For 20 minutes only one frosty came out and when I asked for the other one the server rolled his eyes and said 'fine' I waited for 15 more minutes! But they didn't give me the other frosty! Always " issues" and routinely 20+ minute drive thru waits. Also had 40 minutes last week, which makes this one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. Most restaurants would accommodate and take what you can give for the inconvenience. I have gone here 3 times (technically 5 to have mistakes corrected) in the past 5 weeks and it's never been a good experience. I order the same thing at every Wendy's: 1/2 Dave's Hot 'n Juicy Double and every other Wendy's can make it right but not this one. The first time, there was only one piece of meat. I was told I could get a replacement burger but the replacement burger was also made incorrectly. The second time, there was no cheese, no condiments. Again I was told I could get a replacement burger and while the burger was made correctly, it was cold which led me to believe it had been made in error for another customer and they figured they'd pass it off to me. The third time, there was again only one piece of meat but two pieces of cheese. I was told, again, that I could come in for a replacement but why would I keep driving back for another incorrectly made burger? I don't think it's that hard to made a basic menu item. One time is understandable, maybe someone is new and still learning. But this happens too often. I've spent over 15$ on burgers that were really on worth 4$. read more

Took 12 minutes to get to the intercom and was greeted with silence. After about a minute I asked if anyone was there and got a response of give me a second. After 3 minutes I again said "hello?". Got to the window and was told Frosty machines broke, you need to order an drink. My grandson said Coke. I told the cashier that I was owed a credit since Frostys cost more. She said we can't credit online orders. She offered a cooki so we agreed. After another 4 minutes she came back and said "sorry we're waiting on fries". MUST READ CORPORATE!! If I could give a negative star, I totally would! Where do I start.... Went here for dinner about a week and a half ago. I was so annoyed that I had to wait in this review because I was in shock. Still in shock! So it's dinner time, around 9-9:30pm.
