothers fault and then didn't apologize or anything and she took our food back. Then we decided to doordash it and they gave us the same food we ordered instead of remaking it. This is absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary. read more

We were missing an order of fries so the girl went to get us more and she literally grabbed them with her bare hands and put them in the bag

It's been awhile I have ate a Wendy's, so I thought I would give it a try. NO more eating a the SL Wendy's. Ordered a Dave's double meal paying 8 bucks. When I got home I only had a burger and drink. NO fries. . So I drove back up to talk to the manager. She was happy to remake my meal. Dave's double with fries and drink. I got home and received a single and over cooked fries. BTW the first burger was cold. Lost a customer read more

I'm so mad I asked for no pickles on my cheese burger and like sometimes they get it and other times they don't. Whatever I don't care. But when u mix up pickles and tomatoes you have a issue also the guy gave this family three cups when they paid for two again whatever expect the kid had the cup in the mouth and the guy still put the cup back. Disgusting your better off going to Mc Donald's across the road. May I also add that the fries are soggy and really gross. Very disappointed read more

I loved the chicken pretzel sandwich, it was so much more than a fast food sandwich... and of course, this is no longer a menu item... figure's!! Wendy's is always one to take my favorite items of the list is less than 2 months... Why Wendy, Why??? The service is always good at this location and they are happy to make sure that your order is right!Good price & good service! Yep, Food Fan! read more

the girl at the window was so disrespectful it caught me off the walls. when i ask for ranch, it means i want ranch in the bag with my meal.

Don't go here at night. No adults around and it sound like a party is going on. 50/50 chance of getting your order right. Also beware the prices listed on the drive through menu are not correct. They list low prices on the menu but charge more. Classic bait and switch read more

This location has the worst drive-through service. It does not matter how many cars are in line, you will wait. They are only capable of servicing one vehicle at a time from time of order to order fulfillment. read more

The food is never fresh here, the wait t ones are ridiculous. The chicken sandwich today was not even edible, it was hard like a hockey puck and the fries were cold and soggy. I haven't been in probably 8 plus months and decided to give it another chance, I'm sorry I did because it is still disgusting. read more

Unfortunately the wait time continues to be a huge problem. Ordered food through mobile app but that doesn't help because have to still go thru drive thru which has a very long line and is slow moving. read more

Unfortunately my kids like Wendy's so I am stuck going here a few times a month. It's really quite unbelievable that they can stay in business with the idiocy that I have to deal with every time I order. Wrong orders, slow orders, cold food, missing food, the list goes on. Last week I was forced to go there and their computers were down so they had a poorly written sign taped to the drive thru window. I can only hope my kids grow out of their taste for Wendy's or the franchisee pulls their head out of their you know what and do something about it. read more

Have not gotten my order right once and usually I'll go in and have them fix it but you can't so you have to wait another 20 minutes in the drive through just to get the right order. 40 minutes for some Wendy's is ridiculous. Either get faster or make the order's right the first time. read more

Slow, rude staff. 90% of the time my order is wrong. Then takes another half hour to fix it. Witnessed staff feeding and petting dogs then handling food. Would not recommend this place at all read more

This Wendy's always seems to forget my cheese sauce with my food and gave me fewer nuggets than I payed for! Very disappointed.

Three stars because food is good - even when they mess up the order. Ordered two doubles, one with one cheese only. We get home and find that we have one single and one double. #smh Search the bag for receipt. Nothing. Thanks Wendy's. read more

Absolute worst Wendy's I ever been to. Longest wait times ever. Preordered online to save time. Got there with 3 or 4 vehicles ahead of me. Took 12 minutes to get to the intercom and was greeted with silence. After about a minute I asked if anyone was there and got a response of give me a second. After 3 minutes I again said "hello?". Was again told "just give me a second". After another 90 seconds he said "go ahead". I said picking up a preorder. He said oh sorry pull ahead. Got to the window and was told Frosty machines broke, you need to order an drink. My grandson said Coke. I told the cashier that I was owed a credit since Frostys cost more. She said we can't credit online orders. She offered a cooki so we agreed. After another 4 minutes she came back and said "sorry we're waiting on fries". Finally after another couple minutes received our order over 22 minutes later! Absolutely the worst. Never going back to that one. read more

Just received 2 chicken sandwiches that were RAW. We were offered nothing more than a refund, hardly an apology!!!! They better hope we do not get sick! read more

Slowest drive up in Michigan. They still may get the order wrong.

This has got to be the slowest "fast food" in the history of fast food. Minimum 15 minute wait from order to food in the drive through. DO NOT EAT HERE. Also I ordered a small chili and a pop, got no spoon or straw read more

This is the slowest and worst Wendy's in probably all of Oakland county. You go to stop after work, when they're supposed to be open till 11, no one answers. On top of that afternoon shift needs to learn how to multi task. I've worked fast food drive thru many times and never have I experienced such a lack of experience as I do here. Also they're always out of something. read more

MUST READ CORPORATE!! If I could give a negative star, I totally would! Where do I start.... Went here for dinner about a week and a half ago. I was so annoyed that I had to wait in this review because I was in shock. Still in shock! So it's dinner time, around 9-9:30pm. First the worker couldn't hear me at the drive through box, so it was a back and forth "what?" "Huh?" "What was that?". Very annoying. But when I got to the window, the gentleman apologized for the miss communication. Buuuut didn't have much to say about the unprofessional things I would witness in the window. First, the person making our food, put the bread and cheese down, the grabs his phone out his pocket to send a text or whatever! Then puts it back in his pocket, doesn't wash or change gloves. Theeen goes to hit is vapor pen! Which is conveniently located right next to the sandwich toppings! Blowing all over by the food. was so disgusted. I didn't want the to start over or anything. I will never go here again! I will drive all the way to Wixom by the highway if I have to! Workers had nothing else to say but "I can have him start a new one for you.." whaat?! No way. I know there's places with issues and not perfect, but I am beyond disappointed. This is what your employees are doing on the night shift Wendy's!!! read more
